She did not really know what happened after but she found Karthik dangerously close to her and she felt uncomfortable by it. She tried to free herself from his hold but he was not letting her go. Finally she had had enough of this and pushed him using all the strength she had which resulted in Karthik stumbling and hitting his back to the side of the elevator whereas Naina picked up her mobile only to find it shattered and dead

''You didn't have to push me!'' Karthik exclaimed angrily

''I was feeling uncomfortable, Sorry if you got hurt'' Naina said confidently this time looking straight into his eyes

Karthik thought about something and then started to take slow steps towards her and Naina had nowhere to go

''Don't worry I wont hurt you, I promise to be gentle'' He said tracing his fingers on Naina's face

Thats it Naina had had it now and she knew that she wont tolerate this any further
As if on impulse she slapped Karthik hard and hit his face with her purse, completely taking him by surprise and before Karthik could have reacted the doors of the elevator opened. Manoj stood outside with a two technicians. Seeing Karthik's red and Naina's white faces he knew that something was wrong but decided to let it go for now
Quickly muttering a Thankyou to Manoj Naina hurried her way out of the building

On reaching home Naina dashed to the washroom leaving a very startled Preeti staring after her
Naina was not able to process the events which happened earlier
She washed her face over and over again to remove the traces of his touch
And then the dam broke. She cried till her head hurt while Preeti continuously was banging at the door of the washroom quite besides herself with worry
