Chapter 6

Two days later Casper opened his eyes. He klinged onto his thin blanked. After he looked around, he remembered that Ra sneaked over to Mantha's dorm last night.

The ghost rolled from his bed and scuffed to the bathroom. He was so demotivated. Annoyedly he leaned against the bathroom's doorcase with his toothbrush in his hand. He checked his phone. No messages, well who sould've sent him something anyway? Slowly he lead his toothbrush to his mouth, when the window opened and a heavy body landed on the floor.

A shirtless Thatch stepped in. The vampire immediately grabed Casper's toothbrush and pushed him against the wooden doorcase. "Hey Babe." he groaned silently. "Oh don't worry Hon' they're not here." Casper muttered annoyed, while he tried to get his toothbrush back. "You don't need to be so uptight." Thatch wispered. He didn't make any attemt to move or change his position.

"Why are you here and where is your shirt?" Casper asked after giving up fighting. "Dummy came over and I had to go." He explained coldly, holding his arm up to annoy the smaller one even more. "That doesn't explain why you're not wearing a t-shirt." Casper nagged. "Because it looks way more realistic when your dumbasses show up here." Thatch wispered.

The taller one came closer with his face. "I told you to not call them..." Casper got interrupted. Just when their lips touched, the door opened once again.

"Yo, Casp missed... oh." Ra looked at the two boys roughly kissing and blocking the bathroom entrance. "I-I... guys I need to go into... Uh..." Ra became silent. Then he made a step forward, then backwards. He opened his mouth, closed it, lifted his finger and putted it down again. He turned around and slowly left the room.

After the door closed they seperated Thatch grinned: "See?" Casper rolled his eyes. Silence. "Do you have a t-shirt I could borrow?" The vampire asked. "In my closet." Casper groaned. The taller one put the toothbrush in his mouth, when he stepped back and went to Casper's closet.

Casper crossed his arms in front of his chest. Thatch threw the toothbrush back, what caused the ghost to almost drop it. Casper sighed and prepared the toothbrush yet again. He was kissing this guy all the time, then it wouldn't be that bad to share a toothbrush.

Thatch searched for a t-shirt, that wasn't too tight for him. Casper watched the vampire with tired eyes, when he put on a black shirt. But the ghost looked quite shocked when the taller one turned around.

"Oh come on, you really had to pick that one?" he complained. "What's wrong with this one?" Thatch asked and raised a brow. "That's my favorite band shirt one and I don't want it to become worn out," The ghost muttered while touching the fabric, wich fit tightly on the taller ones body. "What do you mean with worn out? Those shirts are all way to large for you it doesn't matter if it would be stretched a little bit more." Thatch contered.

Casper wanted to say something, but Thatch already got out of the position. He passed the ghost, slaping his butt. "Stop it!" the smaller one hissed, turning around to the vampire. The vampire grinned. "We talked about that!" Casper complained.

"Wrong you said: »I told you to stop.« Then you made agry noises and stumped away aaand then you ran into a trashcan." Thatch laughed, and Casper sighed annoyed, while the vampire passed him. "Come on let's get breakfast." Thatch yelled almost outside of the room. Casper sighed once again and followed his fake boyfriend.

After they left the part of the building with all the dorms, Casper grabbed Thatch's hand, just in case someone would see them. It was Friday and everyone looked so exhausted already, even though they probably just got out of their beds.

On their way to the cafeteria many people stared at them. The news of their relationship had spread fast. Faster than they both expected. Some might find it disgusting others would argue that the two most unpopular creatures at school would deserve each other.

And before you ask. Yes they both were kind of unpopular but in diffrent ways. While Casper was obviously disliked and made fun of by most of the students, Thatch was hated behind his back. But the vampire didn't seem to care. A talent which Casper was jellous of. He wanted to be liked by everyone at every time and it was exhausting.

Casper stopped thinking about it, when Thatch opened the door so the ghost could pass him. The ghost rolled his eyes with an amused smile, the vampire was at least good in faking beeing a decent person.

Thatch grabbed himself some food while Casper just got some juice. They sat down opposite to each other waiting for their friends to show up. The three couples eating became a breakfast thing. Probably because Thatch forced his friends to do so.

Mosshead had successfully managed to stay out of this by hanging out with the skeleton twins. On one side Thatch was glad but he had to admit that it was too much fun to annoy Mosshead with his new relationship. He got caught totally of guard and seemed to dislike it. Either because of that combination or out of the fact that he now was the only single guy in their friendgroup.

The ghost flinched when Thatch grabbed his hand over the table. Wolfie and Monaco had passed them. Casper smiled them, grinning at the werewolf who was still trying to flirt with the older twin.

"Hey lovebirds." Mantha greeted as she sat down next to Casper. "Hey." The ghost muttered nervously. Ra sat down next to Mantha glaring at Thatch with annoyance.

The zombie laughed and layed her ellbow on Casper's shoulder. "I heared you blocked the bathroom." She giggled. "I mean kinda." The ghost answered. A short moment of silence before Ra and Mantha started laughing.

A glipmse to Thatch told the ghost that he wasn't amused at all. He would have hoped for them to already be uneasy at least.

