"Sounds like they're finally back." Sting said. "Who's "they"?" Rouge asked. "The Fairy Tail members who went missing on Tenrow Island seven years ago." Sting said. "Other than (Y/n) being back, I couldn't care less." Rouge said. "Don't try to play it cool with me. You used to look up to Natsu like crazy." Sting said. "You're right. I used to." Rouge said.

"As leader of the Legion Platoon, I offer my deepest and sincerest apologies to the members of Fairy Tail." Byro said, as the group all bowed in apology. "Thère's no room for remorse, just progress. Let's move beyond this crisis." Makarov said. "We may have fought before, but that doesn't mean we have to be enemies now. What do you say we start anew?" He asked. "You're as gracious as you are wise." Byro and Makarov shook hands. "Now that that's settled. Let's party!" Makarov shouted. "Okay! Let's start this off right! It's Natsu versus Dan in a Winner-Eats-All food race-a-thon!" Happy announced. "Time to get in my belly, meat!" Natsu said. "I'm winning this one for sure!" Dan declared. "Oh my." Lucy said. "Here we go again." You said. "It looks like everything is back to normal." Wendy said. "That Infinity Clock mess almost feels like a distant memory to me now." Carla said. "Poke!" 

Dan said as he poked Natsu's food with his weapon. "What the?!" Natsu asked as his chicken grew a size bigger. "Good luck catchin' up with me, Fire-breath!" Dan boasted. "Is he gonna let him get away with that?" Romeo asked. "I don't think that's against the rules." Happy said. "I would hate to be Wakaba right now. I bet he and Master Macao are gettin' an earful from the church." Warren said. "Being master means getting the short end of the stick from time to time." Max said. "Hey, the ceremony they're attending is supposed to be a big deal, right?" Gray asked. "If that's the case, why's the Legion Platoon here with us?" He asked. "We're in the same boat as you, Ice Boy! Playin' hooky!" Sugar Boy said as he leaned on him. Gray sweat dropped. "We need a break too! And l'd rather be here cuddlin' with you!" Sugar Boy said. "Shut up, maybe he'll go away." Warren said. Juvia quickly shoved him away. "If anyone is cuddling with my beloved Gray, it's gonna be me!" She declared. "Woah, there's no need for you to go and get spicy, Water Girl!" Sugar Boy said. Gray turned around. "I'm sure you both have more than cuddling in mind." He said. "Coco. Is there something wrong? You've been quiet." Lily said. "Well... It's just... I said some pretty horrible things to you and I regret every one. Like saying I hated cats. I don't." She said. Lily smiled at her.

"It's fine. You don't need to apologize. I'm just glad I got to see you again. Even if you're not the same Coco. It's all water under the bridge." Lily said. "I appreciate you saying that." Coco said. "So, how long before you all go back to Zentopia?" Lily asked. "l hate to tell you this." Coco began. "Aha! There you are!" Samuel said. Lily turned around. "I was promised a rematch. I believe your exact words were "anytime, anywhere." Samuel said as he transformed into his bigger self. Lily did the same. "Very well then. Ready?" Lily asked as they prepared to fight. Coco sweat dropped. "You're gonna fight right now?" She asked. You looked around at the mayhem around the guild, then to the master. "Something wrong, Master?" You asked. "No, no. Not at all. Just finally peaceful." He said. "Where's your drink?" Levy asked Bisca. "Do you not feel like celebrating with us?" She asked. "I'm not goin' near the bar as long as the "brothers gloom" are sulkin' in their cups." She replied.  "Gotcha covered." Cana said as she approached them with big barrel. No booze goes wasted while I'm around." She said. You watched curiously as Mary walked out of the guild hall. "Come on, it's more fun inside." You said, once you followed her out. "I know. It's just... I don't get it." She said. "I mean, after everything I did. How can you be so friendly to me?" She asked. "We were all fighting for what we believed in. Besides you were being manipulated like the rest of us, right?" You asked. 

