Chapter 91

AN: 🍍 (Mature Content Warning) 🍍

~~~~~~
"Kongpob, don't worry. They are expecting you." Arthit said, looking at his boyfriend.
Kongpob tried his best to smile, and walked about two steps behind his boyfriend holding a fruit basket in one hand. Arthit has insisted that he meet his mother and sister today. So, here they were, walking to the front door of the house where Arthit's mother and sister currently live. Kongpob had suggested going out for dinner at a nice restaurant, but Arthit said his mother is not comfortable going out yet. So, they decided to have dinner at home instead.
Kongpob has always been confident in everything he did, and even when he wasn't, he faked it till he made it. His motto has always been "if you believe in yourself, others will believe in you too." However, he's not sure if this can be applied to his personal relationship. He doesn't know if he can convince Arthit's mom to accept him. Not when everything he knew about the woman said no.
The Kongpob a few months ago wouldn't care about anyone's acceptance. A matter of fact, a few months ago, he wouldn't believe he would have a boyfriend. However, all that has changed now. He still doesn't care about acceptance for himself. He is still Kongpob Suthilak. The self-made youngest billionaire in Asia. Why should he care about this woman's acceptance? One word, one name, and one face. Boyfriend, Arthit, and smile. He doesn't want to see his boyfriend Arthit stop smiling.
Kongpob knows how much it means for Arthit to have his mother back in his life. He saw the love in Arthit's eyes when he talked about his mother's progress everyday. Even simple things such as her tying her hair on her own made him happy all day. But that is understandable. For a while, his mother was unreachable, stuck in her own world. It took a while to get her to respond to anyone talking to her. And recently, she has started to interact with people around her more. She still has ways to go, but it's definitely good progress.
So, Kongpob is afraid that his appearance may trigger a regression for her. Also, Arthit needs his mother in his life, and Kongpob doesn't want to be the one to come between their bond. Their relationship is so precious, and still fragile at the moment. He really doesn't think it's the right time to meet Arthit's mother yet.
Two weeks ago, while Arthit was sleeping on their flight back from Tokyo, Knot and Kongpob got to talk more about Arthit's past and family situation. Knot told him that despite Arthit's mother truly does love Arthit, she also has a hard time accepting Arthit's sexuality. Knot told him that Arthit's mother still believes Arthit can change. She still mumbles prayers for Arthit to become normal. Knot just wants Kongpob to be prepared for what may happen when they meet.
When Kongpob told Knot his offer to send Arthit's father to rehab and anger management, Knot shook his head in disbelief. Knot doesn't think Arthit's father will ever change, but he is more than happy if the man gets shipped off to another country. He said that if Kongpob ever saw what he had done to Arthit and his mother in the past, he would surely reconsider having mercy for such a pathetic excuse of a man.
Kongpob knew what Knot had said is probably true, but to him, he was not saving Arthit's father, but he was freeing Arthit and the rest of his family from their nightmare. The nightmare must end, and if he can keep his hands clean, great. However, he wouldn't hesitate to use any necessary means to get rid of Nawin Ronajpat if he refused his offer. But Knot doesn't need to know that.
And luckily, Kongpob doesn't have to seek alternative means either. Kohl Ronajpat, Arthit's brother had called him the following week after his offer to let him know that his father had agreed to go to Japan for rehab.
Flashback
Ring. Ring. Ring.
Kongpob looked at the unknown number on his phone. He was expecting this call. So, he sat back in his chair, and picked it up.
Kongpob: Hello, Suthilak speaking.
Kohl: Hello? Uhm...Mr. Suthilak, this is Kohl Ronajpat.
Kongpob can hear Kohl's voice tremble a little. So, he decided to make it easier for Kohl.
Kongpob: Yes, so has your father decided?
Kohl: Mr. Suthilak, uh...my father has agreed to go to Japan, but...but he wants to see my mother at least once before he leaves.
