HEY GUYS I AM EXTREMELY SORRY.....I KNOW I WENT ON A HUGE BREAK......BUT IT WAS NECESSARY , WITH THE ADMISSION PROCESS GOING ON AND FRANKLY I HAD COMPLETELY LOST MY TRACK IN WRITTING BUT I PROMISE THAT I WILL UPDATE NOW ONWARDS THOUGH NOT DAILY BUT ON SPECIFIC DAYS

SO I HAVE DECIDED THAT I WILL UPDATE ON TUESDAYS , THURSDAYS AND EITHER SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS

ON TO THE STORY NOW

It had almost been three months since Naina had started working 'Maheshwari Industries' and to her surprise she seemed to enjoy working there. Also much to her irritation she did forget her true motive of working there whenever near Sameer

And as for Sameer he found it extremely strange that he felt comfortable around Naina which he never felt with any other girl. Having a bad past he had swore that never in his life would he trust a girl but with Naina he seemed to forget the promise he made to himself.

"Yaar Preeti! You can't do this always" Naina almost shouted in frustration.

"Then even you should wake up early.....what am I supposed to do when you sleep for hours.....I have to leave for work so I made my own breakfast and don't crib I have made it for you too." Preeti said hurrying her way out of her room

"Its not about breakfast......after you leave for your work I have to do all the washing alone. Even I have a job to go too" Naina complained

"Okay we will talk about this later I need to leave now and you remember our dinner plan, right?"

"Yes I do....I will meet you at the place directly"

*Maheshwari Industries*

"Miss Naina you are late today......again!" A stern voice bommed in her ears as soon as she exited the elevator

"Good Morning Sir, I am sorry I will make sure I am on time henceforth" Naina said trying to sound as apologetic as she can

"You better not be late again ever....or you might not like the consequences" The person said having a huge smirk on his face

"Ugghh I don't even know why the hell was he hired in first place as 'Head Of The Department' shouldn't this post be given to someone who has been working for quite a long duration of time or atleast someone with experience, anyone but him" Naina was lost in her thoughts when again a voice took her attention

"Miss Naina, do you plan on standing in front of the elevator for the whole day?" Sameer asked

"Huhh ohh I am sorry....I was just lost im my thoughts" Naina said looking flustered

"Let me guess, you are late again and Mr. Karthik had quite a lot to say to you, and now you are cursing him in your thoughts, right?" Sameer said smirking

The fact that he was able to read her so precisely made Naina conscious but her mind was too occupied to think about Sameer at that moment

"Your silence tells me that my guess was right, don't worry......you can go back to your desk right now and we have to meet for a conference after lunch, are you ready with the presentation for it?" Sameer asked

"Yes sir, I will see you after lunch" Naina left to her cubicle assuring Sameer

The conference ended smoothly, this wasn't the first time Naina was giving a presentation, mostly this work was assigned to her as she was confident and knew her way with words, she even managed to deal with the most cranky client Maheshwari Industries ever had

*after the conference*

"Great job with the presentation Miss Naina!" Karthik approached Naina

"Thankyou sir"

Kartik kept standing there staring at Naina which made her uncomfortable which also didn't go unnoticed by Kartik

"Are you feeling uncomfortable around me Miss Naina?" He asked trying to sound sincere

"No sir, I am fine" Naina replied

"That's great.....you must be used to it right? I mean, people staring at you, after all you are so gorgeous" Kartik smirked

"Ummm..excuse me please, I need to submit the final draft of these to Sameer sir" Naina said as politely as she could

On the other hand Sameer had witnessed this interaction but could hear neither Naina's nor Karthik's words but something in him made him feel that Naina was uncomfortable near Karthik and he decided to have a talk with Naina regarding this.

Heyaa.I am once again really sorry for the very late update but I will be punctual now onwards according to the timetable

I will update on TUESDAY, THURSDAY and either SATURDAY or SUNDAY
