SYNOPSIS:
Now that HYDRA has exposed itself as a threat once again, Bucky Barnes and Soroya Roberts go on the hunt for the remnants of the terrorist organization. With the help of friends and unlikely allies, the heroes will have to decide if all of HYDRA are evil or if some members are just as much victims as they are.
While helping to take down HYDRA, John Walker begins to question if HYDRA is what he thought it was, and if the government he works for is as good as he thought it was. With Sam Wilson helping to bring HYDRA to justice, John has to face the question he's been dreading most: is he truly good enough to be Captain America's legacy, or is there someone else who has earned it more than him.
As Sam Wilson helps his friend take down the organization that haunts them all, he begins to see that he and John Walker aren't just chasing after the shield, but the shadow of Captain America. Sam begins to question what the legacy of Captain America means, for him and for the people he's trying to help. Sam must face his destiny, but it might not be what he thought it was, or who it would be with.
