After having a small talk, Alexa ordered room service while Sasha took a hot shower to wash away her tears.

"You still like tacos, right?" Alexa asked as Sasha sat down on the other side of the bed.

"Of course I still like tacos." Sasha laughed.

Alexa watched Sasha's smile for a moment with a warmth in her chest.

"I'm sorry, Sasha." Alexa said suddenly.

Sasha looked down uncomfortably.

"This is all my fault." Alexa told her.

"Why? Because I told you I loved you and I thought you felt the same? Because I was willing to give up literally everything for you and you just spit in my face by getting engaged to him?" Sasha asked.

Alexa gave Sasha an apologetic look.

"I really am sorry." Alexa told her.

Sasha watched Alexa helplessly for a moment before letting out a deep breath.

"I didn't come here to fight.. I just-." Sasha began to say.

"I know." Alexa said as she placed her hand on Sasha's.

Sasha looked down at their hands touching with a warmth in her heart.

"I think the office is on, you wanna watch?" Alexa asked her.

Sasha let out a small smile to herself.

"Kind of like old times, huh?" Sasha asked.

Alexa looked up at Sasha with an unsettling feeling in her stomach.

"Sasha." Alexa began to say.

"Just turn on the damn tv, Lexi." Sasha said in attempt to avoid an argument.

Alexa turned on the hotels tv and put on The Office. Both curled pulled the covers over them and got comfy as they sat side by side in bed. Alexa handed Sasha a taco and they enjoyed each other's company. A few hours into the night Alexa realized Sasha had fallen asleep on her shoulder. She let out a small smile to herself as she tried to fight the flutters in her chest. Then suddenly her phone buzzed. It was her fiancé, Buddy Murphy who she knew personally as Mathew Adams.

"Love you Lexi, goodnight."

Alexa just stared at her phone, suddenly realizing what a mess she had made with her love life.

Tuesday morning in Jacksonville, Florida Aj woke up to her phone ringing.

"Oh my god, shut it off!" Aj yelled half asleep as she tumbled through the bed in search of her phone.

She finally grabbed her phone that had slipped under her pillow case and answer it.

"Who is this and what do you want?" Aj asked in a sleepy voice.

"You know there is this cool thing called caller ID? It was invented in the 80's, you should really check it out." Cody said over the phone.

"Cody is that you?" Aj asked as she looked at the name on her phone.

"You sound like you just woke up." Cody told her.

"Because I did you asshole! Why did you wake me up?" Aj asked.

"Open your door." Cody told her.

Aj looked around in confusion for a moment.

"What?" She asked.

"Open your door." Cody said.

Aj let out a sigh of frustration and crawled out of bed. She walked over and opened the door to her hotel room to find Cody standing there with two coffees and a box of donuts. Without our thinking she slammed the door in his face. She only took a step away before she realized what she was missing out on. Aj turned around and opened the door again.

"Those donuts for me?" Aj asked.

"Uh.. yeah. Coffee too." Cody told her.

Aj grabbed the box of donuts and walked back into the room, leaving the door open for Cody. He walked in behind Aj, taking notice of the fact that she was in nothing but a gray tank top and white panties. Aj, still half asleep didn't even think to cover up. She curled back up and bed and dig through the box of donuts. Cody put his hands in his pockets and looked out the window for a moment.

"You gonna hand me that coffee or?" Aj asked.

Cody let out a small laugh to himself before grabbing one of the coffees and walking it over to her.

"Thanks, man." Aj said.

Cody watched in amusement for a moment while Aj acted as if no one else was in the room. She took a sip of her coffee before realizing Cody was staring at her.

"Are you gonna tell me why you showed up at my door at the crack of dawn?" Aj asked.

"Well it's almost ten in the morning, definitely not the crack of dawn. But I came to take you to lunch." Cody told her.

"Lunch?" Aj asked.

"Yeah, just to talk about things." Cody told her.

Aj have Cody a skeptical look for a moment.

"Aren't you married?" Aj asked.

"Aren't you?" Cody said.

"Yes but I'm not the one asking the other out to lunch right now." Aj told him.

"I'm not hitting on you if that's what you're thinking." Cody assures her.

"You sure about that?" Aj asked as she took a sip of her coffee.

