My team and I sat at a table in the corner of the guild hall. We said nothing, just stared blankly at the table. We could feel the eyes of other guild mates on our backs.

"Cheer up guys!" Kali squeaked. I brushed a piece of my spiky pink hair out of my face.

"I'm so sorry." I muttered. My team looked up at me. "It's my fault that this has happened."

"Nashi." Gale comforts. She rested her hand on my shoulder. "It's okay, we all knew that this would be dangerous. We all agreed that you were worth the risk."

"Yeah we love you Nashi." Storm says. He cuts himself short after realizing what he just said and blushes followed by a sweat drop. "I mean we love you like family!"

I laugh a little bit at his flustered expression. To be honest, it's the cutest thing ever.

"Storm, your shirt." Rieki points out blatently. Storm immediately blushes and fumbles for his jacket. "He's right though." Reiki states. "You're family Nashi. We couldn't just leave you."

I smile. It feels good to know that my team loves me this much. "Thanks guys." I pull them into a group hug across the table.

We're interrupted by someone behind us. We all turn to see our family standing with their arms crossed.

"Talk." Erza demands.

"Erza." I say. "Trust me when I say that you don't want to know."

"Look." Lucy interrupts. "We have no idea who you are and we can tell that you're all upset. We just want to help you."

"That's the problem!" Gale stands from her seat with tears in her eyes. "You have no idea who we are! You have no idea where we're from and you have no idea what is going on! Look we just want to go home."

"Gale." Reiki says cooly. Gale sits and
Reiki stands. "Forgive us for the secrecy, but it's better if you didn't know."

"Oh yeah, and why's that?" Natsu asked.

"You wouldn't believe us." I state quietly. Everyone turns to me causing me to look down at the drink in my hand. I feel the weight on the bench shift as someone sits down next to me. I look up to find my mother Lucy, she rests her hand on my shoulder.

"Try us."

Just the sound of her voice makes me want to curl up into a ball and cry. More than anything, I want her to tell me that everything is going to be alright. I can't though. I have to stay strong.

"We're from the future." Storm whispers.

The eyes of my family go wide. Their breath is caught short as they stare at us. I turn to Storm in disbelief, his eyes don't meet mine.

"Storm!" Reiki scolds.

"Cat's out!" Gale cringes. Kali drops the fish that was once in her mouth onto the table. Storm looks up at an enraged Reiki with determination in his eyes.

Reiki stands and makes a fist that begins to glow light blue. He slams it on the table causing the table to immediately disintegrate.

"You've gone too far Storm!" Reiki shouts.

Storm follows suit and prepares for a fight. His skin turns pale and his navy hair becomes icy blue. His shirt also came off with his transformation.

"They were gonna find out eventually!" Storm shoots. "Ice make battle gear 1!" He summons an icy sword and shield to defend himself.

Reiki throws a punch at Storm who blocks it with his shield. Reiki's destruction punch should have made Storm's shield shatter, but Storm has perfected his shield to withstand Reiki's magic.

Before either can make any more trouble, Gale and I step in. I swiftly jump into the air and my hands begin to glow bright yellow.

"Sun dragon blinding light!" I shout. My hands emit a golden light that fills the room which causes everyone to shield their eyes from the bright light. While Reiki and Storm are blinded, Gale rushes in.

"Onyx hammer!" She calls. Her fist turns into a black hammer made from an onyx stone. She slams her hammer fist into each of the boys' rib cage making a loud thud. Storm and Reiki fall to the floor writhing in pain.

As my light fades, everyone can clearly see that Gale and I won. Storm's pale skin and icy hair fade back to their usual color. Reiki is the first to stand and give us the death glare. Gale and I go rigid stiff at this.

"Oh my gosh he's gonna kill us!" Gale and I screech in unison. Reiki stomps over to us, a very pissed off look on his face. Gale and I turn around to run but Reiki grabs the collar of our shirts and practically lifts us off the ground.

"Oh God, we're doomed." Gale whimpers.

"Please don't kill us! I don't wanna DIE!" I cry.

"Shall I do the honors?" Storm grins evilly. Reiki smirks and knows they've got us this time. He nods his approval; I hear Gale swallow hard, bracing herself. Storm wiggles his fingers until a frosty stream comes off of each hand.

"Storm don't you dare." I growl. He gives me an evil smirk and places his cold hand on the back of my neck.

If there's one thing I hate, it's the cold. It might not look like much, but for a sun dragon Slayer who is always used to warm things, this is torture. The screech that escapes my lips is hardly human. I recoil as a shiver runs down my body. My cheeks are bright red from frustration and embarrassment.

