Duncan's POV

Me and Kim were searching in a forest for Katie when I saw something blue on the floor in the corner of my eye. At first I was going to ingnore it but then I remembered Katie wears a blue bandana around her neck that came from her father so I went to go see what it was. As I got closer to it I saw it was Katie's bandana then I ran over to it to pick it up. It was ripped and covered in blood.
"Oh no. Katie," I whispered as tears raced down my cheeks "please don't be dead,"
"Duncan what's the matter?" I heard Kim ask behind me. I turned around and showed Kim Katie's bandana. As soon as she saw it she gasped and said
"At least we know she was here and she might be close,"
"Yeah she might be close but she might be dead. She never goes anywhere without this and look at it it's ripped and covered in blood Kim," I wept
"Come on Duncan we have to keep looking," she sighed
"You're right," I agreed then I got up and started looking for Katie again.

I was searching for Katie for half an hour ,after I found her bandana, when I ,finally, reached the edge of the forest and saw a building with purple and white writing on it saying

When I saw it I felt anger rush through my body. I found Katie's bandana and it was so close to ,probably, hat films' new base that I couldn't help but feel that they have her. If they have my cousin. They better be ready for a world of pain. I stomped towards their base ,in anger, but I didn't get so far because of the guns they had and the front of their base. I quickly jumped behind a nearby rock so I wouldn't get hurt. Without a plan I can't get in.
"If you're in there. I'll be back for you Katie," I whispered then ran of into the forest.

"Duncan! Did you find her?" Kim asked me as she ran up to me
"No. But I have a feeling I found where she is," I replied
"What? Where?" She wondered, curiosity in her eyes
"I think she's in hat films' new base," I said
"What. Oh no. If she is then she might be using her as bait for us," she worried
"If you think that then you can stay behind but I'm going to get her back... tonight," I told her
"No Duncan I'm going to. I can't leave you to do this alone," she whispered hugging me
"Okay then let's go home and think of a plan," I said then we walked back home anger raging in my body. If they have my cousin then we will be in a nether ending war.
