Deliora..." Gray said. "You sure this is the demon your master sealed away?" Natsu asked. "There's no doubt about it" you said. "I wonder why it was transported all the way from the northern continent to Galuna island" Happy said. "You don't think this demon could have something to do with the island's curse do you?" Lucy asked. "I wouldn't be surprised if it did. It may be enclosed in ice but that thing's still alive" Gray said. "Sweet! Give me a go at it! I ain't afraid of no stupid demon!" Natsu said. "You know, brute force isn't the only way to solve a problem Natsu" Lucy said. "A Little fire oughta do the trick!" Natsu said. You sent Natsu a death glare who noticed your anger and looked at you with confusion. You then punched Natsu straight in the face and he fell backwards onto the floor. Happy looked at you in shock. "(Y/n) just punched Natsu!" He cried. "Well this wouldn't be the first time she's done that" Lucy said. Natsu put one of his hands on his sore face. "What's the deal?! What'd you hit me for (Y/n)?!" He asked. "We don't want you or your flames anywhere near it! If that ice melts and Deliora is revived... there's no way we'd be able to stop it" Gray said. "Come on. Do you really think a huge chunk of ice would be that easy to melt?" Natsu asked. You looked at Natsu before turning away from him. "No" you answered. "Hey, are you okay?" Lucy asked as she put a hand on one of your shoulders. "I'm the one who got hit for no good reason! Watch your temper (Y/n)!" Natsu said. "Please. You're one to talk" Happy said. "Many years ago, our master Ur casted a spell called iced shell on this demon. Enclosing it in a form of ice that can't be melted. It's so strong that even the most powerful flame spells have no effect on it. If they knew that the ice couldn't be melted  then why did they bring it here?" Gray asked.

"Well maybe they didn't know. They might've brought it here to try to melt it somehow" Lucy said. "But why would they do that?!" You asked. "Um... I have no idea" Lucy said. "I just don't get it. Who would bring Deliora here and more importantly why?" Gray asked. "We need answers. Let's go find those guys" Natsu said. "Yeah, okay" Lucy said. "No!" You said. "We're gonna stay here and wait" Gray said. "Wait for what?" Happy asked. "For the moon to come out" you said. "The moon?!  But it's the middle of the afternoon!" Natsu yelled. "Forget that! If I have to hang out here all day I'll die from boredom" Natsu said. "But (Y/n), why does the moon matter?" Lucy asked. "I have a feeling that the curse on this island and Deliora are somehow connected to it" you said. "And I heard those guys we saw earlier say something about collecting moonlight" Gray said. "I heard that too" Lucy said. "I guess waiting till nightfall is the only way we're gonna find out what's going on" she said. "I'm not waiting! We got work to do!" Natsu said before quickly falling onto the ground and falling asleep. You sweat dropped. "Well that was fast" you said. "Aye" Happy said. "Must be nice. He doesn't have to worry about anything but eating, fighting and sleeping" Lucy said. "Aye. That's Natsu for ya" Happy said in agreement. "I gotta admit I'm a little bit jealous" Lucy said. Lucy looked at you sitting over by Deliora. 'Ur...' you thought to yourself as you had flashbacks.

Your 7 year old self breathed heavily as you stopped to catch your breath. "Are you gonna be able to keep up, (Y/n)?" Ur asked. She turned around. "I warned you. Training with me can be tough" she said. You looked at her. "Yeah. But I'll do watever it takes" you said.

"Aw. I know I agreed to wait but this is so boring" Lucy whined. "Aye" Happy said. "Oh I know!" Lucy said. Lucy grabbed one of her gate keys. "Open! Gate Of The Harp constellation! Lyra!" Lucy said. Pink clouds and stars appeared and out came a spirit wearing a big blue dress with yellow and pink hearts on it and long brown hair. She also held a harp in one of her hands. "Oh wow! I haven't seen you in forever Lucy!" She said as she waved at her. Lucy smiled. "Hey Lyra" she said. "Say how come you never call me anymore? It's not fair! I would love to help you out! But you ignore me, meanie" Lyra said. "Meanie huh?" Lucy asked. "You're the one who told me you were only available three days a month" Lucy said. Lyra gasped. "Are you sure about that?" She asked. Happy sweat dropped. "Great. Another weirdo" he said. "So what would you like to hear me sing? Any requests?" Lyra asked. "Nope. Whatever you want" Lucy said. "Do you know any songs about fish?" Happy asked. "Kay. I've got a song I think you're gonna love Lucy!" Lyra said. "Lyra has the most beautiful singing voice" Lucy said. "Well Mira's a singer too you know and she sings songs about fish for me" Happy said. Lyra began to strum the strings on her instrument.

