A few weeks later...

Neil stopped taking his typical revenges from Avni & let her be. They barely spoke in the office. He knew she didn't even want to see his face, but work was work.

It was December 31st, New Year's Eve & a party was held for all staff members. Neil wasn't going to go but he somehow found how Ali was taking Avni. He decided to go too.

At the party, there was music, food, dancing. A lot of people came with their husbands & wives to enjoy the party. That is when he saw Avni walking in with Ali. Neil felt really jealous. Most people thought they were a couple. This angered Neil so much he went and started drinking. Avni noticed this & got worried as Neil was drinking non stop. She walked up to him.

"Neil, what are you doing? Why are you drinking so much??" Avni asked

"It's non of your business. Go enjoy with your 'Ali'" Neil replied half drunk.

Avni stares at him blankly.

Just hen Ali came & grabbed her by the hand telling her to dance with him. They went to the dance floor & he placed his hand on her waist & started dancing.

Neil's POV
I kept on watching. My eyes reddened at the site infront of me. My heart burned out of jealousy. How could Avni let this douche ali even touch her? I looked at Ali's hands. Ali's hands were on my Avni's waist & he was looking at my Avni the way I should be looking at her. I couldn't control any longer. I don't know what happened to me but I walked up to the dance floor.

Author's POV

Neil walked up to ali & Avni. He stood before them with a murderous expression on his face. In no time, he yanked Ali's hand off of Avni's waist.

"What are you doing?!" Ali yelled

"Shut up! This is between me & her! She's my wife! Do you get that?? Now stay out of it!" Neil yelled back

Avni looked on shocked. Even ali was shocked. He didn't even know Avni was married. He was kind of broke. He liked Avni.

Neil grabbed avni's hand & dragged her out of the party. He was going to fast, Avni was afraid she'd fall.

"Neil?! Where are you taking me?? Slow down!!" She yelled but in vain.

He took her out to the parking lot all the way to the end where his car was parked. He grabbed her waist & pushed her roughly against the car.

"I don't want to see that Ali with you again!" He said. His hot breath was on her skin.

Avni has never seen Neil this angry. She was stunned & could only stare up at him. His hazel eyes flashed with something she couldn't understand.

"No one gets to touch you Avni. No one, but me and this is enough Avni.. I've waited long enough." Neil says.

With that, his lips crashed on her's. Avni felt her pulse going wild. He smelled like alcohol but he had his own intoxicating smell too. She was going to protest but it all vanished. Neil pressed his body against Avni. He groaned as he kissed her passionately. He had been thirsty for her for years. He pushed her hips to be intact with his growing erection.

"Neil. Your drunk.." Avni said

"Not drunk enough to not remember any of this." He replies

Avni gasped when Neil lifted her up against the car & her legs wrapped around his waist. She held onto his hair. His lips travelled down to her neck as he said, "I can't wait anymore". Her skin was on fire at his touch.

"Neil I can't-" She was cut off by Neil.

He puts her back down. Opens his car door & roughly pushes her inside, laying her in the backseat on her back. Avni thanked god no one was there & it was dark outside. People were busy partying cause of New Years.

He slammed his lips back on her kissing her with hunger. Avni closed her eyes in pleasure as he went down her neck. Suddenly Neil pulled away.

He grabbed her legs and pulled them apart.

"You've made me suffer a lot Avni. I've waited so long for you." Neil said before sliding his length inside her. Without giving her a chance to adjust, he pulled out only to slam back in harder than before. Her walls were tight as they were having sex after 5 years. "Good. I hope you get pregnant than. I want to make beautiful babies with you... a lot of them" he said kissing her neck softly.

"Neil it's not funny! No one knows about our relationship...I could get in trouble-" she gets cut off by Neil.

"What the hell do you think this was? Just a one night stand?" He snapped at her, giving her a look.

She didn't have any answer. She just looked at his eyes

"If that's what you think, then your wrong. You are mine Avni... I love you" He says softly.

Avni just keeps looking at him motionless. She wanted him to say more. Atleast his jealousy from Ali made him confess his feelings.

"I've always loved you Avni. Since the day I laid eyes on you when you came infront of my car. When you came for job interview. I've always wanted you but my arrogance & revenge just never let me say those 3 special words. love you... please Avni.. say it.. say that you love me." Neil whispers softly.

Avni's heart leaped. She cupped his face as his eyes were getting tears in them.
"I love you too Neil. But you're drunk. You won't remember this tomorrow." She said

Neil let out a chuckle.

"I could forget myself Avni, but I could never forget you. Never" he replied.