"It was out of your control, so don't beat yourself up." You said. "Listen. Before I was taken in by Zentopia, a day didn't go by that I wasn't tricked or used by the people around me. But, like, that totally changed once I had power. And since Zentopia had raised me up from nobody to a total badass wizard, I was willing to do anything for them. Finally it was my turn to control people. As soon as I did I felt like I was getting back at the guys who used me. But it turns out that I was being used all over again. And not just me, but people I thought of as my friends and family. Even you. You were tricked by Michelle, who was also being used." She said. "Something wrong?" You asked. "You remember how Lapointe, like, sent those puppets out all over creation?" Mary asked. "Well, I did some digging and I found something. I've got info on the real Michelle Lobster." She said. You gasped. "From what I could gather, Lapointe kept her close 'cause he was, like, hoping to get his hands on her family's fortune. Oh, and those documents saying the Lobsters were distant relatives of the (L/n)s..." she said. "They were fakes right?" You asked. "It's okay, I can take it." You said. "I'm sorry. I just can't do anything right." Mary said as tears came from her eyes. "I wanted to find some good news to bring you as a way of apologizing for what I'd done. But I failed." She said. "Thank you." You said. She quickly turned to you. "I actually had a feeling that was the case, and now I know for certain. I can put it behind me." You said. "For real?" She asked. "Seriously, I'll be fine!" You said. "Sure, I feel a little sad. But I still have all my friends." You smiled. "Guess that's true." She said. "Now then," you said, as you wiped some tears away. "Since we've shed some tears together. Come on. Let's start over. Put her there!" You smiled brightly as you offered a hand to her. Her eyes widened. "We can start as friends and see where that takes us!" She said as she shook your hand. You sweat dropped. "I appreciate the sentiment, but not sure I'm ready for what you're implying." You said quickly.

"The true purpose of our visit is not a happy one." Byro said. "Yes, I figured as much. This is the last we'll be seeing of you." Makarov said. You, Lucy and Natsu gasped. "You came to say goodbye?" Natsu asked. "Yes, I'm afraid that is the case. Our duty pulls us elsewhere. We've been charged with locating the scattered Infinity Clock pieces." Byro said. "Once we return them, they'll be sealed and hidden away for eternity. Unfortunately, it will take some time for the clock pieces to regain any real measure of magic power, so it will be impossible to detect them magically. The truth is we will likely spend the rest of our lives completing this task. Farewell my friends. I-" He continued, but Gray interjected. "I'm just gonna go ahead and stop you right there." He said. "Don't worry you guys." Natsu grinned. "I'm sure you'll, like, totes see us again." He said. "Stop talking." Erza sweat dropped. You chuckled. "Coco, thanks again for all of your help." Lucy said. "And Mary, I hope you'll hang out more next time." You said. "My pleasure! Take care of yourselves and hopefully we'll see you soon!" Coco said. "And I will totes hang out with you." Mary said. "I promise." She said. "My calculations say I'll win next, bro." Samuel said to Lily. "Challenge me anytime, Sam. Good luck." Lily said. "Aw, how cute." Happy said. "They even have new names for each other." Carla said.

"If we're lucky we'll run into each other. Let us know if we can help out somehow." Gray said. "Now Dan, This journey will test your integrity so focus on honing it while you can." Erza said. "Oh you can always help me out, spicy icy Boy." Sugar Boy said. "I'll see ya next time, Erzy. Looking forward to it." Dan said. "Octo-geezer!" Natsu shouted to Byro. "I got somethin' to ask ya!" He shouted. "He's still calling you that?" Mary asked. "What is it, Natsu?" Byro asked. "Don't you get tired of lookin' grumpy all the time? Try crackin' a smile now and then!" Natsu said. "Zip it!" Makarov scolded. "Well, it's true." Mary said. "Yeah, the ladies love a man who rocks a smile." Dan said. "it certainly wouldn't hurt you. to give it a try." Samuel said. "You once suggested I open my heart to them. Didn't you, Coco?" Byro asked her. "It took a while for me to realize it, but I finally understand what you were trying to tell me then." Byro smiled, and everyone sweat dropped. Natsu chuckled awkwardly. "I'm sorry but that's, like, uber creeps-ville." Mary said. "That was scary, Lord Byro!" Coco said. "Please don't ever do that again!"  "You're the ones who asked for it!" Byro protested. Everyone laughed.

