Lucy P.O.V.

I sighed and shrugged off the backpack. Walking over to my bed, I flopped down on it and smiled slightly. "Home sweet home." Plue walked over to his own tiny bed and curled up asleep. Giving a yawn, I dragged myself off the bed and grabbed a few things. Heading into the bathroom, I prepared a steamy bath. Slinking into the steamy water, I relaxed finally after the long journey. After a while, I climbed out and dressed for bed. Crawling back into bed, I fell into a dreamless sleep. 

It was early morning when I scrambled out of bed to kneel in front of the toilet. Heaving and cringing as I emptied my stomach of everything from the last night. Placing my hands against my sore stomach I froze as a gentle fluttering brushed my hand. Standing up, I filled a cup with water and grabbed my toothbrush. After cleaning my mouth of the disgusting taste, I dressed quickly and left the apartment. I slipped into the shop close by my apartment and bought 3 pregnancy tests. Quickly paying, I hurried home. 

I tried all three and now I was waiting. After 5 minutes, the tests all beeped. I picked up the first one and swallowed thickly. Quickly checking the others, I dropped to my knees. "No. No. No." I whimpered softly and began crying. After a while, I dried my tears and stood up. Stuffing all three tests into the garbage, I left my apartment and headed towards the guild. 

At Guild:

I walked in and saw everyone as usual. Making my way to the counter, I sat down silently. "Hey Lucy. What can I get you?" Mira asked happily. "Nothing Mira. I'm just not feeling up to anything." "Oh." Mira said softly "Do you want to talk about it?" "No thanks." I smiled weakly "Have you seen Laxus?" "He left early with the Thunder Legion. They took another job." "Which job?" "Don't know. I think Gramps said it was about 2-3 years long." "Oh." "I almost forgot!" Mira cried suddenly "Guess what?" "What?" "Laxus and I are getting married! Can you believe it?" "Congrats." I forced a smile to show before standing up "Well I should go get a job. I need something to pay the rent since I was kicked off team Natsu." "Good luck Luce." Mira called, I nodded and headed to the request board.

I scanned the jobs and grabbed one that seemed promising. Heading towards Mira, I handed over the job request and she smiled and stamped it. "Come back soon." She smiled softly "And Luce," "Yeah?" "I'm sorry. If I could change it, I would." She said gently. I knew she was talking about the night Laxus and I slept together. "It's okay. It didn't mean anything. We were both drunk." "I'm sorry." I nodded before leaving the guild.

I walked down the road carrying my backpack. Pausing at the top of the hill, I glanced back at Magnolia and Fairytail before turning and continuing.

I finished the job and left the village, heading out into the wilderness. I headed away from the path leading back to Magnolia and instead headed further inland. It was time to leave my wizarding life behind and begin a new life.
