Taehyung didn't know what to do about his comatose best friend. He paced back and forth at the foot of the bed, wondering whether he ought to call emergency services first or the rest of the boys.
As he paced, the sound of his phone ringing broke him from his thoughts. Digging it out he looked at the unfamiliar number that flashed onto the screen. He let it ring before watching as it went straight to his voicemail. Before he could put his phone away to start worrying about Jimin again, it started to ring with the same number. Then again. Then again.
'Well what the heck is this?' Taehyung thought, letting out a sigh as he finally decided to pick it up after the number called him for the fifth time in a row.
"Why do you keep..."
His voice came to a halt when he heard an all too familiar one on the other end.
"Jimin?"
"Finally you picked up!"
"But I...you..."
"Where are you right now?" came Jimin's voice.
"Your place and you..."
"I can explain...sort of," he said. "But first, where did you get that necklace you gave me?"
Taehyung cast his eyes towards Jimin's body on the bed and the necklace that remained about his neck, the charm resting on the base of it.
"I got it at the Zero O'Clock Antique shop."
"Well then meet us there. Be there as soon as you can."
"Us? Who's...?"
Taehyung's question was left unanswered as the call abruptly came to an end as Jimin anxiously told someone to end the call. Taehyung looked at Jimin's body once more, wondering if this was all some sort of trap he should be wary about stepping into.

Birdie had heard the call that Jimin had her place since she had to put it on speaker phone in order for him to have it. She still was having a hard time wrapping her mind around the fact that Jimin's spirit was currently possessing her cardboard cutout, so to think that she was about to meet a member of BTS in the flesh was something else.
Within a few minutes, she parked her car against the curb by a row of shops, one of them being the antique store that Taehyung had mentioned in the call. Tapping her fingers against the wheel, she kept watching what little foot traffic there was outside as she waited for Taehyung to arrive.
"Do you think he'll actually show up?" Birdie finally asked. She couldn't help it. The nerves were finally starting to get the better of her, especially since she was still in her pajamas and looked worse for wear.
"He'll show up," Jimin assured. "At least he better or I'm going to beat his..."
Jimin's voice drowned out when he noticed a man with a tan jacket, black bucket hat, and black shades wander down the sidewalk just then. The man had his shoulders half slouched, tossing his gaze from side-to-side as if he was afraid that he would be jumped any second.
"That's him," Jimin said. "Roll my window down."
Nodding, Birdie did as she was instructed, rolling the window down just as the shaded man started to walk past where she parked.
"TAE!"
Hearing his name, the man pulled up short, looking around for the source of Jimin's voice. His eyes eventually landed on the cardboard cutout of Jimin that was angled in the passenger seat of the car parked up against the curb.
"Jimin?" he barely dared ask.
"Yes!" Jimin answered, causing Taehyung to jump back in surprise. "You showed, thank goodness!"
"I...I did, but what's going on?"
As Taehyung talked, he approached the vehicle, crouching slightly to see the other occupant. His eyes landed on a blushing Birdie sitting in the passenger's seat.
"I take it you're the other part of the 'us' Jimin referred to earlier," Taehyung said.
Birdie could do nothing except nod her head as Taehyung waved a hand in greeting.
"Well then, can one of you please fill me in on what the heck is going on?"