As she sung the song you and Gray were given more flashbacks of your training time with Ur. You had shown her your ice dragon slaying magic, which she was very surprised and impressed by. You then showed her your ice make magic, along with your other forms of maker magic. Ur had offered to help you get stronger with both your ice dragon magic and ice make magic. You agreed to the offer and had trained with Ur, Gray, and Lyon for a while. You felt a single tear drop escape from one of your eyes and slide down your face. Lucy seemed to notice and turned her attention towards you. "(Y/n)? What's wrong?" She asked. "Nothing. I'm fine" you said. "You seem upset" Happy said. "Well, one of Lyra's talents is singing songs that relate to what her audience is feeling" Lucy said. "Did her song make you cry?" Happy asked. "I wasn't crying" you said. "Maybe you should sing something a little more upbeat" Lucy said. "You should have just said that in the first place" Lyra said. Gray sighed. "I think we should skip the song. We need to stay quiet. We don't want to be found out" he said.

Time Skip

Lucy, Happy and Natsu had all fallen asleep, meanwhile you and Gray were still awake and keeping a close eye on the frozen demon. Suddenly the cave started to shake and had woken up Lucy. "What's that weird noise?" Lucy asked. Natsu bolted up. "Is it night yet?!" He asked. A giant circle of magic appeared above the cave and right on top of the frozen demon. "It's a beam of light!" Lucy said. "Shining down from the ceiling!" Natsu said. "But why is it purple?" You asked. "It must be moonlight" Gray said. "What's going on? I'm getting scared Gray" Happy said. "It's shining on Deliora!" You said. "I don't think that's a coincidence" Natsu said. "Let's go! We have to find out where the light is coming from!" Gray said. "Aye!" Happy said before you all ran after Gray. You ran up the stairs back into the temple.

"Why would someone cast a magic circle inside this old temple?" You asked. "Let's find out" Natsu said. You ran up more stairs and out of the temple to see where the purple light was coming from. You saw a group of wizards surrounding the circle of purple light while saying some kind of chant. You knelt down behind the wall beside your friends as you watched the wizards. "What are they doing?" Natsu asked. "The moon..." Gray said. "It looks like those robed freaks are chanting some spell to collect the moonlight" Natsu said. "And shine it on Deliora. But what for?" Lucy asked. "It's a belianese spell. Called the moon drip" Lyra said. Lucy turned to Lyra. "What are you still doing here?" She asked. "I see. That's what they're trying to do" Lyra said. "Okay tease, fill us in" Lucy said. "They're using the moon drip spell to melt the ice surrounding that demon underground so they can resurrect it" Lyra said.

"What?!" Natsu asked. "They can't! The ice used in an iced shell can't be melted!" You said. "I hate to say it but that's not entirely true. While the iced shell is strong it can be melted using moon drip. Focused moon energy can break any magical spell" Lyra said. "Oh no" Happy said. "Idiots! They've never witnessed the wrath of Deliora!" Gray said. "I think what the islanders believe is a curse against them may actually be side effects of the moon drip. Concentrated moon energy can contaminate your body. I'm afraid those poor islanders have been exposed to way too much of it" Lyra said. "I'll make em pay!" Natsu said. Lucy knocked Natsu over. "Someone's coming this way" she said. A man with a giant white coat wearing a sliver mask appeared. "What a waste. I lost so much precious sleep for nothing" Yuka said. "We searched all day for the intruders but never found a trace of them" he said.

"Maybe there wasn't any!" Toby yelled. "I'm afraid I have some sad news Cold Emperor" Sherry said. The Cold Emperor looked at her. "We thought we had intruders during the day but it seems they got away somehow. I cannot speak of love in this situation" she said. "Intruders?" The Cold Emperor asked. "So that guy's their leader?" Natsu asked. "He's trying to act all high and mighty. Wearing that stupid looking mask!" Lucy said. "I don't know. I think it looks kinda cool" Happy said. "Has Deliora been awakened yet?" The Cold Emperor asked. "It should be later tonight or tomorrow sir" Sherry said. "Which one girl?!" Toby asked. "The time has almost come. If you see those intruders again, kill them" The Cold Emperor demanded. Your eyes shook as you stared at the man. You recognized that voice. It was a voice that you knew too well. "I don't want anyone getting in my way" The Cold Emperor said.