While Kongpob can sympathize with the request, he doesn't think Arthit's mother is ready to see her husband at the moment. Not when she has only recently started to respond to people around her.
Kongpob: I think you have mistaken this as a negotiation Mr. Ronajpat. I'm not trying to strike a deal with you, or your father. I had simply made your father an offer that he should take. I will send someone to pick him up on Saturday to take him to Japan. Now, if you would excuse me, I am quite busy.
Kohl: Wait! Mr. Suthilak, thank you for taking care of my family. I know I'm not a good brother, but please take care of Arthit.
Kongpob: You have no right to ask that of me, but I would take care of Arthit regardless of you. While  your father is away, you should focus on how to get your life back on track. And if you really care about Arthit, then you should think about how to become a better brother.
Kohl: I... I understand. Thank you. Arthit is lucky to have you.
Kongpob: No, I'm lucky to have Arthit. Goodbye.
End of flashback
Arthit extended his hand to Kongpob. He has never seen Kongpob nervous. It's almost cute. Arthit is not unaware that his mother may reject his relationship with Kongpob, but he still wants to introduce them. Kongpob has done so much for him and his family that he doesn't want to hide him. Arthit knows he won't give up on Kongpob no matter what his mother says. So, it doesn't matter if she approves of him or not. And he thinks his mother is well enough now to know the truth.
Arthit just wants his mother to know that it's Kongpob who has been keeping them safe. It's Kongpob that insists on helping his father seek change. It's Kongpob that helped Kohl get his new job. Even though Kongpob says it's just a coincidence that Kohl got a job in the security office in their office building, he is not stupid enough to believe him. Kongpob is obviously giving Kohl a chance to get close to him again. Arthit hasn't decided if he wants that or not yet, but he appreciates his boyfriend's effort. Kohl has greeted him, and tried to chat with him a few times in the past two weeks. And for the sake of manners, Arthit has greeted back. Maybe, just maybe one day they can speak like brothers do again.
"Kongpob, why are you such a slow poke today?" Arthit tried to ease Kongpob's nerves. Why does Kongpob look so adorable dragging his feet? Arthit mentally shakes his head at himself for having such cheesy thoughts.
Kongpob took Arthit's hand, and they stood in front of the door step. Arthit smiled, and pecked Kongpob on the cheek before releasing his hand, and rang the doorbell.
Kongpob smiled, and studied the grains on the wooden door in front of him. They have suddenly become very interesting.
*** Krystal ***
Then the door opened revealing a beautiful young lady wearing a yellow and blue sundress standing on the other side. Her long black shiny hair is down to her waist, and she has pale skin just like Arthit.
"Arthit, you guys are finally here. Come inside." Krystal stepped back to let her brother and the other man into the house.
Arthit placed his hand at the small of Kongpob's back to usher him inside first. He has told his mother and sister that he was bringing his friend over this evening. So they have been expecting them. However, he didn't say specifically that he was bringing his boyfriend. He didn't want to get his mother too worked up ahead of time. Now, seeing the glint in Krystal's eyes, eyeing his boyfriend, maybe he should have said something to her at least. But now he will just have to wait to introduce him as such to both his mother and sister later.
"Krystal, this is Kongpob. Kongpob, this is my sister Krystal."
Kongpob gave his best megawatt smile, and extended his hand for a handshake. First impressions are important after all.
Krystal beamed her best smile in return, showing her dimples just like her brother's. She gave Kongpob's outreached hand a gentle shake, and retrieved her hand shyly.
"These are for you." Kongpob handed the fruit basket to Krystal.
"Thank you. My mother loves fruits." Krystal takes the basket.
"You two really do look alike. More so than with your older brother." Kongpob commented while they followed Krystal through the house, and into the dining area.
"Yeah, we got that a lot when we were little. A lot of people thought Arthit was my older sister instead of brother." Krystal said with a chuckle.
"Hey, those people were just too blind to see how manly I am." Arthit retorted.