Time Skip

"Who's Sabertooth again?" Natsu asked. "They're incredibly strong. Like, majorly." Romeo said. "They surpassed Blue Pegasus and Lamia Scale a while back, so now they're the strongest wizard guild around." Romeo said. "I've never heard of them 'til today." Gray said. "That's because seven years ago, nobody had heard of 'em." Alzack said. "Then, what? They just started growing like crazy all of a sudden?" Gray asked. "It started once they got a new master. After he took over, five incredibly strong wizards joined, and that was all she wrote." Max said. "Wow, five new members made that much of a difference?" Lucy asked. "Sounds like these guys have some serious guts." Natsu said. "If they're the number one guild in Fiore does that mean Fairy Tail's number two?" Wendy asked. You sweat dropped. "Wendy... please don't tell me that's a real question." You said awkwardly. "Are you serious?" Happy asked. "Wendy, Would you take a look around you, child?" Carla asked. "Huh?" She asked. "We're dead last." 

Romeo said. "They call us "Wimpy Fail" Alzack said. "You just had to ask, didn't you?" Bisca asked. "Aw, I'm sorry!" Wendy said. "WOW, we're in last place? That's perfect! This is gonna be fun!" Natsu laughed. "For who?" You asked. "Just think about it, (Y/n).  It's gonna be awesome clawin' our way back up to the top all over again! I can't wait!" Natsu said. 'Course you can't." You said. "There's just no keepin' you down, is there?" Romeo asked as Lucy laughed. "I'm fired up now." Romeo said. "I am, too! I can't wait to show 'em what we've got!" Wendy said. "Sorry to interrupt, but have you seen Gildarts anywhere?" Cana asked. "What's the matter? Does widdle Cana start to get lonely whenever Daddy's not around?" Gray mocked. "Gray." You scolded. Gray gasped. "Oh! My bad!" He said quickly. Lucy smiled. "It's okay. Seriously, don't worry about it." Lucy said. "Gray never considers my feelings like that!" Juvia said from behind the request board. "Gildarts and Master Makarov just left. They're going to visit the old guild hall." Erza said. "Halle-freakin'-lujah! I'm going on a job before he realizes I'm gone!" Cana said as she ran off. "Gildarts does go overboard with the mushy feelings when it comes to Cana!" Happy said. "And you're the same when it comes to Carla." Lily thought. "And yet he's the second most powerful wizard we have at our disposal. What a strange, little guild we are." Carla said.

You were in the middle of tying one of Wendy's pigtails. Once you finished, she turned around and smiled at you. "Thanks, I needed a haircut." She said. "Well, I'm glad to help! I don't have the scissor skills of Cancer. But it doesn't take much to make you look super cute." You smiled at her. "Aw. That's sweet of you to say." Wendy said. "You made an absolutely perfect afternoon like this, feel even better!" She said. "Yeah, today is pretty darn perfect, isn't it? So quiet and peaceful!" You said. "We'd better soak it all in while we can, because peace never lasts long in this guild." Carla said. "C'mon, we're not that bad." You said. The three of you then turned around to see Natsu sweeping. He then noticed you staring and glared. "Hey!" He shouted. "You see?" Carla asked. "Now, things still are peaceful around here, Carla. At least for the moment." You said.

