<7> Percy.
Annabeth gave Percy a strange look she just smiled gently at her. "You'll have fun shopping. Most girls do." Then Percy walked out into the hall and knocked on the door where he heard some loud music coming from. He waited a moment before looking to see Annabeth slip on his hoodie which he had given to her before walking over to Percy and standing next to him shyly.
Percy slowly looked down to find she was bare foot and he slightly frowned, "Uh, you should probably cover those." Percy said and Annabeth gave him another strange look before looking down at where Percy was pointing. Her feet. "Oh." Annabeth let out below a whisper before turning around and as if the ground was made of shards of glass walked slowly and carefully back into her room.
Percy sighed watching where Annabeth was last seen before looking at Will's door determinedly and knocking as hard as he could before shouting at the top of his lunges. "WILL SOLACE! OPEN THIS DOOR IN THE NAME OF THE LAW!" Percy banged the door with his fist a few more times before all of a sudden the loud music was turned drastically low to what it was a few moments before. The door flew open to reveal Will looking a little angry.
"I told you not to interrupt my homework time!" She exclaimed back and Percy smiled looking at her like she was his sister. "So what? I don't care." Percy remarked and Will growled under her breath and balling her fists before Percy felt a burning sensation in his jaw.
Percy heard a gasp just as he grabbed it realizing Will had hit him.. Well, punched him.
Percy just smirked and Will crossed her arms. Then they both heard stomping noises. Before they could look a blob of blond wavy hair stood in between them. It was Annabeth. She had her pulled up in a pony tail, and she looked deadly.
Her back was towards Percy so he couldn't see her face but he could see that she was in a protective stance.. But protecting who?...
"Will, I like you. But if you harm this innocent boy again I will have to use my weapon to detain you." Annabeth's voice wasn't weak or even sounding fake. There was a complete seriousness to it. One that was eerily absent from Percy's life along with Will's. Then Percy realized who she was protecting...
Will raised an eyebrow, "Weapon?"
"Boy?" Percy squeaked out and Will glared as if he was annoying her.
What? Percy mouthed looking offended. He wasn't a boy. He was a man. A manly man.
Will rolled her eyes and Annabeth loosened a little bit probably recognizing the gesture. "Look, we were just kidding around. We do it all the time. It's normal here." Will explained and Annabeth looked confused.
"Really?" She asked and Will nodded before Annabeth just stood in silence a moment the only noise in the hallway including breathing and Will's music down low. Annabeth looked over her shoulder at Percy in question and Percy nodded. "It's fine." He said and Annabeth nodded back before standing up normally and backing out of in between the two.
"Sorry, I-I misunderstood." Annabeth stuttered turning into her usual nervous self glancing between will and her feet, (which had shoes on them now), as she moved them around a bit. Will smiled in understanding, "I forgive you Annabeth. No hard feelings." Will said and Annabeth nodded before they hugged it out. Though Percy noticed a little bit of something on Will. There were hard feelings with her.
Percy brushed it off and smiled, "So, I originally came to invite you to shop with us, but since you're being so mean we might go without you." Percy acted snobby sticking his nose up and smirking resulting in Will punching his arm lightly. "You dummy, I'm the one who has a car."
Percy looked down at her and smirked more. "Not today." He said holding up his mom's car keys in a teasing way. Will groaned in annoyance. "Why do you want me to go with you anyways?" she asked and Percy shrugged his shoulders.
"Oh I dunno, I'm not a lady. And Annabeth is. If she needs help I'm sure I can just waltz right into the dressing rooms and help her get dressed.." Percy said sarcastically and Will smirked evilly.
"Alright sounds good, have fun you too." She backed up into her room and was about to close the door as Percy blushed pink. "WAIT!" Percy exclaimed grabbing the door before she closed it. He looked her in the eyes worriedly. "I-I was joking." He glanced back at Annabeth nervously before looking back at Will who still had that crap-eating grin on her face.
"Sure you were." She said before using more effort to closer her door as Percy used his strength to hold open the door while his cheeks turned red at what she was implying through her words. He would never do that. Pssh. He's no weirdo.
But the thought had intrigued his mind, and he wondered what would happen if he walked in on-
AGH! STOP IT NO! Percy thought shaking the thoughts out of his head.
"Please come, we need you." Percy begged which was a very unmanly thing to do. But with women you really couldn't do anything else. Percy learned that the hard way.
Will nodded, "I'll come...... For the sake of Annabeth." Will said and Percy let out a sigh in relief. "Thanks." He said and Will smiled. "Let me grab my jacket."

Percy stood in the clothes isles as Will looked through clothes presenting them to Annabeth and either putting them in the buggy/shopping cart or back on the rack. Percy was starting to notice a pattern. Annabeth usually only chose lighter more flowy clothes. Occasionally she'd see something and Will would put it in the cart because Annabeth would get killed if she didn't fit in at all.
After a bit Will sighed. "Well, the buggy's full. You should probably start trying these on." Will said and Annabeth looked down and nodded.
Will turned to the clothes rack and Percy assumed she started looking for herself. Percy looked over at Annabeth to see she was starting to take off her shirt.
"Waa-AAAAH!" Percy shook Will and Will looked before her eyes grew wide. "Annabeth!" Will jumped and pulled down her shirt before anyone saw. "You can't do that!" She whispered harshly and Annabeth gave the two of them a confused look before asking, "Why not?" Percy and Will stood in silence a moment before Will cleared her throat. "Well, not in public anyway..." Will trailed off as Percy tried his best to hide his extremely red face which felt like it was burning off.
"C-come on, let's go to the changing room." Will said before the two walked off with the buggy leaving Percy behind to fight with his thoughts and try his best to calm down.