Cody was now a little confused about his own intensions.

"I just thought while you were in town we could hang out, you know? Talk business?" Cody said.

"Why didn't you just say that then? And if we're hanging out we're definitely not going out for lunch." Aj told him.

"Wait. What?" Cody asked.

"To be honest I should probably stay here in my room. I mean if anyone sees that I'm in town people might get a little suspicious." Aj told him.

"And you don't want them to get suspicious because you've decided to sign with us?" Cody asked.

Aj let out a small laugh.

"You don't give up do you?" Aj asked.

"Not when I see something I want, no." Cody told her.

Aj looked down for a moment before Cody took off his suit jacket and rolled up his sleeves.

"What are you doing?" Aj asked.

"I figured you're probably right about you staying in the hotel room. So we'll just hang out in here." Cody staid as he sat down in the chair in the corner.

Aj and Cody spent nearly the entire day in the hotel room sharing stories from the road. Aj had put on a pair of pants earlier but was laughing historically when someone knocked at the door. Cody got up and walked across the room. He opened the door as Kenny Omega let himself in.

"Hi, Aj. It's nice to meet you. I'm Kenny." He introduced himself with a handshake.

"Yeah, I know who you are. We met in the meeting the other day.." Aj told him.

"Well I thought we could get to know each other a little better." Kenny told her.

"Is everything okay, Kenny?" Cody asked.

"Yeah, everything is great." Kenny said unconvincingly.

Aj and Cody looked at each other for a moment before Kenny picked up the hotel phone.

"Yeah, I'd like to place an order for room service please." Kenny said.

Aj looked down and saw a text from her husband.

"It's time, wish me luck."
     -Phil

"Good luck, I love you."
     -Aj

"Yeah, I'll have the 15oz shrimp with and order of the penne pasta.. maybe throw in an order of Mac n cheese, and oh I'd like to try the onion soup as well." Kenny began to order.

Cody just stared at Kenny in confusion.

"And for desert I'll have a cheesecake and uh.. the dark chocolate pot du crème." Kenny said.

Aj glanced over at Kenny questionably.

"Do you guys want anything?" Kenny asked.

"I think we're good, man." Cody told him.

"I want a cheesecake." Aj told Kenny.

"Get me another cheesecake too please." Kenny ordered before hanging up the phone.

Ah grabbed the television remote and turned it on. Cody took a seat on the edge of the bed as WWE backstage was coming to an end.

"So here's the thing guys.. Here in WWE we like to have the huge, iconic moments and I think it's time we start making our own iconic moments." Renee Young says as Paige, Booker T, and Adam Cole look at her in confusion.

Aj took a deep breath.

"Wait. What's going on?" Paige asked

"In three.. two.. one." Renee said before CM Punks music hit.

Aj immediately noticed Renee's eyes light up as Phil made his entrance. Cody and Kenny watched the tv awkwardly. When Phil immediately went in and hugged Renee, Aj got an unsettling feeling in her stomach. The way he held her tight with a smile on his face made Aj feel a sense of betrayal.

Los Angeles, California

After WWE Backstage went off the air, Renee watched as Phil said his hello's to everyone. Phil was giving Renee frequent glances to let her know he wanted to talk to her. Renee just smiled over at him, trying to hide her anxiousness. When Phil finally escaped the crowd, Renee took a deep breath.

"You look amazing." Phil told her.

"Thank you." Renee said as she looked down awkwardly.

Phil watched her try to hide a smile.

"You wanna share a car back to the hotel?" Phil asked her.

"Um.. yeah, sure." Renee said.

Paige glanced over from the group chat and saw Renee leaving with Phil.

Nashville, Tennessee

Roman was getting foff his flight when he called Becky.

"Hey, what's up?" Becky asked.

"Hey, um.. So I was headed back to Pensacola until this weekend but apparently I have to fill in at this signing for Ziggler tomorrow morning." Roman said.

"Oh, so you're going to be in town?" Becky asked with a hint of excitement in her voice.

"Yeah, I thought maybe i could stop by on my way to the hotel?" Roman asked.

"Yeah, of course. But can you pick up pizza on the way?" Becky asked.

"Okay, see you in a little." Roman said.