Time Skip

Natsu just stared at Happy as he snored peacefully on top of a log. "Happy! No slacking!" He shouted. Happy gasped and suddenly jumped up. "Fish?" He asked, then looked and saw Natsu. "No, it's just you." He said. "What do you mean it's "just me"?" Natsu asked in defense. "Oh don't be so sensitive. I was just having the most amazing dream about a super humongous fish buffet that went on as far as the eye could see. I think I'm gonna go back to it." Happy said as he tried to go back to sleep. "No way!" Natsu shouted. Happy stood up. "What's the big deal, man?" He asked. ""The big deal" is you're supposed to be my partner!" Natsu shouted. "Yeah, so?" Happy asked. "Well, don't you see that I'm doing all this yard work over here? Not laying around?" Natsu asked. "It is your turn. Why should I care?" Happy asked. "Because your partner is working his tail off while you're dreaming about stuffing your face! That is so not cool!" Natsu shouted. "Those guys are so immature." Lucy said. "My, don't you catch on quickly?" Carla asked. You just face palmed and Wendy just laughed. "We're partners on missions and stuff. But stupid yard work is a completely different thing." Happy said. "What in the heck is the matter with you, Happy? How could you be so cold?" Natsu asked. "Oh please, I am not cold. No way! 'Cause, it's way too nice today! It's so warm and sunshiney out here!"Happy said.

"So what are you two idiots flapping your gums about this time?" Gray asked. "The work would go a lot faster if you didn't stop to complain about it." He said. "Who asked you, frostbite?" Natsu snapped. "And for the record, I'm not complaining about cleaning up, I'm just sayin' that cat should help!" Natsu shouted as he pointed to the log. Gray and Natsu both looked at the log, only to see that Happy was no longer there and instead talking to Carla. "Are you enjoying this nice weather, Carla?" He asked. "Indeed I am." Carla said. "You can't just walk away while I'm talkin' to you!" Natsu shouted. "Whaddaya know. It's been seven whole years and Natsu hasn't changed one bit. Still a brat." Max said. "What, are you surprised? He's been that way practically his entire life!" Happy said. "Are you tryin' to say that you've changed? I mean, obviously besides getting older and stuff." Natsu said. "Yeah. I've gotten older on the outside, but I still feel pretty young on the inside." Max said. "So what you're trying to tell us is that you're basically just an immature old fart?" Gray said. "If you want me to show you my new skills, you're on!" Max said. "Ha! Bring it, ya' dusty ol' geezer!" Natsu shouted. "Let's throw down right here!" He shouted as he tossed the broom aside. "Thought you'd never ask!" Max said. "Hey. WaitI You two are gonna fight right now?" Lucy asked. "Sounds like a plan to me. It's perfect weather for a little outdoor sparring match, dontcha think?" You asked. "Yeah! Now I've got a fire in my belly!" Natsu said. "Let's rock!" Max said. Natsu charged forward with a fire dragon iron fist, but Max quickly kicked him, then punched him back. "What? Are you kiddin' me?" Natsu asked in surprise.

"Do you seriously think that we just sat around and did nothing the whole time you guys were gone? We've all been working on our fighting chops." Max said. "I don't believe it." Wendy said. "Natsu is getting schooled by Max?" Lucy asked. "Well it ain't over yet, pal!" Natsu shouted. Natsu charged forward and tried to hit him multiple times as Max kept dodging. "Sand Rebellion!" Max then hit Natsu with a strong amount of sand. "Now you're just pissing me off!" Natsu shouted. You, Lucy and Wendy were coughing from all of the sand. "Do you mind?" Carla asked. "Teach him a lesson, Natsu!" Happy shouted. "Weren't you just arguing with him a minute ago?" Carla pointed out. "This has nothing to do with all that!" Happy said. "Fire Dragon Iron Fist!" Natsu shouted as he charged toward Max. "Sand Wall!" Max shouted as he used more sand to block his attack. Natsu tried his best to break through. "I'm a whole lot stronger than I used to be!" Max said. "Max is beating Natsu. That is so crazy." Vijeteer said. "I never thought l'd see the day." Warren said. "Maybe this means that we could beat him, too!" Nab said. "Lightning Flame Dragon mode!" Natsu shouted as flames surrounded him. "Holy cow!" Lucy said. "Whoa!" Max said. "I don't think I'm ready for this." Max said nervously. "Lightning Flame Dragon Roar!" Natsu shouted as he attacked. "Oh wow!" Happy said. "Aw man! I thought that would be like a hundred times stronger!" Natsu complained. "When did you figure out you could use that technique?" Lucy asked. "Just now." Natsu said. "That's awesome." Wendy said. "Well. That's it for me. I give up, man. Really wasn't planning on getting killed today." Max said with one of his hands up.

