Jess's POV

Ugh, another day as a " perfect princess" everybody thinks a princess life is well, perfect but it isn't. I'm not being ungrateful of this honour and the money are family has but it gets a bit to much. The only good time I have is when my friend Cory comes over which he is now but he is only allowed as are parents are great friends. Right now we are on the play station playing minecraft. I hear a knock on my door that makes me jump and I pause the game. " honey can I come in?" It was my mom me and Cory stand and I change my clothes with my magic yes I have magic I can control the elements and as magic is a element I can do stuff like change my clothes and hair. I change into my formal purple dress

" come in mother." I say loud enough so she can hear. The door opens and standing there is my mother the queen Cory bows and I curtsey my mother gives a quick nod to Cory and then faces me.
"There is a ball tonight to make an announcement about your coronation in a month we have got you a dress. Oh and Cory next door is a suit for you if you wish to go, will you?" My mother said with kindness
" certainly." Cory said
" Well the ball starts at 5:30."with that my mother left
" What do you think the announcement is?" Cory said while sitting down and I change back into my normal clothes.
" I knew this day would come. A week before her eighteenth birthday and a month before the coronation the king announces who the princess will marry and who the next king will be." He instantly hugged me as I cried in his chest, how could I not in 5 hours I'm being told who I'm being with for the rest of my life.
" shush it is going to be okay I will always be there for you if you need me." This is why I love Cory, we see each other as brother and sister.
" I should not cry, I knew this day was coming but I wish not so soon." I cry out still hugging Cory.
" It will be okay." We stay like that for a while and continue with our game till it is time to get ready. Cory goes next door while i get ready. I look at my dress and it is a purple dress with a neck strap. I do admit it is beautiful. Next I put my hair in a pony tail, curl it and add my tiara. Finally I do my make up cat eyeliner and gold eye shadow with fades to black and I top it off with peach lipstick

" Jess have you finished?" I hear Cory say
" Yep, now coming out." I exit my room to see Cory in a black suit with a red tie
" you look wonderful." He tells me
" So do you let's go it has already started." I return the compliment. We start walking to the ballroom we are announced and I go to my throne while Cory goes to his parents.
"Ah, Jess your here, we can make the announcement." My dad gets everyone's attention
"Today is the day we will confirm who my daughter will marry and your future king."
Come on jess you knew this would happen
" The lucky man marring princess Jessica is

Cory scapepro." really? Out of everyone I get the person I see as a brother.
Me and Cory look at each other I stand up as everyone goes back to what they were doing and I go to the balcony with Cory to talk
" So we are to be married." Cory says to me.
" I want to run away" I say not even thinking about it.
" Are you sure? You will be leaving all your duties behind."
" I don't want to marry the person I see as a brother, please come with me your sleeping round tonight so will you come?" I ask him hoping he won't tell anyone my plan.
" Of course jess."
We returned to the ball and we danced some more, I hope this all goes to plan

Its midnight and me and Cory are now in my room getting ready to leave. I put on

Add a mask

And finally change my hair colour to rainbow

And we set of to a house which I bought after the ball.

This will be a weird adventure, after all when are they not.

So totally did not mean to put this out in December, I am writing this on a coach on my way to harry potter studios and because there is WiFi I will proberly publish it then or when I get home tonight. So,
