Thank you all for this!

Now let's get right into the story.)

-----------------------------------------------------

(Kendo POV)

We were all lining up when Monoma spotted some kids in Class A that were taking remedial classes. I chopped his neck to shut him up, but when I went to apologize, I saw Izuku in an outfit I hadn't seen before. He was wearing a lime green cami with two yellow stripes going straight across and brown khakis. However, he was still wearing his signature yellow backpack and red shoes, so at least that hadn't changed. What is it with that single shade of green and yellow that he likes so much? "Yo, Izuku, where'd you get all those scars?" The lightning-haired blonde asked as if reading my thoughts. "Oh, they're from Undyne. She is one intense trainer," he replied. "Dude you. are. JACKED!" Sero pointed out. "So manly, Izu-bro! Share your workout routine with me!" Kirishima complimented, Izuku nodded and pulled out a piece of paper. 'Wait they're doing this now?!' I was shocked at how they can share their training techniques like phone numbers.

Ugh, boys.

. . .

(Nobody POV)

With everyone packed up and ready to go, they loaded themselves on the bus. Izuku had brought an extra bag full of snacks and drinks just in case, some of which were in his phone's inventory. Strangely enough, Asriel was wearing his favorite striped sweater, despite the summer heat. Several people were wondering how he wasn't having a heat stroke right now.

The bus hadn't stopped moving until they reached what looked like a rest stop for large vehicles. There was some wooden fencing on the edge that kept people from falling over. Asriel had long since fallen asleep on his brother's shoulder and wasn't waking up for anything. Everyone was relieved to finally get out and some were complaining about having to use the restroom. Izuku, however, had noticed the look on Aizawa's face. He might have hidden it from everyone else behind that scarf of his, but he knew a logical ruse when he saw one. Seeing as his brother was still asleep, Izuku had opted to use the excuse of not waking him up to quietly stay on the bus, unnoticed by his peers.

His curiosity still got the better of him though, and he used PATIENCE to lower the window with a weak gravity spell so he could listen to the commotion going on outside. Todoroki had asked where class B was, which was actually a good question on his part. Apparently the "rest stop" was actually the beginning of their training. Two women appeared in cat costumes and introduced themselves as "The Wild Wild Pussycats" as a child with a funny-looking hat stood to the side. There were four members of the actual hero team. Mandalay, Pixie-Bob, Ragdoll, and Tiger, but it seemed that Ragdoll and Tiger were elsewhere. They explained that they owned the land that the students would be training on and that the camp was at the foot of the mountain.

It was at this time that the students were beginning to realize what was going on and started running back to the bus. Mandalay gained a devilish grin, "It's nine-thirty right now, kitties who don't make it by 12:30 won't get lunch!" she warned. All of the students of 1-A were bolting for safety at this point. "Sorry, everyone. But training camp... has already begun," Aizawa said "flatly", but Izuku knew very well that he was enjoying this. Pixie-Bob jumped in front of them all and latched her retractable "claws" into the soil. She used her quirk "Earth Manipulation" to create a surprise landslide that threw all the students into the forest below the rails.

Mandalay peeked over the railing to look down at the students below. "Since you guys are on private property, it's okay to use your quirks. You have three hours! Come to the facility on your own two feet. After getting through... The Beast's Forest!" Izuku faintly heard Kirishima say something along the lines of names and "Dragon Nest". After they had recovered their wits, mud monsters formed to act as enemies. That was enough motivation to get them on their feet and start making their way through. Izuku said nothing as the heroes and teachers got on the bus and watched as the other kids destroyed every monster in their path, which Izuku thought was stupid. The goal was to reach the destination, not defeat all the enemies.

And Izuku took full advantage of the hero's ignorance and let them drive him all the way to camp and not have to do a thing other than making sure Asriel didn't wake up. The heroes talked about their opinions of the students during the bus ride and got to listen as they analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of each one. Most of his class seemed to have potential but had way too many flaws that needed fixing. Class B, on the other hand, was a basic rundown of quirks and the different ways to use them. Izuku was wondering if this was a compliment or if they were underestimating them.

