A Guild For One
"Jellal Fernandes, you are hereby under arrest, for crimes against the kingdom." Lahar said. "No, please don't take him away!" Wendy cried. "It's just not fair! He doesn't even know what he's done! All his memories have been completely erased." Wendy said. "Ignorance of one's crimes is no defense. Penal code section 13 states this explicitly." Lahar said. "You may remove the barrier now." Lahar said. "Yes, sir." One of his men said. "Hold on!" Wendy said. "It's alright, I will not resist arrest." Jellal said. "Please forgive me. I wish that I could remember you. Truly." Jellal said. "When she was lost and alone, you found her wandering and saved her life." Carla said. "I may never know the harm I inflicted upon you, and countless others, but at least I know at some point, I helped one person. "(Y/n), I won't forget your kindness." Jellal began to walk away. You began to cry. "I can't let this happen. I can't let them take him away like this. It's not right. All these years, he was sleepwalking through the darkness, he's finally been let into the light again. They can't shut him away." You cried.
"You have anymore parting words?" Laharasked. "No." Jellal said. "You'll get at least a life sentence. That's if you're lucky." Laharsaid. "No way." Lucy said. "In any case, you'll never see these people again." Laharsaid. "He's gone." Wendy cried. "Hold it right there!" Natsu shoved two of the guards. "Natsu!" Gray said. "I don't think that's a good idea!" Lucy said. Natsu began struggling through the army. "Stop this!" Laharsaid. "Outta my way!" Natsu shoved past the men. "He's one of us! And that means he comes with us!" Natsu said. "Natsu..." You said. "No, don't do this." Jellal said. "Subdue that man!" Lahar said. Gray quickly jumped in and attacked them. "Keep going, Natsu!" He said. "Don't stop!" Happy said. "Give up! There's no way you guys can stop him!" Gray said as he punched multiple men in the army. "This is wrong anyway. Jellal took down Nirvana!" Gray said. "He just saved a whole lotta people. And this is the thanks you give him?!" Gray asked.
"You would punish this man for his sins, yet still not choose to reward him for his good deeds?" Jura asked. "It pains me, but if you take him away, it will hurt (Y/n) more!" Ichiya said. "Hey! I can't see who I'm hitting so I'm innocent right?!" Lucy asked. "No please! Please don't take Jellal away forever!" Wendy cried. "Come on, let him go! Come on, you owe Erza and (Y/n) big time! They need you to stay by their side! They did it for you, man!" Natsu said as Gray punched more men. "You gotta stay, 'cause wether you like it or not you're one of us now!" Natsu said. "Arrest them all! For aiding a fugitive, and obstructing the law!" Lahar said. "That's enough! Stop this at once!" You shouted. Everyone looked at you in shock. "I apologize for this disturbance. It's gone too far. I'm the one to blame." You said. "Now please... take him away." You said. Jellal smiled. "But why?!" Natsu asked. "Sit down!" You shouted. "Yes ma'am." Natsu quickly sat down. Jellal gasped, then turned to Erza. "I remember. It was the color of your hair." He said. You and Erza gasped. Jellal stepped into the car. "Farewell, old friends." He said. You spent the night by yourself, thinking back on your past memories of Jellal. You cried that morning as the sun came up.

"Ooh! This is adorable!" Lucy said as she looked at her new outfit from Cait Shelter. "Yeah, yeah, you look cute and all but you're not nearly as sexy as me." Sherry said. "Everyone in the village is a member of the guild. Cait Shelter's famous for it's pretty textiles and clothes." Wendy said. "So are these like traditional nirvit styles?" Lucy asked. Wendy looked at her. "I never really thought about that before, but I guess it would make the most sense, huh?" Wendy asked. "I can't believe that you had absolutely no idea everyone in this guild but you two are a descendant of the nirvit." Sherry said. "Well yeah, we're the only ones who joined after it was formed." Wendy said. "Come try this on, (Y/n). I know how you love a costume change." Lucy said. Erza looked at her. "Yes, I suppose." You said. Lucy sighed. "And I'm guessing neither of you know when Cait Shelter joined the league of guilds along with the others, do you?" Sherry asked. "I don't wanna be rude, but I had never even heard of your guild before all of us were thrown together." Sherry said. "I know every guild can't be as popular as mine, but still." Sherry said. "Come to think of it, I hadn't either." Lucy said. "Oh, I don't know." Wendy said, then she laughed. "Wow, I didn't realize that we were so obscure." Wendy said. "This is all very interesting, but everyone is waiting on us!" Carla said.

