His first worry

"Where's Lucy?" asked Natsu with a worried face, looking around.

"She's not coming today, she still can't move well." answered Mira.

The stellar spiritswitch had been injured in the last mission against the Oraciòn Seis and the bruises had antagonised her every movement. The day before the dragon slayer had sneaked into her home with Happy and, seeing as she seemed good enough shape, he'd hoped to see her at the guild the next day.

"Natsu, her injuries are getting better but the wounds are not completely healed." supplied Mira.

"Oh... ok!" breezed Natsu glaring at the flaming meatballs Mira had prepared him.

"But, she'd promised me she'd come today."

"Natsu, she needs time to recover" said Mira.

"It's just, I miss her" whined the dragon slayer.

Mira knew Natsu cared for all the guild's members equally... so why was Lucy always the first he worried about? Every day, every moment the dragon slayer's thoughts focused on the young witch of the stellar spirits.

Every instant was a succession of questions about the blonde.

"Where's Lucy?"

"When's Lucy coming?"

"Why did Lucy come with Loki?"

"Why's Lucy angry with me?"

Lucy, Lucy, alway Lucy. Natsu could be annoying and she wondered how could Lucy stand him, mostly with his nocturnal intrusions.

Mira knew Natsu wasn't a great orator, he always talked about fights and magic. But since the young blonde had arrived every one of his conversations was about her. Everybody knew that if they asked Natsu what his and Lucy's relatioship was, he'd answer they were Nakama. But he just sounded ridiculous. Everyone knew about the fire wizard's feelings.

Lucy had told her how furious the dragon slayer had been when Gajil had kidnapped her and how he'd beaten him up to save the guild.

Mira knew how far Natsu would go to save Fairy Tail, she was certain about it. But she also remembered the raging look that was in the dragon salyer's eyes when he'd come to know of the kidnapping and she'd know, then and there, that Natsu would have destroyed an entire guild to get Lucy back. Which he did, in the end...
