Juvia's POV ( in this story Juvia's a little more chill when she's around Gray.)

I knew I just saw him! Gray had to be around here somewhere. It was time for the karaoke contest and almost everyone has arrived. It was more quiet than usual because Natsu wasn't here yet, which didn't make sense since he's usually always here or at Lucy's. I looked around for Gray until I saw him. He was sitting at the bar talking to Mira about something. He looked kind of irritated so I walked up to him. "Hello Gray!" I said, bouncing with happiness. "What's the matter?" He looked at me with irritation in his eyes. "Did you do this?" What? What did I do? He shoved a piece of paper into my hands and looks back at Mira, who was protesting. The paper said, "Gray and Juvia duet after Wendy and Romeo." Me and Gray are going to do a duet? I didn't do this. "No, I didn't do this." I say handing back the piece of paper with the names on it to Mirajane. "Why would you think I would?" I asked Gray, who's gaze had softened. "Because you're.......You!" He pointed to me. "Why don't you stop accusing me, and maybe ask Mirajane who put our names on that list!" I say pointing to Mirajane. Gray turned away to face Mirajane again. "Mira, who put our names on that list?" He asked her. "I did." She said. "Why didn't you ask us first?" He said to her. "Because I knew you'd say no." Gray rolled his eyes. He looked exhausted. "Then we better get going to pick a song." "What? You know that we can get our names off of that list right!?" I asked. "You sounded so mad! You don't have to sing a song with me." I said, looking down at my blue dress. (A/N the dress is in the media because I don't want to describe it.) Gray grabbed my hand and I looked at him in shock. Then I got hearts in my eyes and I went along with it.

Gray's POV

I'm pissed with Mirajane right now for not asking me if it was okay, but this could be fun. It looks like Juvia is having fun with it. She's throwing out songs that we both should know. "I'm going to ask when we are performing." I tell her and walk up to Mirajane. "When are me and Juvia going to perform?" I ask her. "You guys are going after Wendy and Romeo but before Levy and Gajeel." She answers finishing with a smile. "What about Natsu and Lucy? When are they going?" Why did I just ask that? "They are going to be the duets finale. Then we are going to go on to solos." Mirajane looks so proud of herself. "Can I let you in on a little secret?" She looked at me, giggling. "Sure Mira, what is it?" "Elfman is going to sing a song from a Disney movie." Somehow that doesn't surprise me. I fake looking surprised for Mira and laugh with her. Then I walk back to Juvia. "So?" She looks at me expectantly. "What?" I ask her. "When are we going to sing?" Oh. Right. "We are going to sing before Levy and Gajeel but after Wendy and Romeo." I said, remembering. "Okay." She simply says and looks off into space, thinking of more song options. She's really pretty when she wants to be. Why did I just think that?!?! Come on brain, she's your friend and guild member which makes her family! You can't like your family in that way! I take a deep breath. "Are you okay Gray?" Juvia asks me. "I'm good." I lie. "Okay, well I have a song! It's called 'Heart Attack' by Demi Lovato!" Okay. Well, I've honestly heard worst. I can't tell her that though. "Perfect!" Juvia smiled and she looked so happy that I couldn't say I didn't want to sing it with her.