"Fairy Tail, Blue Pegasus, Lamia Scale, not to mention Wendy and Carla. I commend your efforts in not only defeating The Oración Seis, but saving our guild from Nirvana's wrath. Speaking as a representative of our regional guild league, I, Robaul, offer my deepest gratitude, thank you." Robaul said. Natsu chuckled. "Nabura, we are in your debut." He said. "We were happy to help you, master Robaul!" Ichiya said as he jumped forward. "It was a hard won victory. Against a ferocious opponent. But from the deepest, darkness depths of despair, a light shined down on us. It was the brightest and warming glow of true friendship. We followed it all the way to victory." Ichiya said. "Well said, master!" Hibki, Ren and Eve said behind him. "Man." Ichiya said. "The bright and warming glow is probably coming from the spotlight he's hogging." Gray said. "No joke, and by the way, did he ever fight anyone?" Lucy asked. "I suppose it's over now." Sherry said. "You two should know I'm proud of you." Jura said. Lyon smiled. "Thank you, Sir." He said. "Hey! We deserve a victory party!" Natsu said. "Aye, Sir!" Happy said. "Yes, yes, yes, yes. It's time!" Ichiya said. "Yes, it's time!" The three boys said. "To get down." Ichiya said. "To get down." They repeated. "To party." Ichiya said. "Oh yes, oh yes, oh yes, oh yes." The Blue Pegasus members said together. "A party sounds great." Gray said as he stripped. "Please keep your clothes on!" Lucy said blushing.
Lyon chuckled as he stripped as well. "You too, buddy!" Lucy scolded. Wendy laughed. The four boys of Blue Pegasus continued to chant "Oh Yes." As they jumped around. "So, is the Cait Shelter guild feeling up to getting down?" Ichiya asked. "Oh yes, oh yes, oh yes, oh yes." The three boys said again. This time, you and your friends joined them. "Oh yes!" Wendy cheered and laughed. But soon blushed out of embarrassment when she realized she was the only one who responded. The others sweat dropped nervously as they realized Cait Shelter's mood. "I'm truly sorry. I've neglected my duty to tell you about the nirvit people." Robaul said. "Please accept my sincere apology." He said. Everyone went quiet. "Well it's not like that's gonna stop us from partying!" Happy said. "But we'll listen to whatever you might have to say." Natsu said. "Right?" He asked. "Aye, Sir." Happy nodded. "It's alright, master. You don't have to tell us if you don't want to." Wendy said.
"It is important. I ask that everyone please listen very closely to the tale I am about to tell." He said. "First, let me clear the air about something. The truth is, we are not descendants of the nirvit people. "What?" Wendy asked in shock. "Indeed we are the nirvits themselves. And many years ago, 400 to be exact, Nirvana was created, fashioned by my hands." He said. "By you?" Lyon asked in shock. "I don't believe it." Lucy said. "400 years ago?" Happy asked. Natsu was dumbfounded. Wendy gasped. "I thought if my dream of Nirvana was made a reality, I could end the ghastly wars tearing the world apart. I would do so by reversing the morality of those who's minds were set on the destruction of others. We made our home there." Robaul said. "And we took great joy in what we'd accomplished through peace. We were a shining beacon of light in a once dark and shadowy world. However, despite our best intentions, we could not change the fact that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Nirvana had brought light to what was once a terrible darkness, not by chasing it away, but absorbing it, so to speak." Robaul said. Wendy gasped. "The world yearns for balance and order, the light serves no purpose without the darkness, and vice versa. Light is born from darkness. And darkness is born from light. The two are forever intertwined." He said.