"Which one of you is next in line?" Natsu asked the other three men. They flinched. "I'm good, thanks though!" Warren said. "Yeah, you win!" Vijeteer said. Natsu began laughing, then passed out. "It makes sense that an attack like that would use up a lot of power." You said. "You should probably practice a bit more before you pull that one out in a real fight." Happy said. "I never knew you were such a good fighter, Max." You said. "Thanks, that's a big compliment coming from you,  but obviously I still have a long way to go." He said. "If everybody in the guild has gotten that much more powerful, why is it that you let Twilight Ogre bully you around for so long?" Carla asked. "It's a little bit more complicated than that."  Vijeteer said. "It was more of a problem with cash flow." Warren said. "You don't expect us to settle our debts with brute force, do you?" Nab asked. "But that's kinda how master settled them, right?" Lucy asked. "Oh yeah." Max said. "Listen up, guys. I'm afraid the guild has got a serious problem on our hands." Gray said. "What do you mean by that?" You asked. "(Y/n), Gildarts and Laxus are still powerhouses. but no one else has kept up strength-wise. A lot of us were asleep for seven years while everyone here was training. "Yeah, you've got a point." Lucy said. "I mean, Natsu came really close to getting shown up by Max, of all people." She said. "You're right, and he's really weak." Wendy said. "At least she was nice enough not to say it to my face." Max said. "I wonder if anyone knows a way for us to give our magic power a super fast boost. Huh." Happy said.

Time skip

You and your friends stood in front of someone's door waiting awkwardly. "Scram!" She shouted as she closed the door. "Sorry to bother you, ma'am. But we were wondering if you had any potions that could help us." You said. "Like maybe something that can make us all a million times stronger?" Natsu asked. "There's probably no way it'd be that easy." Gray said. "What's the matter, Wendy? You seem upset." You said. She just shook her head. "You know I hate people, so get lost!" Porlyusica shouted as she opened her door again. "Shoo! Shoo!" She shouted as she used a broom to shoo you and your friends away. You all screamed and ran away. "I've had enough brooms already!" Natsu shouted. "Sorry to bother you!" You shouted. "Why does she hate us?" Natsu asked. "Is it 'cause she and Gramps used to date?" Gray asked. "We weren't a couple, you fool!" She shouted. Wendy gasped and turned around. Porlyusica also gasped as she recognized Wendy. Wendy then ran off with the rest of you. "Hey, whose brilliant idea was it  to visit Porlyusica in the first place?" Lucy asked. "Yours, genius." You said sarcastically. "And she's usually so sweet and charming." Gray added to the sarcasm. "l'd always heard she wasn't fond of people, but I never expected all that." Carla said. "Apparently, she's not too keen on cats either." Happy said. You gasped as you saw Wendy crying. "Why are you crying, Wendy?" You asked. "Did that old lady scare you?" Gray asked. "Hey! It's gonna be okay." Lucy said.

"That witch made Wendy cry? She'll pay for that!" Natsu said. Wendy quickly shook her head and put her hands on her face. "It's not like that." She said quickly. "She's just so familiar." She said. "What?' Natsu asked. "Have you two met before?" Carla asked. "I don't really know how to explain it, exactly. It sounds strange but it's the truth. Her voice and her scent. "They're so much like Grandine's." Wendy said. You all looked at her in shock. "Are you tryin' to tell us she's Grandine?" Gray asked. "How could a regular person have the same voice and scent as a dragon?" Lucy asked. "Is that really even possible?" Happy asked. "haven't the foggiest" Carla said. "Yeah, Wendy Whaddaya mean?: Natsu asked. She sniffed. "I don't know. But she's so familiar." She said. "It's confusing. She sounds and smells exactly like my mother, the Sky Dragon Grandine." She said. "I say we go back there and ask her what's goin' on." Natsu said. "Wait, Natsu.  If she's the human version of Grandine, there are a few things that don't add up. Just think about it for a second." You said. "Well, first of all, all of your dragons vanished without a trace at the same time. And don't forget, the dragon that raised Gajeel also disappeared on the exact same day.  in the year 777, which was fourteen years ago. "But Master Makarov has known Porlyusica way longer than that. They were friends back when they were both fairly young. So that means she and Grandine were around at the same time. It just doesn't add up. I wish it could be true, but there's no way that they could be one and the same." Lucy said. "I guess that counts out any kind of reincarnation or transformation." Gray said.