Kongpob just laughed at the two siblings that were now sticking their tongues out at each other. This is what he wants for Arthit. He wants Arthit to have his family back.
"Where's mom? Is she in the kitchen?" Arthit asked, looking at the two dishes that's already prepared on the table. He had already taken two steps towards the kitchen before Krystal even answered him knowing it's mostly a yes.
"Yeah, she is watching Fah cook because Fah only lets her peel the veggies with a peeler." Krystal said with a sigh, and watched her brother disappear into the kitchen. She turned back to see Kongpob watching Arthit's retreating back.
"Kongpob, please have a seat. You can sit anywhere you like. What do you want to drink? We have water, tea, coffee, and coconut juice. We don't have any alcohol though." Krystal offered with a little smile.
"Tea would be nice if it's not too much trouble." Kongpob said as he took a seat at the table.
"Of course not. I'll be right back." Krystal headed for the kitchen just as Arthit came out holding two dishes in his hand.
"Where are you going Krystal?" Arthit asked.
"I'm just getting tea for Kongpob. Do you want some too?"
"Sure. Thanks." Arthit set the two dishes down, and went to his boyfriend's side of the table.
"Arthit, son, can you sit with me?" Arthit's mother said as she stepped into the dining room. She looked nervously at the stranger in the room.
Kongpob quickly stood up from his seat upon seeing Arthit's mother. "Hello Mrs. Ronajpat. I'm Kongpob Suthilak. It's nice to meet you."
"Uh, yes. It's nice to meet you too. You can call me Ploy. I'm sorry I'm such a mess. I should have put on something nicer." Arthit's mother tried to smooth her shirt, and fix her hair a little.
"You look fine mother. Let's all sit down." Arthit said, patting Kongpob's arm to tell him to sit down.
"Arthit, I want you to sit with me. I haven't seen you for a few days already." Ploy said with a weak smile.
Kongpob can tell that time has not been kind to Arthit's mother. There's no doubt that she was once a beautiful woman. Arthit and her resemblance is uncanny. However, she is so skinny that she is all skin and bones. Her cheeks are hollow with big sunken eyes, and dark circles underneath them. Even though her hair is up in a bun, a lot of gray hair is visible.
Arthit looked at Kongpob for a second, and the latter nodded. So, he reluctantly went over to sit next to his mother.
Krystal came back from the kitchen with a tray carrying a pot of tea, and four cups in her hand. She poured everyone a cup of tea before walking towards Kongpob where the only seat at the table was available. Kongpob quickly got up to pull her chair out for her.
"Thank you." Krystal said to Kongpob for the chivalrous gesture. She smiled shyly at him before settling down. What a gentleman she thought to herself.
If Arthit was cursing under his breath, nobody heard it. And he is pretty sure no one could read his mind, and hear him screaming at the top of his inner voice lungs at his too perfect boyfriend. Stop it Kongpob Suthilak!
"Everyone, please eat. I didn't cook myself, but I made sure Fah followed my directions." Ploy said softly.
Everyone ate quietly with the occasional comments here and there about the weather, and the food.
"So Arthit, how do you know Kongpob? Do you two work together? You said he helped you a lot." Ploy asked her son politely to make conversation.
Krystal immediately looked up curiously. All Arthit said was that his friend has helped him a great deal. She briefly wondered if her brother and Kongpob were dating, but if so, why aren't they sitting together?
Arthit put down his fork, and took his mother's hand into his. "Well, Kongpob has really helped me a lot. He has helped me find this place for you and Krystal to stay." Arthit looked around the house before facing his mother again.
"Kongpob found Fah to help take care of you, and Dr. Rain for your therapy. He is also the one that sent father to rehab to get rid of his alcohol addiction. And even though he won't admit it, he is the one that has helped Kohl get a new job. So, to say that he has helped me a lot is an understatement." Arthit smiled at Kongpob who's eyes were wide open watching what was about to transpire in front of him.