"Yeah, that's exactly how it played out for us." Gray said. "All the world's evil, taken from those who's hearts were once consumed with it was transferred to the place loving nirvit." Robaul said. "It was?" Wendy asked. "It was a nightmare. Engulfed in rage and hatred, we slaughtered each other until no one was left standing." He said. Everyone gasped. "That's not quite true. For I am the only survivor." Robaul said. "Then again, in this particular situation, the word survivor is a little misleading. In truth, my body ceased to function many years ago. What you see before you now is a projection of the man I once was." Robaul said. Wendy gasped. "As punishment for my sins, I, this powerful spirit, have stood as sentinel over my creation for 400 years. Keeping my weary eyes open for the one who could at last, destroy Nirvana. And consign it to the pages of history." He smiled. "And now, my post can be vacated, for that person has been found." He said. Wendy shook with anger, tears threatened to fall. "No. Why didn't you tell me?" Wendy asked.
Suddenly everyone in the Cait Shelter guild started to vanish. "What's happening?" Wendy asked. "Don't go!" Wendy said. "You can't just leave us!" Carla said. "Maguna, Pepel!" Wendy said. "Everyone's disappearing right in front of our eyes." Hibki said. "Why are you doing this?" Wendy asked. "Please don't go!" Wendy cried. "I've deceived you Wendy, for that, I am deeply sorry." Robaul said. "All your fellow guild members were specters. They were nothing but illusions." Robaul said. Wendy gasped. "Are you kidding me?!" Natsu asked. "Illusions with their own personalities?" Lyon asked. "That takes powerful creation magic." Jura said. "For many years, I lived in this deserted village alone, always keeping a watchful eye over Nirvana. Until one day, when a boy came to me with companions needing help." Robaul said, as members of Cait Shelter continued to vanish. Wendy gasped. "His eyes burned with such intensity and sincerity that I simply had no choice but to take the little girl in." Robaul said. "I had resigned myself to a solitary existence, but there they were."
Flashback
"Hey, mister, what is this place?" Wendy asked. "Well, how do I put this?" Robaul asked. "He lied to us. He said he was gonna take us to a magic guild. Wendy sobbed into her legs. "Uh... right! This is a guild." Robaul said quickly. "A magical guild for wizards of every stripe." Robaul said. Wendy instantly looked up at him. "Wow, really?" She asked. Robaul smiled at her. "Of course it is! Go on and see for yourself!" He said. "You're new friends are all outside waiting for you." He smiled.
Current moment
"I filled the village with apparitions so she wouldn't be alone." He said. "So you created an entire guild just for Wendy?" Lucy asked. "No one I cared for was a real person?!" Wendy screamed. "How could you do something so cruel to me, master?! "Don't fret, my dear. Calm down. You don't need those imaginary friends." Then he pointed towards everyone. "You're surrounded by real friends who care for you." Robaul said, then he chuckled as he began to fade away. Wendy had uncontrollable tears sliding down her face. "A bright future awaits you." Robaul said. "Embrace it with open arms." Robaul said. "Master!" Wendy cried as she ran towards him as he faded away. "To each and every one of you, I owe my deepest gratitude." He said as he vanished. "I know I can leave Wendy in your hands." He said. Wendy fell to the ground sobbing as her Cait Shelter mark faded. "MASTER!" Wendy sobbed.. Then, you placed a hand on Wendy's shoulder. Lucy gasped. "I know all too well, the pain of losing a loved one. But you will heal. We'll help you." You said. Wendy looked at you with her teary eyes. "Come with us. Be a part of Fairy Tail." You said.

Yay! I just have one more arc and then I'm onto season three! I've been thinking, for the Dragonoid Arc, I have two ideas, one Gray "betrays" the reader and tries to trick her into the Dragonoid, or... I could change things up a bit and have the reader "betray" Gray instead of Natsu, just for an interesting switch. Which would you prefer? Tell me The in comments below or message me about it. Ps, I have a problem where my chapters vanish after I update this story. So if you notice any episodes missing please tell me. Also, I haven't done any of the filler episodes expect for the body switch episode. I think I'll add in the filler episodes later though. Thank you all so much for your support. I'm so happy you enjoy my story. :)
