DEDICATION: Everyone~!

Erza's POV

I wandered around the guild hall, bored out of my mind.

I'd been on a mission already and gotten a lot of money for it.... I'd beaten up Natsu and Gray multiple times...

"Psst! Erzaaaa~!" I turned around to see Lucy beckoning me outside of the guild.

"What is it?" I asked her, crossing my arms and sighing.

"Someone's here to see you!" She giggled before pointing to the fence by the guild. "Oh, and here take these!" She handed me tickets to a funfair.

"Why would I be needing these...?"

Before she answered me, she pushed me over to the fence and ran back inside the guild hall.

"Long time no see Erza."

T-That voice...

"Jellal." I said as confidently as I could. "What're you doing here?"

Jellal walked into my vision of sight and smiled at me.

"Lucy gave you the tickets right? We're going to a funfair." His smile and cheerfulness surprised me, I expected him to be more... Well, more sorry... You know, for what he put me through?

"Well? Do you want to go with me?" He questioned, giving me a look which made me feel under pressure.

"I'm...fine. I'll go with you." Secretly, I was ecstatic, I was thrilled about our 'date'... "Is this a date?"

Jellal gave me a devilish smile. "If you want it to be."

He held out his hand for me to take, and I took it.

We arrived at the funfair minutes later, Jellal had his hood up and tried to look as normal as possible. He was still a fugitive.

"Do you think that'll really work?" I asked him.

"It hasn't failed me before."

I looked around and saw a small clothing shop still open. I dashed inside and grabbed any article of clothing I though would suit Jellal. After buying some clothes I handed the bag to Jellal and told him to change.

When he had changed, he was wearing dark blue jeans and a red hoodie as well as some trainers. He looked less suspicious... But his red tattoo was still visible...

"Let's get out faces painted, that way your tattoo won't look like yourself okay?" He nodded and we strolled around trying to find a face paint stall.

When we found one, Jellals eyes lit up.

"Can I have the rainbow unicorn please, over my tattoo?"

I sighed, "I'll get the same too."

I have to say, we looked fabulous.

After that, we walked around and played at some stalls, and bought some cotton candy.

"Oh my Mavis." I squealed. "I must have that giant teddy bear!"

Jellal laughed. "I'll win it for you."

"No, I'll win it for you!" I grinned.

"Is this a competition Erza Scarlet?"

"Maybe it is, Mr Fernandes!"

The stall was a shoot the duck stall. The ducks were moving quite quickly, but it made no difference to me.

"All down. I won it for you." The stall manager handed me the teddy bear which I then handed to a wide-eyed Jellal.

"Y-You actually won it for me."

I laughed at his expression, "It isn't always the guy who wins the stuffed animal for the girl."

Hours later we left the funfair, we were walking back to my apartment at Fairy Hills.

"Did you have fun?" Jellal asked me.

"A lot."

He stopped and pulled me in close, dropping his teddy bear.

"I'm sorry for everything that I've ever put you through. It's not fair how I always show up and seem to expect your forgiveness." Blinking to get rid of the tears that threatened to fall, I hugged him back nuzzling my face into his warm hoodie.

"I forgive you, you're trying to atone for your sins by fighting crime with your powerful magic. That's great. Also, you regret what you did, that's proof how you've changed."

He parted from the hug and gazed into my eyes.

Our faces were centimetres away...

When I pushed him back.

He looked shocked and confused. But before he could say anything I stuck my tongue out at him.

"Sorry Jellal, I have a fiancé." I said, mocking him.

He chuckled and picked up his teddy bear.

"Well then Erza, I'll have to meet this man and tell him that you're mine."

I felt my face go red.

"I had an amazing time today Jellal. Thank you." I winked at Jellal, then entered Fairy Hills.