"That's cute Storm," Gale mocks. "but that's not going to work on me."

"No, but this will." Reiki pipes in. He let's go of my collar and drops me to the floor. I watch helplessly as Reiki switches his grip to holding Gale's hands above her head.

"You wouldn't." She sneers. Reiki and Storm give her the same smirk. Gale's eyes go wide with fear as terror flashes across her face. Before she has the chance to try and escape, Storm closes in.

He wiggles his fingers up and down her sides. Gale bursts with laughter at the tickles. She screams and howls in protests, but the smile on her face is priceless. I can't help but smile, Gale's weakness is just honestly too cute. She snorts and whoops as Storm moves to her exposed arm pits. I can see tears of laughter in her eyes as she struggles against Reiki's grip.

Storm eventually stops tickling Gale and Reiki drops her on the floor. The two of us lay defeated on the floor. If we weren't at the guild, this would be embarrassing. Here I'm surrounded by my family and friends who have loved me my entire life.

...

Wait... No... I'm not at home.

This isn't my time.

The people surrounding me have never met us.

They have no idea who we are.

"Uh..." I hear someone mutter. Gale and I sit up on the green carpet of the guild hall. We see Natsu, Lucy, Erza, Gray, Gajeel, and Wendy staring at us.

Embarrassment flushes across my face. I hide my eyes behind my bangs and my entire face turns bright red. Gale follows suit as she sits up on the floor.

"Well we certainly don't get fights like those around here." Mirajane pipes in. She smiles at us as she dries a plate from her spot behind the bar. I scratch the back of my head in an embarrassed laugh.

"Yes. It's not often that our brawls end so non-violently." Erza half smiles.

"I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that you're all from the future." Natsu states. My teammates and I sweat drop. We had forgotten about that little bombshell.

"Uh..." I stutter. That's when things got crazy.

"NASHI! GALE!" Reiki yelled. We looked at him scared and concerned. That's when we saw the magic circle we were sitting on.

Storm and Reiki lung for our hands as we start to fall through. My eyes are wide as Storm grabs one of my hands. He struggles and pulls on my arm until it feels as though it will come out of socket. I feel a tug on my back as Kali tries to fly me out.

"Storm!" I cry.

"Just hang on Nashi!" He grunts. "I've got you!"

I feel another pair of hands grab my other wrist. I look up to see Natsu holding on like a lifeline.

"Argh! Hold on!" He shouts. I watch helplessly as Gray, Lucy and Happy latch onto Natsu in an effort to help. Storm starts to slide closer to the circle. My hand slips in Natsu's hands and I see the concern on his face.

"Please just let go!" I cry. My father and family are stunned.

"No way." He countered. "We're not letting you go that easy."

I watch as Storm, Natsu, and the others slide closer to the edge. Storm is an inch from falling in and I swear that I saw tears in his eyes. That's when it hit me.

"Natsu! Let go!" I shout, this time there's determination in my voice and in my eyes. My father notices this, but he's still not willing to let go.

"You got some kind of plan hot head?" Storm grunts.

"As a matter of fact I do! Storm we're goin home!"

"Are you crazy?!" Reiki shouts from behind me. He, Erza, Gajeel, Wendy and Carla are trying to pull Gale out.

"All that sunshine has finally fried her brain." Gale mutters.

"I'm not crazy!" I bark. "Now all of you let go!" Storm looks me in the eyes meaningfully. He's trying to read my mind, but there's no way he knows what's going on through my head.

"Nashi... I trust you." With that he let's go of my hand. Letting go my hand must have let his guard down, because it takes a split second before he's sucked into the portal of the magic circle.

"STORM!!" I scream. Natsu tightens his grip on my hand. I hear Gale scream behind me. I crane my neck to see her and Reiki tumble into the portal.  Kali tries to catch them, but falls with them. "NO!"

"Hang on Nashi!" Lucy cries.

"We're never letting go." Natsu confirms.

I look up at my parents and all I can do is smile through tears. "Don't worry, this isn't the last you've seen of the one and only Nashi Dragneel."

Natsu's eyes widen and Lucy's breath is caught short. They gasp as realization dawns on them.

"No way..." Lucy cries.

I nod as the tears stream down my face. "I'll see you around." I choke. I let go of my dad's hand, but he hasn't let go of mine just yet.

"I'M NOT LETTING YOU GO JUST YET!!" He yells.

"You have to! Sun dragon iron fist!" Using my free hand I punch Natsu in the face and he lets go of my hand. I begin to fall through the circle.

"NASHI!!"
