(Y/N) pov

It was a nice day. The sun shining, clouds floating,... And a fight about to happen between Erza and Natsu. Yeah, turns out Natsu was serious about fighting Erza. We were all outside. Natsu and Erza facing each other, everyone was making bets(mostly on Erza), and a crowd was surrounding the two fighters.

Lucy then came pushing through the crowd.

Lucy: They're really going to fight?!

Mira: Oh. hey Lucy!

Elfman: Well if those two value their manhood, they better go through with it!

(Y/N):...Erza isn't a man though.

Macao: She is pretty manly though.

Lucy: Aren't you worried this is gonna tear our strongest team apart?

Gray: What are you talking about?

Lucy: You, (Y/N), Erza, and Natsu! You four are the strongest wizards in the guild!

Gray: strongest in the guild? Yeah, right. What idiot fed you that lie?

Mira then started crying while Gray was trying to calm her down. Then they started talking about contenders for being the strongest. I didn't care who was the strongest. Plus I'm pretty sure Guildarts is the strongest, but we'll talk about him another time.

Lucy: What about (Y/N)?

Then everyone looked at me.

Elfman: (Y/N) is pretty powerful. Especially since it's hard to hit him.

Lucy: What do you mean?

Macao: (Y/N) can only be hit by holy and demonic magic.

Lucy: You mean like my spirits?

(Y/N): Yea. Pretty much.

Macao: But still wouldn't call him the strongest.

Elfman: Yea. if he wasn't so lazy and careless, he be one of the best wizards here.

Mira: still crying I just meant that they worked really well together and they had the best team chemistry!

Gray: I get what you mean now Mira, now please calm down!

Lucy: This coming from someone who asked me to go along with them to keep Natsu and Gray from killing each other?

I decided to stop listening to their and focus more on the battle. Erza and Natsu were talking but I couldn't hear what they were saying. Then Erza changed her armor into her flame empress armor. Now Natsu's magic will be less effective.

Makarov then appeared between Natsu and Erza.

Makarov: Round 1. Fight!

Then the battle began. The two went at it. Nobody was getting a hit on the other. Then when Natsu used his roar and Erza jumped in the air to dodge it. Natsu jumped up to meet her and they were about to clash... Until a gong noise was heard which stopped the match. Ugh...so loud.

Everyone looked towards the direction of the noise and we saw a... Oh no.

???: This fight is over! May I have your attention, please? I have come here on behalf of the Magic Council.

Levy: Why though?

Jet: Seriously?

Droy: Why would the council even need to send someone here?

Lucy: ummm, am I the only one bothered by the fact she's a frog!?

Council frog: As a result of the Eisenwald incident, one of your members have been charged with 9 counts of criminal property damage.

Maybe she...or he is talking about Natsu and them. Yeah. What are the chances that they're talking about me.

Council frog: (Y/N), YOU ARE UNDER ARREST!

...damn it.

3rd pov

The guild hall was completely silent, except for a loud Natsu who was placed in a jar in salamander form.

Natsu: This isn't fair you guys! Let me out already!

Mira: Natsu! Calm down! If we let you out now you'll just go on a rampage!

Natsu: No, I won't! I promise! Just let me out and turn me back!

Mira: You're only saying that so you can go save (Y/N).

Gray: Even if we did let you out there is no way that we can face off against the council.

Elfman: I don't get it though. We've destroyed plenty of stuff in the past and they've never made a big deal of it.

Lucy: I can't help but think that there's another reason for this.

Erza sat quietly in the corner of the guild. She had a strawberry cake in front of her that looked barely eaten.

Erza: '(Y/N)...'

Timeskip

(Y/N) was floating down the hall, in handcuffs, on his cloud being led by the council representative. They couldn't get him off it so they just kept him on.

(Y/N): yawn man. Been awhile since I was brought here. Last time was the Ice cream man incident. I was sure he was a murderer.

The council frog stopped and looked back at (Y/N).

Concil frog: I heard about that incident. They said nearly an entire village was destroyed by a kid. That was you?

(Y/N): well yawn Nevermind.

The frog sweatdropped at his response and continued walking before they were stopped by one of the members of the council.

???: Well well well, if it isn't my old friend.

(Y/N) looked at the person as his eyes slowly turned red.

(Y/N):...Ultear.

Ultear is a pale-skinned woman with dark purple hair and brown eyes. Ultear has a rather voluptuous figure, and she wears a long revealing dress, sporting a striped pattern.

Ultear: Aww. That's no way to speak to an old friend.

Ultear walked up towards (Y/N) with a smirk on her face.

Ultear: I even went through the trouble of getting you here so we could meet.

(Y/N): I see. So it's your fault I was brought here.

Ultear put her hand against (Y/N)'s cheek and started caressing it. (Y/N) did nothing but glare at her.

Ultear: Don't think of it that way. Think of it as arranging a meeting between friends. Besides this 'farce' is nothing but a ruse. The council men are worried that Clover's destruction will fall on them. So they needed somebody to put the blame on, a scapegoat you could say.

(Y/N): hmm. Is see.

Ultear backed away from (Y/N) and turned to walk away.

Ultear: Also. You should stop getting caught up in dark guild business. You wouldn't want your guild to be...killed do you.

(Y/N) was instantly off the cloud as Ultear instantly turned back around. The two glared at one another as Ultear still had her smirk on her face and (Y/N) just had an angry look on his face. The two glared at eavh other saying nothing before Ultear walked away.

(Y/N):...damn you.

Timeskip

(Y/N) was in the court standing before the Magic Council, with his cloud floating next to him, as he listened to the charges being placed on him. If one were to pay attention, they would notice (Y/N) trying to stay awake. They would also notice Ultear smirking down at him.

There was another council member who was smirking but he's not important right now.

Then the door exploded causing one of the council frogs to disappear. Luckily nobody noticed as they were too focused on whoever broke into the meeting.

The interruption was caused by Natsu... In a torn up jacket, wearing a dirty (H/C) wig, and was holding a slice of pizza in his hand. Overall, it was a terrible disguise.

Natsu: I AM THE DEAD-BRAIN WIZARD YOU GUYS ARE LOOKING FOR! IF YOU GOT A PROBLEM WITH THE WAY ME AND MY GUILD DO THINGS, YOU CAN FIGHT ME!

Everyone just stared in silence as Natsu just started trashing the whole place.

Natsu: I AM (Y/N)!

....

Council member: Take them to the cells.

(Y/N): that was to be expected.

Timeskip

The two wizards now sat in a cell and Natsu was out of his disguise.

(Y/N): You didn't have to show up. The whole trial was just an act.

Natsu: What does that mean?!

(Y/N): It means I would of been found guilty, then they would of sent me home. Yawn well if you didn't show up.

Natsu: Oh. Uh, s-sorry about that.

(Y/N): It's fine. Yawn Well, I'm going to sleep.

(Y/N) fell asleep. Natsu sweatdropped at the sight.

Natsu: When are you not asleep. Well, guess I should rest too.

Natsu then fell asleep.

A/N: ok I'm sorry. This chapter was suppose to come earlier but I procrastinated and got distracted... By mario kart. (How disappointing) Quiet Madara. (Hmph) Anyway, thank you for your patience and I hope you enjoyed thus chapter.