He quickly forgot about it when he got the feeling of being watched. He looked over to his left to see a very angry-looking 8-year-old. The boy seemed to be judging his actions, and Izuku had an idea. He pulled out his phone and opened his notes app. After he finished writing, he handed the phone over to the boy. The message told him to not say anything, as he was curious how long it would take for the adults to notice. The boy seemed amused at this and decided to hand the phone back with a playful smirk. This sounded like a jumpscare plot to him and he was more than willing to play along just to see their reactions.

About fifteen minutes later they all arrived at the campsite and nobody had noticed Izuku's presence. He glanced over to the child and the boy gave him a nod, getting a sinister grin in return. Izuku silently pulled out a brown paper bag from his snack bag and filled it with air. He gently set his brother down on the seat and stood in the middle of the aisle. He then slammed his hand against the inflated bag with a loud pop. His brother jumped up with a frightened bleat that startled everyone on the bus aside from the two pranksters. They both burst into laughter as the four heroes got into a fighting formation and laughed even harder when Asriel shouted, "YOU PROMISED YOU WOULDN'T DO THAT ANYMORE!" crying in the process.

The Pussycats calmed down when they understood that it was a prank and cursed themselves for not noticing the extra passengers. Aizawa had noticed but was proud that Izuku had avoided the ruse and decided to let him off the hook this time. Though the prank was hilarious, so Izuku was cleared of all crimes for the time being. After everyone had calmed down and Izuku apologized for spooking Asriel, they all got off the bus with their things and Aizawa "scolded" Izuku for scaring pro heroes, because they might have attacked. Though his words seemed to make the heroes feel even stupider for being scared of a harmless prank, further amusing the present 8-year-old.

"Good job avoiding the trap, problem child," Aizawa praised. "Problem child?" Izuku asked, curious about the strange new nickname. "It's true, isn't it? You get into one problem after another. You're a problem child," Ah, so that's what he meant. "Well, since you are here early, would you like to help us get ready? We need to get everyone's things out of the bus and get started on lunch," Mandalay offered. Asriel nodded in agreement and Izuku gave a thumbs up. Tiger, Asriel, and Izuku had gotten to work unloading luggage. Ragdoll and Pixie-Bob began making the food. Mandalay got the training grounds ready, and the teachers set up everyone's rooms. The child- who had been introduced as Kota- sat in the background watching everyone prepare for the arrival of the class.

He seemed upset about something.

. . .

When Class A arrived, it was time for dinner and the food they made for lunch had gone cold. "Sorry, kitties. I was expecting you to take the amount of time it would for us to get here. Oops!" Mandalay "apologized", taunting the children who were just barely standing. "Huh, where are Izuku and Asriel?" Kaminari asked, just now noticing their absence. "Izuku got permission to go snail hunting from Mandalay," Pixie-Bob stated. She didn't understand why he wanted snails, but she thought it would be good practice for spatial awareness. When she asked what they were for he said it was a surprise. She really hoped it wasn't some cruel prank.

"Huh?! Why does he get to have fun while the rest of us have to train?!" Kaminari yelled. "Oh, he's not having fun. He unloaded everyone's luggage and prepared the baths, so make sure to thank him for that when he gets back. But don't think we're going easy on him. Hunting is some great spacial-awareness training. And depending on his haul, I might just raise his training," Pixie-Bob told him, mischievously grinning at the last bit. Nobody could argue with that logic.

"I look forward to it," Izuku's voice echoed from the shadowed forestry. They all turned to see a very muddy Izuku holding a 5-gallon aluminum bucket full of snails and a very slimy butterfly net. "Wanna see how much I got?" he asked, holding the bucket of snails out to Pixie-Bob, forcing her to dodge the few snails that fell out. "Eek! Don't get it on my clothes!" She screeched, waving away the slimy creatures. "Hehee~ Sorry, ma'am. I'm gonna wrap these up and put them in the fridge," Izuku told her, grabbing the fallen snails and walking towards the kitchen. "Hey, wait just a second! You don't plan on eating those, do you?!" she squawked. Izuku playfully smiled at her. "Oh, don't tell me you're afraid of bugs, are you~? Little wussy-cat~?" he teased.

