Three days went, Cabir somehow conceive Manik and they took flight to California. Manik feeling something fab4 hiding but didn't ask them.

"Finally, we are here." Mukthi and Aliya exclaimed excitedly, Manik narrow eye at both.

"From when you both started excited for concert." Manik asked neutrally. All smiled except Mukthi and Aliya who gave him sheepish smile.

"Because I feel some happiness going to come." Aliya said hugging him, he rolled his eyes and hug her.

(Manik and Aliya are friends like sister-brother😅 even Mukthi too)

"Let's see." Manik walked front to car. Fab4, abhi and Navya glanced at each other.

"Mukthi how we going to see chotu." Dhruv asked, all attention turned to her.

"Nandini work her in AZX hospital, from there I got her address. We can see her but Manik." Mukthi looked at manik who standing near car.

"We will plan something. Now lets go home first, tomorrow we will see her" Cabir said walking to car with Navya. Mukthi and Aliya rolled their eyes and followed them.

All arrived to manik guesthouse, and took rest. Full day fab4 planning to meet Nandini. Abhi kept Manik busy with work. Manik know they something hiding but didn't ask.

Next day

"Nandu how many times i said take rest, now see fever came. Can't you take care of yourself." Abhishek said checking medicine.

"Abhi I am fine, it's just normal fever. Why are you panicking like this." Nandini said in weak tone.

"Oh seriously Madam! For three days you were unconscious last time without having food, proper sleep. Forgot." Nandini looked down in guilty.

"Sorry, but you go. I will take care." Nandini said, Abhi glared at her.

"I am not going to hospital. I will be here taking care of you. You take rest, I will prepare something for eat." Abhishek said and went out to her room.

Nandini lost in her thoughts.

(Flashback)

"Mani, that is sugar. They won't put that in soup....slowly Manik it will be hot. Manu don't cut like that..." Nandini continuously trying to stop Manik who in world first time cooking for her, because she having fever.

"Come on Nandini shut up. You have fever so shh." Manik said like strict father. Nandini try to speak but "finger in lips, untill I finish no talking." Nandini with pout kept finger in lips.

"Good girl." He turned to kitchen which is fully mess.

"Manik beta, come on one soup can't you do, that too for Nandu." He spoke to himself, and open the utube.

"Manikkkk, I feel sleepy. Can I?" Nandini shouted making crying face.

"No need, I came." Manik came out with hot soup. He kept on table, pulled Nandini into his arm. He blow the soup lightly to make it cool and feed Nandini first soup.

"How is it?" Manik asked making cute face. Nandini smile and kissed his cheek, "it's awesome chief Malhotra." Manik raised his imaginary collar, I kissed his cheek

Manik smiled and feed full blow slowly as usual Nandini shown trauma.

"Please baby, last last spoon. Please for Manik." He try to convince.

"Manik like this you said for last 20 spoon no." Nandini palmed her mouth.

Manik kept the blow on table and turned around, "for you I made with love, you denying it. I am hurt." He held his heart dramatically. Nandini felt bad without knowing Manik trick.

"Monstu don't be sad, you feed I will eat." She hugged him from back and kissed his cheek. He smiled and turned to feed her fully.

"My goodie baby." Manik whip her lips and peck it. Nandini bluhsed and hugged him.

"Monstu sleepy." Nandini said in baby voice, rubbing her eyes. Manik held her hands which whip her eyes harder.

"Me will do baby, it will hurt." He rubbed it slowly and pick her up, walk to room and lay her down. He lay beside her and caressing her hair till she fully sleep.

(Flashback end)

Tear rolling down Nandini eye thinking about past. "I wish you to here Manik, but can't. I can't go back from my promise I made."

I frown hearing a sound outside. I slowly got down and went out of the room to get shock.

"Finally you grace your presence, Miss.murthy or soon to be Mr.kumar." Mukthi said in disgusting tune. I looked down in tears.

"Excuse me, can I know why you all are here?" Abhishek asked strictly, walking to me.

"I think you know who we are or else this Madam fail to say it." Aliya said looking at me.
Cabir Bhai and Dhruv Bhai stood silent.

"We need to speak with her alone. Get out." Mukthi said rudely, she is same like Manik.
Abhi try to speak but I show him my eye. He sighed and left the house.

In a second Mukthi held my arms, "Are you happy now? There Manik is dying each and every second thinking about you. But you happily engaged to someone and going to marry him. You bloody......" She pushed me without completing her words.

"We saw you like our family member. In any thing we made you feel as not loved. Manik trust you so much, beyond all but you. Why you do this? Why?" Aliya shook me more, I cried looking down.

Dhruv came and pulled her into his chest, she cried.

Cabir came to me and whip my tears, "stop crying."

"Bhai" I hugged him tightly and cried more. I can't control anymore, how many days I will be like this.

"Shh." He caressed my hair, I felt his lips on my head.

"Why you did this? Why are marrying someone." I broke the hug heairng him.

"Say Nandu. I know you hiding something." Dhruv asked me, I looked down.

"She won't say. How she will? When she got what she wanted, she won't. Loved someone now marrying someone else." Aliya shouted, turning around.

"Nandu you making them to talk. Please say the truth. Is this engagment happened with your consent." Cabir Bhai asked, I nodded my head slowly. His hands slowly dropped from my shoulders.

"Bh..I can't say.." my voice croked.

"See here Ms.murthy or what ever you are. This engagment happened and all I don't need. We will be here for five days, i will give you three days think to think, throw this ring away and come to Manik as same Nandini you were before." Mukthi words shocked me even Cabir and Dhruv Bhai too.

"Mukthi this is not our plan." Cabir shouted.

"It's not, but mine. For my brother I will go any extend." Mukthi said angrily and turned to me.

"If you not decided anything means till now Manik don't know anything, you yourself think what will happen when Manik will know about your engagement, about Abhishek." Mukthi smirked at me, which scared me to core.

Ayyappa!! Manik shouldn't know this.

"Mut.. Mukthi please... Don't say to him." I plead her, but she stood straight.

"It's depend on your decision Nandu. We can't do anything." Aliya said. I held my head which spinning.

"Choose wisely." Mukthi said and walk out with Aliya. Dhruv and Cabir Bhai glanced at me lastly and went out without saying anything.

I palmed my face and cried, if Manik get to know that's it.

"Nandu, see a parcel came." I heard Abhishek words slowly. Blackness surrounding my eyes, I held my head.

I fall down on floor because of dizziness, before closing my eyes I heard "nandiniiiiii."