"They must have been villagers. They're the only other people on this island" Sherry said. "Then destroy the village" The Cold Emperor said. "Yes sir!" Sherry said. "Understood!" Yuka said. Toby growled. "What?!" You whispered. "But the villagers didn't have anything to do with this" Lucy said. "Yeah. We gotta stop em" Natsu said. "It's a shame there has to be bloodshed" The Cold Emperor said. "That voice..." Gray said, as he recognized him as well. "No. it can't be" you said. "I've had enough of this sneaking around business!" Natsu said. "It's not the villagers! We're the intruders you're after!" Natsu said as he shot flames from his mouth. Natsu chuckled and smirked. "Geez. I guess there's no turning back now huh?" Lucy asked. "I wanna help out too! Want me to sing?" Lyra asked. Lucy sweat dropped. "No. I want you to go back" she said. "Aw. You're no fun" Lyra said. Lucy grunted as she sent Lyra back to the spirit world with her gate key.

Sherry noticed the (F/c) Fairy Tail mark on your (B/p). "I know that mark. They're from Fairy Tail" she said. "Interesting. Those villagers must've gone to the magical guilds for help" Yuka said. "Don't worry about them. Go eradicate the village" The Cold Emperor said. "What?" Lucy asked. "But why?" Natsu asked. "Anyone who stands in my way weather deliberately or not is my enemy!" The Cold Emperor said. "Say what?!" Natsu asked. "Why you!" Gray said as he and Natsu charged at him. "Stop this crazy ceremony right now!" Gray said as he lunged ice in his direction. The Cold Emperor jumped into the air and dodged his attack. The Cold Emperor then slammed his hand against the floor and copied Gray's attack. Both ice spells collided into a giant pile of ice. You gasped at the sight. "He's an ice wizard too?!" Happy asked. Gray sent Lyon a death glare.

"Lyon!" You said as you jumped out of your hiding spot. Natsu gasped. "Lyon?" Lucy asked. "How could you? Do you have any idea what you're doing?" Gray asked as he stood beside you. "Oh guys, it's been quite a while, hasn't it?" Lyon asked. Lucy and Happy gasped. "Why would you revive Deliora?" You asked. "To think that you two were some of the wizards called to this island to help those poor villagers. Did you come knowing you would find me? Or is this just mere coincidence?" Lyon asked. "Not that it makes any difference to me" he said. "Some acquaintances of yours, Cold Emperor?" Yuka asked. "Do as you were ordered. I can handle the intruders on my own. "Yes sir!" The three said as they ran away. "Hey wait! Come back here!" Natsu said as he ran after them. "No, Natsu don't go near him!" You said. Lyon froze Natsu in a ball of ice that surrounded his stomach. "Natsu!" Lucy cried. You turned around. "Happy! Get Lucy outta here!" You said. "Aye!" Happy said as he grabbed Lucy and flew away. "Wait!" Lucy said. You glared at Lyon. "Ice Dragon: Roar!" You shouted. A tornado of ice came out from your mouth and went towards Lyon. "Ha!" Lyon said as he blocked your attack by forming a shield of ice in front of him. "What?! No! I can't move!" Natsu said. "You've distracted me long enough for the girl and the cat to escape. Chivalrous but ultimately pointless. There's no way those two can stop my minions" Lyon said. "Don't underestimate the power of Fairy Tail wizards! Now!" Natsu said.

You kicked Natsu where the ice was surrounding his body and he began falling down the hill. "What's the big idea, (Y/n)?!" Natsu asked as he fell down the hill. "I see you're as reckless as ever. Was he not one of your allies?" Lyon asked. You glared at him. "You and I both know that with one spell you could blow up that ice and him with it" you said. "So you choose to send him safely outside the range of my magic. That was a very clever move" Lyon said. "I don't understand why you're trying to pull the superior act with us, Lyon. You're not! We're not Ur's students anymore!" Gray said. "I'm well aware of that. Painfully aware" Lyon said as he took off his mask. "Our beloved teacher is no longer of this world" he said. "Her final act was sealing that monster away. Are you really so callous that you would try to destroy our master's legacy?" Gray asked. "Don't delude yourself. We all know that (Y/n) is the one who killed Ur" Lyon said. You gasped as tears threatened to fall. Gray sent Lyon a death glare. "And yet, you don't seem to feel any guilt, do you (Y/n)? How cruel" Lyon said. "Enough with the games, (Y/n) is the one who murdered Ur, so just admit it. I'm surprised either of you have the gall to even speak her name!" Lyon said. As he hit you with a giant ball of ice. You screamed and fell to the ground. "(Y/N)!" Gray cried. "Lyon..." you said as you stood back up. "What's wrong? Don't tell me the guilt is finally getting to you.