Her face went three different shades of red before she stormed over with her "tail" swishing behind her. "GIVE ME THAT!" she shouted, swiping at the bucket. Her attack missed as Izuku cooly dodged. "Not happening, deer-ling. This is my food, go cat your own," he teased, dropping a few puns in for good measure. "GIVE! ME! THE! BUGS!" she shouted, having to jump because Izuku kept throwing the bucket in the air to keep her from getting it. Just to rub it in further, he balanced it on the top of the net and held her back as she tried to swipe at him. "Easy, now kitty~ I might just drop them and ruin your purr-fect clothes~" he warned cooly. At this point, he was just humiliating her and she was falling for it.

"Hmph! Fine, keep your stupid bugs. I'm doubling- no tripling your training! You will regret this, got it mister snail-lover?!" she angrily shouted, stomping away. He shrugged and let the bucket of snails fall perfectly in his hand while swinging the other to catch the stray snails that escaped. "I think you messed up bro," Kirishima whispered, worried for his friend's fate. "Yeah, dude. She just put us through hell man. If she goes through with this, you are not going to survive, man," Sero added.

"Oh calm down, I doubt it could possibly be worse than what Undyne would give me for that."

. . .

It was so much worse.

You see, Undyne summons magical spears that come at you from all directions. And she could paralyze your soul with a single swing, keeping you in one spot while she absolutely destroys you. Undyne puts you on the defense the whole fight and the few times you might get a hit in, it wouldn't do much damage. Fighting Undyne was an impossible task.

And then there was exercise.

Training with Undyne also meant absolute hell. Running through every single inch of the Waterfall and then running through Hotland and Snowdin. Running through waterfalls and rain got you super wet, and then being forced to run through ice and snow dropped your body temperature twice as much as it would if you did it dry. Running through Hotland while wet gives you a few minutes of peace before being boiled from the inside out.

Then came sit-ups in Snowdin, Push-ups in Hotland, Crunches underneath a heavy waterfall, and pull-ups in the Core. Sit-ups in Snowdin after running through Waterfall meant snow would stick to your skin and freeze as you lay back in the snow, and then you raise up and the ice would crack, and you would do it again until you got frostbite. Then you would run to Waterfall and wash all the snow and ice off under a waterfall, and you would break off the ice with crunches. Then you run to Hotland to warm up with push-ups against the molten rock. After you reach an unhealthy temperature, you would ride the vents -getting temporary relief from the heat- to the Core where you would use the warm pipes to do pull-ups.

That was Undyne's training... and this was somehow worse.

There was no break in between, which was something Izuku was used to, and even asked for. But the lack of breaks with no external interference meant that he had no way to cool down or heat up at the right time because he was training right next to Todoroki and Bakugou. Todoroki was sitting in a tub, switching between ice and fire, trying to reach a point where he can use both at the same time. Bakugou was plunging his arms into boiling water and setting off explosions to expand his pores to excrete more sweat. And occasionally Ilda would pass by using his engine quirk so Izuku would feel a small gust of wind before getting another heat flash. Izuku was used to gradual change, and this was not gradual by any means. It was sudden and it shocked his system every time he felt it.

Izuku was fighting Tiger right in between the two so he wasn't given a change of temperature to cool him down or warm him up. And every time he tried to hit Tiger, Pixie-Bob would shift the ground to be softer or harder and throw him off, making him miss his attacks. One second he was fighting on ice, another on lava, and then it was sand, and finally, firm soil but the order was completely random and the soil would sometimes change while he was being attacked. So he was having trouble defending, too. And to make things worse, whenever Tiger got tired, Mandalay would jump in and team up with Pixie-Bob to throw him against a never-ending horde of dirt monsters he had to destroy or he'd get pummeled by them. And to top it all off, Ragdoll was warning them of his oncoming attacks and how to dodge, while Mandalay used her quirk- "connection"- to give him a major migraine by screaming in his head non-stop. Every single muscle in his body was hurting.

"Time *pant* *pant* out! *pant* PLEASE!" Izuku pleaded. "Apologize!" Pixie-Bob demanded. "I'm sorry *pant* for teasing you! *gasp* Mercy!" he begged, falling to his knees. "Hmph. I suppose that will suffice. Take a break while we go talk to the B Class over here," she said, which was all he needed to hear before collapsing into the burnt grass. Said students were staring in horror at the unconscious green-haired student. His classmates gave him a pitiful glance before astutely turning back to their own training.

