Queen Branch sits on her beautiful and simple throne posing with a small smile for painting. The Queen has her legs crossed and her hands placed on her knee. She is wearing a simple green dress with thin black lining on the sweetheart neckline and thick black lining around the waist and the skirt is long and is a little puffy and a black cape. On her head sits a golden crown with black gems. Branch's bangs are brushed aside.

The painter slowly paints the final details. The painter is Angelina Amethyst of Dark Scarlar. She is a half classical and half K - Pop vampire. She has pale and smooth silver skin,bat wings on her back,shiny light green hair,white nose and dark green eyes. She is wearing black skinny jeans and grey Gothic dress.

Angelina is an famous and talented artist in the Vampire kingdom. Her art is very detailed and realistic. Angelina smiles as she paints focused and happily. She loves creating art and it's not everyday that she gets to paint a painting of the Vampire Queen.

"And done!", Angelina says happily after quickly signing her work.

Branch immediately relaxes and uncrosses her legs. She has been sitting on throne for a few hours. Her body feels a bit stiff and sore. The new painting is her Grandpa Rosiepuff's idea. He wanted her to be in a new painting for some reason and had talked her into it. Branch hopes that sitting still for the painting was worth it.

On enters the throne room while Rosiepuff comes in from the dining room. She has her warrior training clothes on. On flies happily to Angelina. There is a big smile on her face.

" Hi Vamp Bestie!",On greets happily.

Angelina gasps in delight then turns to On. She immediately puts the paintbrush down. She flies towards her friend as she talks.

"Hi Vamp Buddy!", Angelina greets happily.

Both women hug each other with happy smiles. They had not seen each other in a long while! They are childhood friends and BFFs. Rosiepuff smiles at the two friends' reunion then brings his attention to his granddaughter. Branch smiles as she watches the two friends talk. Rosiepuff walks to her.

" There's my princess.",Rosiepuff says happy.

Branch turns to her grandfather while she removed her crown from her head. Rosiepuff reaches the throne as Branch places the Queen crown on her lap.

"Hey Grandpa.", Branch greets a little tired.

Rosiepuff notices the expression on Branch's face. She seems to be bothered by something but, is trying to hide it. Branch could not fool him! A grandparent like Rosiepuff will know when your hiding something bothering you from him. The grandpa puts a hand on Branch's shoulder.

" Something wrong?",Rosiepuff asks.

"It's nothing...", Branch says unconvincing.

Rosiepuff gives Branch an look and smile that said " Really? Are you sure?" all over. After a few minutes Branch gives in and starts talking. Her grandpa knows how to work that look.

" I'm just a bit worried about the 'Moon Festival'. Last year the hunters attacked during the setting up. The last thing I want to happen is my people getting hurt and killed cause I failed to protect them... Do you think I'm doing a good job ruling?...",Branch says unhappy as she looks at her Grandpa.

The Queen has been doubting herself when it came to ruling. Some people thinks it's easy to be the Vampire Queen but, it's not. Branch has to make a big decisions, is expected to have the answers,has to clean up the messes and dating is more hard cause she doesn't always know if someone likes her for her or for her status.

Rosiepuff gives Branch look. He had a feeling that last year's incident would start bothering her again. Nobody was killed but, a handful of vampires got injured. Ever since that night Branch had changed and upped her defense plans and declared that the festivals won't be held in open fields! Rosiepuff knows that Branch blames herself for what happened even know they had no warning.

"Branch,listen carefully as I say what I'm going to say. I know that you feel you could had something more but, the reality is that nobody saw the attack coming. You and warriors fought the hunters off and got everyone to safety. You found a way to fix the mess. There was nothing else you could at the time. I think you handled the situation the best you could and you'll do a better job on making the festival safer and better this year. You may over think things a lot but, your heart is in the right place. Your doing a good job...", Rosiepuff says honestly and happily.

Branch smiles at her Grandpa. No matter what happened Rosiepuff could always cheer her up and helped her put things into perspective. What would she do without him?

Meanwhile in the forest, a certain troll named Sparkles is looking for someone. She has a stick with burning at the top. She looks around hoping to find her friend. Then Sparkles hears the sound of bushes rustling.

" Cheryl? Are you there? ",Sparkles calls out.

The troll bravely walks to bush but, falls down onto her back startled as something jumps out the bushes fast. She does not drop the fire. Sparkles turn her head to see a adorable bunny slowly hopping away. All her fear disappears and a smiles appears on her face. She thinks it is a little funny that a Bunny startled her. Sparkles let's out a small laugh.

" You know you should be careful in these woods...",Cheryl says as she flies down in her bat form.

Sparkles gets up and turns around confused then sees the bat land six feet away from her. Cheryl turns back into her vampire form with her arms crossed across her chest. Sparkles smiles at Cheryl happily.

"Sparkles. I got your letter so what's is this about?", Cheryl says serious.

" Hi Cheryl. It's about your Queen's soulmate. I think he will be coming into her life soon...",Sparkles says serious and a little happy.

Cheryl is surprised by this. She did not expect to hear this! She has been waiting for this news for a long time.

"You mean Branch will meet Poppy?", Cheryl asks surprised.

Sparkles nod her head with a small smile.
