Neil's office

"Avni lock the door.. we need to discuss our plans to get to Vidyut..."

Avni locks the door & sits down by Neil's desk.

"Okay, firstly.. we need to track down that man very carefully Neil. The same man that saw me here when I moved in. This won't be easy. Vidyut is very smart... and he has so many people working under him" Avni Says.

"Yes I know." Neil says

They continued to discuss how they can follow that man in disguised looks for hours.

"Okay tomorrow, we will go for our hunt" Neil says.

Then Avni realizes it's been quite some time since she's been sitting in the office & gets up to leave when Neil holds her by the wrist & yanks her towards him on onto his lap.

"Neil what are you doing?" Avni says smiling.

"That was business talk... now I need my daily dose of Avni" Neil replies smiling.

"We're in the office.. what will others think.. I've been in here for hours now.. you have to wait till home Mr. Khanna" Avni says.

But Neil was in no mood to listen.

"Don't reject me or else you'll miss me when I'm gone!" Neil says pouting.

"And where would you be gone Mr. Khanna??" Avni laughs out.

"In my meetings ofcourse!" Neil laughed back.

Then Neil focused back on her body.
Avni was wearing a knee length dress exposing her white milky legs. He couldn't resist. He rubbed his hand along her legs all the way up to her thigh. Avni felt ticklish & her hormones were deceiving her again.

"Neil don't..." she moaned.

As Neil was about to kiss her, the phone rang.

"Wrong timing" Neil curses.

With that Avni gets out of his grip, laughing at him & walks out to finish office work. They were such distractions to each other.

The next day:

Neil and Avni were ready to track down Vidyut's man. They were travelling to the place Avni last saw him. It has started to rain really fast. After driving for some time, Neil realized they were being followed by a truck. And in no time, within a blink of a second, the truck hit their car & Neil had to have sudden break against the tree.

Neil was almost unconscious from hitting his head but he got back into reality when he noticed Avni wasn't responding.

"Avni..??" Neil says.

She slightly moved her head and grunted in pain.

Neil quickly got out of the car to check what was bothering her. When he opens the door to her side, he the seat belt had been cut through her delicate neck. He panicked at seeing her blood. He was about to get a hanky to clean the blood but suddenly everything went blank.

He felt a bad hit behind his head. The sound was as loud as a rod. He touched his head & his blood was all over his hands. When he turned around, there was a group of big muscular men.

Avni opened her eyes wide when she heard Neil yell.

"Neil?!!" She yells seeing his blood.

The men grab Avni and get her out of the car. "Look at her she's a real piece.. if boss didn't want her for himself, I would have raped the life out of her right now!" The man said laughing.

"Shut up!! She's my wife! Don't you dare even look at her! I will snatch your eyes out!" Neil yelled as he was held tight by the goons. Avni realized these were Vidyut's men & her eyes widened with horror.

The man hit Neil again on his head, with fuller force. Neil fell to the floor with a thud . Avni kept yelling and screaming his name but he was fading away. Avni started to fight with the goons so she could save her Neil. One of the men's held his gun pointing towards Neil to kill him but Avni went infront of Neil, shielding him and gets shot on her chest, above the breast.

"You idiot! What did you do?! We had to keep he girl alive & kill the guy! Now kill him & let's go!" The man yelled.

The man shot Neil with whatever bullets he had & both Neil & Avni fell to the floor. The blood was losing out faster than ever in their bodies. Avni held her hand out to Neil & Neil intertwined their hands as if this was it. This was the last time he was going to see her. He already knew he was a goner.

"Avv.. avvv..Avni.. I ... loove.. you.." he said in a low voice. He was fading very fast & when Avni realized, her tears couldn't stop. She had to get up & save him but the pain on her chest was too much to handle. The rain didn't help much either.

"Neil.. nothing will happen.. we.. we.. will be okay... we will see our daughter again.. and start.. a happy.. family.." she said as she felt herself fading. She blacked out after that.

When she opened her eyes, she was in some other place. Her hands had some tubes on her & she realized she was in the hospital. The first thing that came in her mind was her Neil. She started to yell her lungs out.

"What happened.. are you okay??" The nurse says coming.

"Where's my husband?? Where's Neil??" Avni said crying.

"You need rest right now.. please take some rest.." the nurse said hesitantly.

"I can't rest! I need to know how my Neil is! Please tell me he's okay?!" Avni asked again.

"Mam. The man that was with you.. he's no more.. he had lost a lot of blood & was severely shot many times.. we are very sorry.." the nurse said, feeling bad for avni.

Avni froze in her spot. Her eyes dared not to blink. She refused to believe a word the nurse said.

"What the hell are you saying?! Where's my Neil?!!" She yelled more, going out of control.

She went so out of control, the doctors had to come and inject her to fall asleep.
The day ended with utter tragedy, for Neil & also Avni.