But before the taller one could have complained his very own friends sat down next to him. "Hey y'all." Dummy yelled as she sat down next to Thatch. Slither shruged his shoulders to greet the others.

"Casp what's our first lesson." Mantha asked as she leaned against the ghost. "Uh chemistry, but in the theory room. So no experiments." The ghost answered. "Ah for fucks sake." The Zombie cursed. "Aww come on admit you have a crush on Professor Burns." Ra joked. "Don't we all?" Casper added.

They got interruped by Dummy Girl. "Wait you let her do that?" She asked as she pointed at Mantha still leaned against Casper. Ra looked at his friends. "I mean yeah. Why not they're frien-" He got interruped. "See." Dummy complained as she looked at Slither who rolled his eyes.

They started argueing. "I just don't like when you touch other guys." He hissed. "So you don't trust me?" She contered. He muttered: "I don't trust the guys." "Thatch?" She asked as she pointed at the vampire who was stuffing food into his mouth.

The others became silent. Thatch took a annoyed glimpse at Casper, who shruged his shoulders in somewhat pity. The vampire sighed, got up and put his upper body between the argueing couple.

"Guys. Guys. Guys!" he yelled the last one pretty loud and his friends became silent looking at him with a confused face.

He sighed once again. "Dummy, you don't need to lean against my shoulder, when you have a boyfriend who'd love to hold you in his arms... tentacles. Slither, Dummy is a loyal girlfriend. You don't need to be jealous because she wants to lean against her best friend." he muttered and scuffed back to his seat.

Silence. Both started appolgizing and then kissing. Casper looked quite impressed and Thatch lifted his hands happy with himself and his work. Ra and Mantha had trown annoyed looks at each other though.

Since they started eating breakfast together Dummy and Slither were argueing almost half the time. Granted they only did that for two days now but the two couples never liked each other much to begin with.

These looks gave Thatch an idea. "You guys today is Friday isn't it? We should do something. Don't you guys have that movie thing going on each friday?" He asked, smirking at Casper, who recieved a kick against the leg. The ghost nooded with a slightly too big smile.

Caspers friends looked at each other once again. "I don't know man." Ra muttered. "Oh come on Casper and I want you guys to get along isn't that right babe?" Thatch insisted. The ghost flinched as he got kicked again. "It would be fun. It's worth a try." He added.

The four didn't seem sure about it but Thatch wasn't done. "Casper is good at cooking. We'll stay at his place and hang out in the living room." Now it was Thatch who was kicked against the leg. "Only if that's okay with you of course." The vampire hissed in pain.

It took a few more arguements from them until the two couples agreed. That moment of agreement was also the moment of the school bell ringing.

Breakfast was over and chemistry with good old Prof. Burns was on. The six stepped into the room and while Casper was ready to sit down next to his friends by pulling a single table next to their double one. He was stopped though by the looks of his friends who seemed to expect that he'd sit with his boyfriend.

So the ghost did what he quote on quote had to do. Sit with Thatch. Stupid fake relationship! He grabbed the vampire's arm and pulled him to a double table in the wallsite. In front of them sat Mantha and Ra, behind them Dummy Girl and Slither.

Class started when Bruns walked into the room. He was in a bad mood, as he usually was. Class started immediately.

It was boring. Casper leaned against the wall crossing his arms while tiredly looking at the board. As the lesson would go on he found something else to look at or someone else to be exact.

Thatch was pretty muscular and fit. Besides knowing that from gym class it was also shown by Casper's tight shirt which fitting him perfectly. The undercut which Dummy gave him a while ago made him look very attractive.

It was a fact that vampires tended to look perfect or generally attractive. Vampires evolved over time to attract humans, which made hunting much easier for them.

Now you may wonder. Doesn't Casper hate that guy? Well he wouldn't go as far as saying »hating him« but yeah he didn't like Thatch. But the ghost tryed to be selfaweare and realistic. Thatch was hot and attractive and all in all the dream of a man... appearance whise at least. It was a fact. And everyone who disagreed was blatantly lying.

Casper changed his position and now leaned his back against the wall and layed his legs on Thatch's lap. The vampire turned his head and looked at him a little confused. The smaller one shruged his shoulders and turned his face at the dragon. Thatch rolled his eyes, but then layed his hands on the ghost's legs.

"It's almost art to make chemistry so fucking boring," Casper wispered. "True," Thatch agreed. Prof. Burns started to write down on the blackboard. Most students grabbed a pen and wrote the nonesence of chemistry notes down.

Casper's hand slid over the paper. He didn't really try to write things down in a legible way. "Wow," Thatch muttered. "What?" Casper wispered. "That's the ugliest handwriting I've ever seen." he laughed. The ghost glipsed over to Thatch's sheet. "I'm Not here to get criticism from someone who's handwriting looks like one of these wannabe chique fonts no one can read." Casper contered. "Say that again you-"

Prof Burns cleared his throat. "Would you two mind?" The teacher yelled and interrupted Thatch. Both got silent. "And Casper you can relax after the lesson." the dragon added. The ghost changed his position immediately.

The rest of the lesson went on without any problems. Like the rest of the school day. The two boys went to Casper's home.