Sero was right. This was torture.

. . .

"I'm really glad he gave up when he did, Eraser. I don't think we could have lasted that much longer," Pixie-Bob admitted, looking exhausted after the fight. She was glad that the kid had passed out and couldn't hear her, because she didn't want to admit weakness in front of him. "So he's really that strong, huh?" Aizawa asked, staring at the limp body as Asriel poked him with one of his sticks before deciding to heal his brother. He was holding a large basket made of sticks that he found in the woods and carved into a smooth texture. Asriel had made the basket perfectly. It was kind of amazing, actually. They both were.

"How are we supposed to train him to be stronger when he is already this strong? We exhausted ourselves trying to keep him from landing any hits. That kid can take some serious damage, and how he can last that long in those chaotic temperatures? Who the hell trained this kid? He's a beast!" Mandalay told him. They really did go all out on him. They didn't want to go all out on a child, but he was much stronger than they thought. "There is no way we can train him one-on-one. He'll either need to improve on his own or have every single hero in Japan fight him at once. I don't think this kid needs to be any stronger than he already is," Ragdoll informed.

Aizawa shook his head. "While you might be right in that aspect, you have just given him a reason to train harder. I spoke to his trainer and that woman explained his training... what you did was tire him out. What she does is so much worse. She wasn't the captain of the royal guard for nothing. She can put him through absolute hell, beat him to a pulp, cut him, break him, and straight up deck him and he would come running back so she could do it again. He wants to be broken so he can come back stronger. He refuses to yield to her, and he just yielded to you... what do you think that's going to say about the rest of the week?"

Their faces went pale with horror. They didn't really have to do all of that again did they? Oh god, they did. Aizawa was serious. This kid is more than a beast, more than a monster... he is a demon in an angel's skin. He is a nightmare. "Oh, one more thing... his brother beat him in the sports festival, so I'll be taking care of his regimen," he said, walking away from their ghostly faces. He could only imagine the realization that the demon they just fought was probably so much easier than the god they could have fought if Izuku didn't make fun of Pixie-Bob.

They would have tried to go harder on Asriel for not training and regretted it more than they currently did with Izuku. Aizawa was the one training Asriel because he knew Asriel's one weakness. Asriel is a bad swimmer. Which is exactly why he was bringing Asui and Asriel to a nearby lake. "So here's how this is going to work. Asriel is going to practice his swimming until it's good enough to where he can move around in the water. Once he can do that, Asui, you are going to push him around to raise his spatial awareness until he can sense you coming. When he is good enough at defending himself underwater, we will set you two on a platform to fight on an unsteady battlefield," Aizawa explained. "But sensei, won't I have the upper hand, ribbit?" Tsuyu asked. "Which is exactly why it's going to be you. He needs to get used to fighting enemies who have the advantage. And you have the biggest advantage. I'm going to get the platform, good luck," he explained, walking back to the training grounds.

This was going to be a memorable experience.

-----------------------------------------------------

(Ok, that's it for this chapter.

So Izuku is strong and everyone is scared. It was mentioned in previous chapters that Izuku had caught Undyne out and had asked for harder training. He's not a masochist, he is an over-achiever. Pain makes you stronger, and he craves to be stronger. Strong enough to protect his family. Strong enough to protect his friends. Strong enough to protect his hopes and dreams. Strong enough to protect everything and everyone he cares about. He wants to be stronger.

And now that there is someone who can cause him a kind of pain that he didn't know was possible, he wants to fight it. He wants to overcome it. He wants to be stronger than whatever causes him pain so that nobody else can feel that pain. Izuku tries way too hard to be better than everyone so that he can protect everyone.

He is going to annoy the Pussycats until they train him harder than ever before. But it's just as good for the Pussycats because they are getting stronger by fighting Izuku. So it's a two-way street that both sides benefit from.

I didn't want Asriel and Izuku left out and doing nothing, so I made this for them. Aren't I so nice?

Yeah, I'm an ass. Thanks for reading!)