Looking back into his mother's eyes, Arthit squeezed his mother's hand. "Mom, Kongpob is my boyfriend, and I love him. I hope you can accept this, and I hope you will understand that I will never change. No matter how much you pray. If you love me, then please accept me the way that I am."
Ploy looked at her son, and then at Kongpob that had pleading eyes staring back at her. Ploy pulled her hand back from her son to wipe the tears that had started falling down her face. She can't control them.
"Thank you for having me." Kongpob said politely as he got up to leave. He wanted to give them space to talk without him being there.
"Kongpob, please don't leave. Mom, can't you see that Arthit is finally happy? Isn't this what you wanted for Arthit? To be happy?" Krystal said pulling on Kongpob's arm to keep him from leaving, and looked at her mom desperately.
Ploy looked at Krystal, and nodded while tears continued to fall down her face. Even though she wished her child wasn't gay, Arthit's happiness is more important. He has suffered enough already.
Ploy turned back to look at Arthit who was now also crying with tears streaming down his face. Ploy cupped her son's cheeks with her hands, and wiped her son's tears with her thumbs.
"Arthit, mom is sorry to make you cry again. I will learn to accept you because I love you. You are my baby." Ploy pulled her son in for a hug.
Krystal stood there crying as well, watching her mother and brother cry into each other's arms. All the love and pain of all these years pouring out.
Kongpob pulled out his handkerchief for Krystal, and gave her a side hug. He was silently thanking her for her support.
When their tears ran dry, they called it a night. Arthit and Kongpob left emotionally drained. They held each other's hand tightly, but barely said a word to each other on their way home. There's so much to say, yet words were not needed.
Once they reached home, Arthit quickly shut the door behind them. Kongpob instantly pulled on his shirt, and smashed their mouths together. Both eagerly tearing each other's clothes off. Their shirts left in the foyer. Their belts stripped in the living room. Their pants and boxers in the hallway. Bare naked skin to skin by the time they reached their bedroom.
Kongpob lifted Arthit onto the bed. Their kisses muffled each other's moans while their dicks grinded against one another's, making them impossibly harder. Hands teasing each other's nipples, and all over.
Kongpob spread Arthit's legs wider, and lubed his fingers. He inserted his first finger while he licked, and sucked on the shell of Arthit's ear. He knew Arthit wanted it right away, but he still wanted to do it properly.
"Ah... Kong. I want you now." Arthit moaned. He wanted everything Kongpob had to give. He needed to feel connected to him right at this very moment.
"Arthit, I don't want to hurt you." Kongpob said as he quickly added a second finger, and third finger. He too wanted to feel Arthit already. The stress of their whole day needs to be relieved right now.
When Kongpob felt Arthit was ready, he wrapped Arthit's legs around his waist, and plunged his dick all in one go. Taking in the sensation of Arthit's tight muscles clenching around his hard dick, he slowly thrusted in and out.
"Faster...ahhh." Arthit moaned, clutching on the back of Kongpob's thighs. He looked straight up at the mirror in the ceiling. He watched Kongpob's tight ass clench with every thrust into him. The sight alone could make him come. He can never get enough of Kongpob being inside him.
Kongpob sped up his thrusting, and plunged over and over again. When he felt Arthit's muscle contract around him, he knew he had found Arthit's magic spot, so he pounded away faster. Arthit's flushed face writhing and moaning beneath him only made him pound harder. Arthit was getting close, so so close.
"Fuck...Kong... I'm coming." Arthit grabbed Kongpob's face to kiss him while Kongpob continued to slam into him. His cum shot out between their chest. Riding his orgasm, he let go of Kongpob's face rolling his eyes back behind his closed lids.
Kongpob thrusted a few more times before he came inside Arthit. He collapsed on top of Arthit, and Arthit hugged him tightly. He will never get tired of making love to Arthit.
"I love you." Arthit kissed the side of Kongpob's neck.
"I love you too."
