Naira's pov:-

"I love you"

I blink my eyes trying to digest did he really said 'i love you' to me ...really?

" What?"i breathed

"I love you naira" he said again making me numb.

"I love you very very much naira....i can't even tell how much i love you" he said stroking my cheeks with his thumb.

"Really?" I whispered tears of happiness rolling down my eyes and his too....he nodded with a blissful smile on his face.

I smiled and pulled him into hug....hugging him.as tighter as possible.

"I love you"i whispered in hug

" I love you"he whispered back

After a couple of mins he broke the hug i looked up at him...his eyes were soft and smile not leaving his face...which i never ever saw...

"I want to tell you something! " He said i nodded he smiled and layed down my lap...making me gasp....oh i never saw this side of him... The kiddish side of him.i smiled and caressed his hair making his smile grow bigger

Broking the silence he finally whispered "You always wanted to know the reason of why i changed....why i m not the same Kartik as i was 4 years back...the kartik which kuhu told u about"

Yes i wanna know the reason what changed him so much that the kartik who was sweet and friendly changed into a arrogant boy... What changed him

"Hmm"i just hummed caressing his fluffy and soft hairs...oh i always wanted to do that.

" Shivani"he whispered making my hand stop at his place who is Shivani... Kuhu never told me about that...?

"I met her in college....." He continued i could feel pain in his voice....

"We become friends....then lovers...." Lovers!!!!!.....he love someone else?....then why he said i love u to me....oh god i m damn confused..... he love her or me?

"But..." His voice choked...

But what?

He chuckled sadly "It was valentines day we were returning from the dinner date ....."

Flashback;-

Kartik and Shivani both were returning back from the dinner...walking hand in hand at the footpath

"So do uh like the place?" Kartik asked stopping at his place she turned and looked at him

"I love it " she grinned at him who smiled

"So don't u think i should get a price for taking u there" he said walking closer to her and pulling her towards himself.

"What price? " she asked him...he removed the hair strand falling on her face"You know "he whispered

" What"she bit her lip trying not to laugh

"You know what i want shivani ...so stop teasing me!" He said moving closer to her lips.....but she pushed him

"Tch....shivani yaar...." He whined

"Catch me if u can Kartik Goenka " she said moving back

"Shivani yaar plzz do this " he whined like a child

"Catch me" she walked back ..kartik tried to catch her but she dodged him and ran towards the road

"You can't catch me" she shouted

"Shivani..." He said walking towards her

"Beepppppp"

"Shivaniiiiiiii" kartik shouted when a truck hit her.

End of flashback

"And she left me forever" he completed

Oh my... I never know kartik had such a great loss.....

"Kartik i m sorry......." I tried to form words

He stood up and looked at me
"You shouldn't be" he said wiping off the tears on my face

"That was past..."he cuooed my and cheeks

" And this is present"he said

"And presently.... " He chuckled

"I have fallen for you...." He said

"I have FALLEN FOR MY FAN" He grinned joining his forehead with mine

"I love you" he whispered

"Love you too" i giggled and so do he

"Marry me Naira" he whispered i looked up at him whose eyes were closed

"Please" he opened his eyes

Without any warning I fused mine lips with his ...who was taken aback for a moment... But soon start responding the kiss....sucking mine upper lip and and i was sucking his lower lip

"Yes"i breathed breaking the kiss he smiled and joined his lips with mine again...I could feel him smiling between the kiss and so was I.....

"Ladies and gentlemen may i have your attention please"he clinked the wine glass gaining everyone's attention

" I wanna thank u all for coming here this evening....so today on the auspicious date i have an announcement to make ...so as you all know this celebration was for my award winning....but there is another thing for which a celebration calls for "he said and looks at me

" Naira"he calls my name oh no is he really doing that....everyone looked at me ...i looked down nervous

"Plzz come here " he said i smiled nervously and walked near him....i stand veside him and his hand holding my waist lightly

"So ...sometime back i was lucky enough to meet this amazing girl.....Naira" he said looking at me

"And now very lately i realised she is the one i wanted to share my life with"

"So i asked her to marry me ...and she said yes" everyone gasp hearing it...girls burning into jealous... The most eligible bachelor of the bolly industry will be married soon and that too with me wow i can't beleive am i dreaming?

"So very soon we are getting married!" He said...excitement into his voice ...applaus echoed all over the hall.

I smiled at him he too smiled and quickly pecked my cheeks
Making the crowd to hoot and me blush.

"So this calls for double celebration " he shouted

"Woaahhhhh" all cheered

And the music goes on !!

He looked towards me

"May I get a dance with my LOVE?"he asked taking out his hand for me ..i blushed hearing the word 'LOVE' which he used for me...I look up at him who was smiling on me ..i nervoursly kept my hand on his and we both made our way to the dance floor.

Finally I got my happiness ...I got my naira....This is the best day of my life...her smile ...the reason of wy she is blushing answer of all is ME....My happiness everything is she..i lip synced on the song as if I mean every single lyrics.

Oh god that perfect lip sync as he is siging for me....his eyes which is not moving from me...my eyes travelled again to his lips ..i want them on me once again..i pouted mentally....ohkay it's my turn to ....his eyes widened when I purposely moved my lips seductively....this is for tormenting me by you perfect lip sync..i smirked mentally ..he twirled me and I directly landed close to him on the line 'tere liye hai'

And as soon as it ended the whole hall broke with applause and hootings ...breaking our trance...we looked around embarrassingly ...and looked at each other and burst into laughter and bowed down mouthing 'Thank you' and looked at each other again.!!!!

So guys this was the last chapter of the story🤧.....hmm so as most readers were asking me to extent the story ....sorry for breaking their heart....but but don't be sad yaar..coz i will be updating Epilogue of this story(yess a bonus chapter)