"Yeah." You nodded. "Y'know, when you stop and explain it all like that, it really doesn't make any sense." Wendy said. "Besides her voice and the way she smells, her attitude is completely different." Wendy said. "From all the stories that you've told me, your dragon was actually quite kind to people." Carla said. "Wait a second. Ya think maybe it's because she hates cats?" Happy suggested. "Grandine was nice. She didn't hate anybody." Wendy said as she stood up. "Sorry, but it's kinda hard for me to picture a nice dragon." Gray said. "Especially after our run-in with Acnologia." Lucy said. "Igneel was usually pretty nice!" Natsu said. "And Starlight too." You added. "I'm sorry if my attitude offends you!"  Porlyusica said. You all gasped and quickly turned around. "Ms. Porlyusica!" You said. "You scared the crap outta me." Gray said. "There's really no use in hiding it anymore, so I might as well tell you my big secret. I know it's not what you want to hear, but I'm not the dragon that you seek. I'm just a human being, same as you. "But why do you hate humans so much?" Natsu asked. She sighed in annoyance. "Because they ask too many stupid questions!" She said. "Sorry." Natsu said. "I'm afraid that I can't tell you where your dragon is. I simply dont know. The fact of the matter is we have no direct connection whatsoever." She said. "Then how do you explain your similarities?" You asked. "You're familiar with the alternate world of Edolas, are you not?" She asked. "Rumor has it that you've been there. I've heard that you even met your counterparts. "Saw how our worlds correlate.

"How do you know about Edolas?" Gray asked. "I think I get it." You said. "Wait. Hold on." Natsu said. "Oh my." Carla said. "Every living being in Earth Land has a counterpart there, including dragons. "So one could argue that I am the Edolas version of your friend Grandine. I am not from this world. But I found myself here several decades ago." She explained. "What?" All of you asked. "You're the Edolas Grandine?" You asked. "Like a human version of a dragon?" Happy asked. "I was disoriented when I arrived, but Makarov came to my aid. The peacefulness and beauty that I discovered here quickly endeared me to Earth Land. So even though I had several opportunities to return to Edolas I had made the decision to call your world my new home." She said. "Does this mean that Starlight, Igneel and Metallicana have human versions back in Edolas, too?" Natsu asked. "Maybe they crossed over just like you did!" He said. "I have no idea. I've never encountered them. "However, I did have the chance to speak with the Sky Dragon." She said. "Huh?" Wendy asked. 

"Although we didn't meet in a traditional sense. It was more mysterious. She spoke directly into my mind, by way of telepathy. You originally came here seeking out a means to gain power. I may be able to help Wendy in that regard. But only her." She then handed Wendy some sheets of paper. "The Sky Dragon dictated this book of spells to me.  contains, among other things, the Sky Dragon spells. "Milky Way" and "Shattering Light: Sky Drill" she said. "Hey, I know those spells." You said. Wendy looked at you. "You do?" She asked. You nodded at her. "Yeah, Starlight taught me all kinds of magic before she left, including sky magic. I learned both those spells from her." You said. "Well then, do you think you can teach me how to use them?" Wendy asked. You smiled and nodded. "Of course, Wendy!" You said. Porlyusica nodded. "They are Two Dragon Slayer secret arts. she never got a chance to teach you." She said. "I don't know what to say. Grandine really did this?" Wendy asked. "She asked me to give it to you should you ever come to visit. Those are powerful spells. Extremely dangerous. So be sure to exercise great caution." She said as she began to walk away. "Thank you so much, Ms, Porlyusica!" Wendy bowed in gratitude. "Ms. Grandine!" She said.

