A Blank Soul's Wish...
It was very late when Sans and Frisk got home, Frisk was still too weak and Sans didn't want to risk teleporting in her condition, so he carried her home. When they entered the house Papyrus practically leaped off the couch, "BROTHER WHAT HAPPENED YOU!?! YOU WERE GONE FOR HOURS! DO YOU KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS!?! I WAS WORRIED SICK!", Sans gave his brother a weary laugh and said in a very tired and horse voice, "Sorry Paps, we ran into some complications... But eventhing should get better... I think...", even Sans wasn't sure this was the first time he'd seen anything like this, Frisk's body and Soul seemed to be in a constant state of shift. He knew it was dangerous but there wasn't much they could do other then wait it out at this point...
Frisk was still covered in black blood and it was beginning to both dry and become sticky... She tug on Sans hoodie which broght his attention back to her, "Oh sorry Doll, ya think you can stand?", she nodded and he slowly lowered her to the ground, but before she could even stand, her legs gave and Sans had to catch her again. She began to pout which caused Sans to laugh, "Alright what were you trying to do?", she sighed and simply pointed to the bathroom, Sans carried her there and like always started it for her.
Frisk got undress on the floor but left on her eyepatch, she then tried to stand, but she felt like a baby dear and couldn't hold her weight as she held the sink counter. Sans gave her a sad chuckle, he hated seeing her this weak, but knew there was nothing he could do to really help. He walked over and picked her up, normally she'd protest to this, but she was so covered with the black muck that was her own blood, that she knew there wasn't much to see. Sans placed her in the water and it turned a hazy grey as it washed off, "I'll get you some new clothes and be right back.", He said as he left the room. Frisk dunked her head as she realised the ends of her hair was covered in this as well, she popped back up and whipped her face...
She sat there for a few moments just looking at the now black water... It reminded her of that place... It had seemed so endless and... Lonely... She never wanted to go back to that place... The silence of the bathroom started to get to her as she watched the ribbles of her tears falling into the water... Her thoughts were starting to get loud again... When...
'Sing a song Bluebear, it'll make it feel better like it always does...'
She stopped... And in turn it all stopped... Once again her head was filled with the silence... But this time it was ok... As she humed a song she'd felt long forgotten because it went against everything she was ever told... She had hated the song because... When ever she heard it... It only made her sad... The story reminded her to much of her self in a way... And it would only bring what she believed to be bad memories... But right now... It felt like she needed it... More then ever... But as she humed it felt like it wasn't enough... She took a breathe and...

Sans was just leaving their room, he had trouble trying to figure out what would be best to replace her favorite sweater until they could have it washed... In the end he settled for a baggy purple turtle neck with long sleeves, he was on his way back to the bathroom when he heard her and stopped dead in his tracks as he listened...
(A/N; Song: Say Something)
"Say something I'm giving up on you..."
"I'll be the one if you want me too..."
"Anywhere I would of followed you..."
"Say something I'm giving up on you..."
Sans was at a loss for words and as he listened to her sad song... A lump seemed to grow in his throat as he followed it into the bathroom...
"And I am feeling so small..."
"It was over my head..."
"I knew nothing at all..."
"And I will stumble and fall..."
"I'm still learning to love..."
"Just starting to crawl..."
He could feel the song sink into his bones... As memories of the timelines swam through his thought... Every sad, Soul crushing experience seemed to surface from the depths of his mind... And just as the did they seemed to disappear...
"Say something I'm giving up on you..."
"I'm sorry that I couldn't get to you..."
"Anywhere I would have followed you..."
"Say something I'm giving up on you..."
"And I will swallow my pride..."
"Your the one that I love..."
"And I'm saying goodbye..."
Sans entered the bathroom and sat down next to Frisk, they were both crying now, Frisk smiled at her sad Skeleton and placed her still wet hand on his cheekbone. She continued the song, Sans smiled back at her as he lend his head into her hand, listen to her soft voice.
"Say something I'm giving up on you..."
"And I'm sorry that I couldn't get to you..."
"And anywhere I would have followed you..."
"Ohhhh ohh..."
"Say something I'm giving up on you..."
"Say something I'm giving up on you..."
"Say something..."
Sans placed his forehead onto hers as he whipped away her tears. She smiled and then Sans helpped her out of the tub, wrapping her in a large towel, Sans stayed a minute as she wabbled her way to the sink, then left to let her get dressed.
Papyrus had taken this time to make something, which wasn't spaghetti for once, he only really knew how to make four or so things without burning it to charcoal; spaghetti, cerial, cookies and soup. He figured that Frisk still wouldn't be able to handle many solid foods yet, so he made soup... What was in the soup.... Uhhhh... Even her didn't really know... But Sans tested it to make sure it was edible... Or at the very least safe...
"Gahhh!", Sans yelled after taking a bite and then very dramaticly falling to the floor, "Sans!!! Are You Ok Brother?!?.... Why Are You Just Laying On The Floor...", "Well ya see Bro it was so Soup-erve I lost my balance...". Frisk giggled as Papyrus slowly lost his mind, "SANS NOOOOOOO!!!!", "What Bro? Frisk thinks I'm pretty humerus.". Frisk kept giggling as Sans drove Papyrus slowly insane with his puns... That is until she began to cough again, "You ok Dollface?", Sans was right at her side as she coughed into a napkin. She smiled and signed, *I'm ok, just choking on my soup a little.*. At that Papyrus gasped as he grabbed her soup and through it into the sink, "HOW DAMN MY SOUP COUGH THE HUMAN! Don't Worry Human Frisk I'll Make You A New Batch Of Soup Right Away!", Frisk still a little shaken from the now broken bowl and plate shakes her head, *No thanks Paps, I think I'll just go to bed now.*, and smiled at him.
Sans helpped Frisk make her way to their room, but then heads back down to the kitchen. Frisk sits on the bed... And then looks at her hand, she's still holding her now black napkin... She didn't want to worry them... After all Alphys said it could take a few days until she got better, so she put it out of her mind and layed down, hiding the napkin in her sweater.

Frisk had gone to bed a few hours earlier, Sans was tired but wasn't ready to go to bed yet... Everything that had happened today was still fresh in his mind... The image of Frisk in his arms... And him being powerless to help... Like he alway is... He shook his head trying to push it out of his mind, when he hears a loud bang from upstairs.
He was about to go check on it when his door opened, Frisk stepped out and scanned the room, it wasn't till she turned toward the bathroom without acknowledging him, that he figured she was sleep waking. He went up and followed her to the bathroom, just leaning against the door frame. If she went to do anything he'd simply close the door and wait for her to finish before guiding her back to bed. But Frisk just stood there staring at the mirror...
They must of been standing there for at least 15 minutes before she actually did anything, Frisk put her hand up to her face and started scratching at her eyepatch. It wasn't until she started making small noises at it when Sans stepped in. "Hey Sweaty what's wrong?", Frisk looked towards Sans and just stared at him, "You ok Hun?", Frisk began to pout at him, "Papa my eye feels funny...", now this threw Sans off completely, but then he remembered that Frisk was asleep, "Well Dear, it's rather late right now so how about I take a look at it in the morning, ok?", Frisk looked a little grumpy, but nodded her head in agreements before taking Sans' hand and leading her back to bed.
Frisk was out like a light after that, and not long after that so was Sans, but not before he found a little crumpled up napkin on the floor...
