Hey guys!!! So I know this story is kinda dragging on and the scroll part is taking forever to arrive but I promise it'll be in a few chapters. And I didn't expect what going on in my story, so I have a little writers block. Also please tell me which way you want this story to go, and THANKS!!!!! I hope you liked the story so far, and thanks for reading. And I'm still open for the little number thing I started a few chapters back. So you all are amazing and I hope you like this chapter.

Dex's POV

It was back to Foxfire for us... The long weekend was over. Yay...
So light leaped there, and as I started to walk into school, I bumped into Biana, we both apologize to each other blushing.
"Hey, Dex," she said.
"Hi, Biana." Biana's eyes glinted with a tad of mischief as she pulled me to the side of the school, and we went through a staircase I had never noticed before. "We're going to get in trouble," I said.
"Oh, come on," and after a while she announced, "we're here!"
"You wanted to show me a staircase?"
She let go of my arm and said, "go up the staircase."
I did what she asked and was struck by awe. It was a wondrous garden, and I asked, "how'd you find this?" She only responded with a sly smile.
I looked her in the eye taking her hand. I built up the confidence, and then starting to get lost in her teal pearls I whispered, "I love you."
"I love y-" she was cut off by sprinklers and let out a joyous shriek, both of us wet now.
"May I have this dance?" I asked slightly bowing.
Her smile grew wider. "I suppose. You know this reminds me of a human movie Sophie showed me once... There was a song like this."
"I think I know what your talking about
"Take my hand," she started, as I did what she sung.
"Take a breath
Pull me close
And take one step
Keep you eyes
Locked with mine,
And let the music be you guide."
I joined in for a bit, and we hummed the parts we didn't know. Then we started to full out dance and sing our heart out.
"It's like catching lightning
The chances of finding
Someone like you
It's one in a million the chances of feeling the way we do
And with every step together we just keep on getting better
So can I have this dance? Can I have this dance?"
I took her for one last spin, and then we were both heavily breathing, completely soaked.
"How'd you know that?"
"You know, my mom loves human movies so I guess she likes this one."
She smiled.
We walked back out of our little secret place, and Keefe ran up to us, frantically.
"Sophie's gone. Grady said she didn't come home yesterday and they though she was at some party or something, but she didn't go anywhere... Or I don't think so. But she's gone and we need to find her."
Sophie's gone? No. It can't be. I ran after Keefe and Biana as we tried to find places she could be. We met up with Fitz, who said she wasn't responding to any transmissions.
"What about her Foxfire pendant?" Keefe suggested. "We need to tell the council."
"Okay, Keefe, you, Biana, and Dex split up and look for Sophie, and I'll tell the council, Sandor, and ask around if anyone has seen her."
"You don't think it's..." Biana asked in a hush voice.
"Nah. They were long gone, but whoever it is if they hurt Foster..." Keefe's eyes turned dark, and even colder than his already icy blue eyes. "Go ask Bangs Boy. He might know, I never really liked him that much anyways."
Fitz's eyes lit up at those words, and Keefe and I had the same thoughts.
"I bet you can't wait to hear from your little girlfriend," I said. It was no surprise that he liked Linh.
"What?" Biana asked.
"I don't have a girlfriend. And I don't like her."
"Could've fooled me by the way you were looking at each other, and flirting around that day."
"Yeah, and I could say the same thing about you and Sophie. Except it's obvious that she likes you," Fitz said storming off. Fitz likes Sophie, Sophie likes Fitz. Keefe likes Sophie, does Sophie like him? I think so.
"What are you talking about?" Biana asked really confused. I was a bit confused as well.
"Nothing," Keefe replied. "Let's split up and look for Sophie."

Fitz POV
Why is Keefe so insensitive and oblivious? Sure, for a really long time, Sophie had a crush on me, I saw it in her mind that one day, which now I wish I had payed more attention to. I had taken that for granted, and now Sophie likes Keefe. It's kinda painful... And if she doesn't like me anymore, at least Keefe can ask her out. It's wrong for me to get mad at my best friend like that, but still. I almost did, yesterday though. If Biana hadn't interrupted. I still didn't know what to think about Biana and Dex. Or linh . Did I like her? Does Keefe like her? I saw it in his eyes a few times.
What's wrong with me? Sophie's gone, and I'm thinking thoughts like this?
I came to Linh's place, and saw Tam around the corner.
"Fitz?" He asked slightly confused, as I approached him. Usually I talked to his sister instead.
"Hey, Tam, have you seen Sophie?"
Tam's eyes flashed with worry and confusion. "No, why?"
"She's gone."
"What?" He exclaimed. "I'll ask Linh," he rushed off. Linh appeared, and said she didn't know either. The three of us went looking and asking around for Sophie, with no luck.
Right then I saw something I thought I would never see again, something that made me stop, and question everything. No...
