the midseason finale for season 8 was waaaayyy more intense than the other long episodes that this season started off with...

but the walking dead writers have made the WORST mistake ever by killing off Carl, he was the FUTURE of twd.

REASONS WHY CARL
SHOULD NOT HAVE DIED;

they've stuffed up the tv show entirely. Carl was supposed to introduce the next villains [the whisperers] into the show.

he was supposed to meet a girl called Lydia and fall in love with her, and then it turned out that Lydia's mother was part of a group who disguised as walkers, and was responsible for killing a load of main characters. that's what happens in the comic series of twd.

sure there have been other massive deaths [andrea, abraham, glenn, sasha, etc.], some of them happened differently to the comics, but they still made sense in the show.

Carl was expected to outlive most of the characters, including Rick.

he grew up on that show. i thought Carl's story was leading to something!fans watched him turn from a little kid into a leader. he was meant to live to tell the tale of him and his dad and daryl and michonne and everyone else.

what are Rick and Michonne gonna do now?!?!?!

I don't how the flip they're gonna pull off the rest of this show without CARL in it.