I'm warning you, don't try to interfere. Weather you like it or not I'm resurrecting Deliora" Lyon said. "We won't let you!" You said. Lyon dropped his mask on the ground and generated ice magic from one of his hands. "It's like old times. But I've grown much stronger since then. Ice Make: Eagles!" Lyon said. Eagles made of ice appeared and flew into the air toward you and Gray. "Ice Make: shield!" Gray said as a shield appeared in front of you and Gray. However, the eagles were able to fly around the shield of ice. You gasped and jumped out of the way just in time. Gray on the other hand, was attacked by all of the eagles as they crashed into him. "Ah!" Gray screamed. "While your specialty is creating inanimate objects, static ice make magic, mine is creative living creatures. Active ice make magic. Did you forget my ice has the ability to move?" Lyon asked. You glared at him and jumped into the air, getting ready to attack. "Ice Dragon: Crushing Fang!" You shouted as you hit Lyon with a whirlwind of ice. Lyon put his arm out protectively, and you hit him in the arm, cutting into his skin. His arm wasn't bleeding, but it was cut. Lyon smirked. "I guess I underestimated your power, (Y/n). It looks like you're going to be quite the challenge" he said. You flew into the air again and landed next to Gray. Gray jumped into the air. "Ice Make: Hammer!" He shouted. A hammer made of ice appeared above Lyon.

"Ice Make: Ape!" Lyon said, crushing his hammer to pieces. Gray landed back on his feet. "How pathetic. You still use two hands when casting your ice make spells" Lyon said. "Yeah, 'cause that's the way Ur taught us" Gray said. "Single handed spell casting is incomplete and unbalanced" you said in agreement. "Well I'm the exception to that rule, I surpassed Ur's skill level a long time ago" Lyon said. "Shut your mouth" Gray said. "Regardless, ever since we were children, you've never been able to land a single hit on me" Lyon said to Gray. You growled at him. "Ice Dragon: Talon!" You said as you jumped into the air above Lyon and hit him with streams of ice that came out from your feet. Lyon screamed as he was knocked to the ground. Lyon then got back to his feet and glared at you. "I'm a lot stronger now than I used to be!" Gray said. "Ice Make: Geyser!" He said. Gray froze the ground in front of Lyon, and created a single tower of ice spikes. Lyon broke the ice spikes quickly, and Gray gasped. "Nothing has changed. I was always the superior student and I'm still stronger than you. I was able to master single handed ice make magic, while you still have to rely on two hands. It's just like the old days. We may have chosen different paths, but we're frozen in time. Our rankings as wizards never change" Lyon said. Lyon then put his hand in the air and created a giant dragon made of ice that knocked Gray into the air. "Gray!" You cried. "That's why I'm resurrecting Deliora. To prove that I am more than Ur's star pupil" Lyon said.

Gray crashed to the ground. You glared at Lyon. Anger went through your body. "As a child, I only ever dreamt of one thing... the day I would surpass Ur's abilities as a wizard. But you ruined it for me (Y/n). Although, I suppose I can forgive you" Lyon said. You looked at him. "Huh?" You asked. "Yes, you did ruin my chance to surpass Ur back then. But now, I suppose you could help me" Lyon said.  "I don't understand. How could I help you revive a demon?" You asked. Lyon smirked. "Well for starters you are a very talented wizard, perhaps some of your magical power could help resurrect Deliora somehow" Lyon said. Gray stood back up. "Don't listen to him, (Y/n)" he said. Lyon smirked. Then he knocked Gray back to the ground with an ice make knuckle. "Gray!" You cried. Then Lyon trapped you in ice. You tried to escape by using your magic but to no avail. "(Y/N)!" Gray cried. Lyon smirked. "We'll see you later Gray. After she's revived Deliora" Lyon said before disappearing with you. "(Y/N)!" Gray said.
