"MY SANDWIIICHH!!!" Gray yelled "I HAVE TO EAT THAT BEFORE I GO HOME YOU KNOW?!"

"HAHAHAAH!! COME GET IT!" I yelled while he's chasing me back and forth and back and forth

Lucy's POV

Ugh Gray and Natsu are fighting again.

I was walking down the hallway and stared out the window, A dog chasing a cat.

Then I saw my dad again.

"Uh dad? What are you doing here in school again?" I asked him with a grumpy face

"Aha..ha. You see, I have no money left and I- reaaally need it right now" he whispered

"Ugh you always do this, you always ask for money" I told him

"Please daughter" he whispered

I sighed and then "YOU ALWAYS DO THAT!"

My schoolmates are staring but I don't give a damn anymore. Were poor, and I'm living alone, Makarov is the one who pays my tuition fee not my dad!

"W-what are you talking about daughter? I-I'm just here to give you your lunch" he said realizing that others are staring at us

"LIAR! LUNCH IS OVER AND SCHOOL IS OVER" I told him

"Aw come on!" he yelled and stomped his feet

"What kinda dad are you?" I asked him "Ugh"

The Next Day

Natsu's POV

"Hey!!! THAT'S MINE!" I yelled "MY SANDWICH DANG IT!"

"Payback!" Gray yelled "COME AND GET IT IF YOU CAAAAAN!!"

Lucy's POV

"Gray and Natsu chasing each other.. again" I whispered to myself as I looked out of the window

A dog chasing a cat.

"U-um"

"Dad?" I asked with a grumpy face

"Please daughter, I reallllly need that money" he said

"Why do you need it so much?" I asked him

"I-I can't tell you but I promise to pay you back" he said

"No, I don't have money" I told him "I'm so disappointed"

"B-but I reallly need it right now please" he said

"Dad, you're embarrassing, I said I don't have money!" I yelled

The Next Day

Natsu's POV

"OH COME ON!" Gray yelled "WHY. DO. YOU. ALWAYS. DO. THIS?!"

"HAHA LOSER" I yelled

Lucy's POV

"Why does the same thing happen every single day?" I asked myself

"Please daughter"

I bumped into my dad who was asking for money again

"IF YOU WON'T TELL ME I WON'T GIVE YOU!" I yelled

"Ok ok it's for your birthday" he said

"What?" I asked

"It's just, your birthday is just around the corner and I don't have any money to buy you gifts" he sighed

"Whaaat?" I asked, dumbfounded "but you never do stuff like that"

"I wanted to change so I thought the first thing I could do to change is to buy you a gift for your birthday" he sighed

"Dad.. You don't have to" I told him as I looked out the window, the cat and dog are not chasing each other anymore.

"But- I want to give you a gift" he sighed "Maybe I'll start being a dad to you first"

I smiled widely "You don't have to give gifts for me but I do want you to be the best dad ever"

He hugged me and I hugged him back

"I love you daughter" he whispered

"I love you too dad" I said

Natsu's POV

"Lucy and her dad got along" Gray said

"Maybe we can learn a thing or two about those sandwiches" I told Gray and he smiled

We both ate the sandwiches together