Time Skip

"Yo guys, we're home!" Natsu said. "Hey. So how did it go?" Max asked. "Did you guys pick up anything worthwhile?" He asked. "Well, Wendy sure did." You said. Wendy laughed. "You don't make the rules anymore, so just get over it! It's up to Makarov!"  Romeo shouted. "I'm expressing myself as a member of the guild!" Macao shouted. "What's all the fuss about this time?" Gray asked. "Seems like typical teenage rebellion to me. Clothing, Gray!" Carla scolded. "Those of you with me, say Aye!" Macao said. "Aye." Everyone else said. "I don't ever wanna go through that crap again." Alzack said. "That has got to be the most embarrassing thing in the world." Bisca said. "But we've got the Tenrou Team with us this time! (Y/n), 

Natsu and Erza and all those guys! There's no way we're gonna lose with them on our side!" Romeo shouted. "Haven't you been paying attention?" Warren asked. "They all missed out on seven years of training!" He said. Levy looked disappointed. "You're awesome Levy, don't listen to those jerks." Droy said. "So what exactly are we talking about doing or not doing here anyway?" You asked. "While you guys were all stuck on Tenrou Island, a tournament started to determine Fiore's number one guild." Romeo said. "Ooh!" Happy said. "Sounds like a whole lotta fun to me!" Natsu said. "Guilds from all over the country face off against each other in magic events. They call it The Grand Magic Games!" He said. "Oh yeah!" Natsu said. "That sounds totally amazing!" Lucy said. "Yeah, l'd love to play some games!" Wendy said. "So it's more like a kind of magic festival?" You asked. "I understand. Sabertooth is known as the top guild in Fiore these days because they won the last go-round." Erza said. "That's right. But if we can beat them and win the games this time, we'll be number one instead!" Romeo said. "Oh!" Everyone said. "That would be nice. But I'm not entirely convinced we could win given our current state of disarray." Makarov said.

"That's my point exactly!" Macao shouted. "Yeah, but if we do win, the guild will get, like, thirty million jewel in prize money!" Romeo said. "We're in!" Makarov said. "Seriously?" Macao asked. "But master, it' gonna be really hard!" Droy said. "There are tons of powerful guilds that compete each year." Warren said. "And don't forget, that we've come in dead freakin' last every single time we've entered." Jet said. "That is just pitiful." Elfman said. "Well this year we'll just have to beat all those other guilds to a pulp!" Makarov said. "Sabertooth thinks they're hot stuff? We'll just see about that!" Natsu said. "So when does this thing go down, anyway?" You asked. "It kicks off in three months!" Romeo said. "That's plenty of time! But we have to start training ASAP. We'll put Fairy Tail back on top. And nobody's gonna get in our way!" Natsu said as fire was coming out of his left hand. "Let's go!" Gray said. "Yeah!" You said. 

"And if all of us start working together as a guild there will be no stopping us." You said. "I'd better start studying these new spells Grandine wanted me to learn, huh?" Wendy asked. "It's about time we got a chance to cut loose!" Happy said. "It seems like this guild is always looking to party." Carla said. "Fight party! This is gonna be so freaking manly!" Elfman shouted. "Gildarts may get his wish. We could be the top dogs in Fiore again very soon." Cana said. "This is gonna suck." Droy said. "Please tell me you're joking." Jet said. "Come on guys, where's your team spirit?" Levy asked. "Um, this is really not a good idea." Alzack said. "I don't think you guys understand; the games are not your typical kind of fighting tournament." Bisca said. "Huh? What do you mean by that?" Natsu asked. "It's absolute hell." Warren said. "Now the final decision has been made, there's no need for all this moaning and groaning! So let's get to work! Let's win that thirty million jewel, land the title of Fiore's number one guild! Fairy Tail is entering the Grand Magic Games and aiming for the top!" Makarov said. "Yeah!" Everyone shouted.
