(Y/n)'s POV

~One year later~

I had moved on. I had forgotten what it meant to love and be loved...all because of Gray. He lied to me. I went to Edolas to live with my aunty and uncle. This was where I've been for the past year.

I still cut myself, I couldn't stop. Gray made me like this. *sigh* I missed my friends and family a lot. If only Gray didn't do what he did.

"Hey (Y/n), you have a visitor," Aunty told me. She came in...with Gray.
"Aunty, tell this person I don't want to see him."
"(Y/n), just give me a chance-"
"Why? You lied to me." Aunty awkwardly left.
"I was wrong, I didn't know Juvia was lying to me-"
"I was your girlfriend and she hurt me. What kind of a boyfriend believes their girlfriend's rival?"
"Listen, I'm sorry! Please...just give me a chance..." I looked down. He suddenly snatched the knife out of my hand.
"What?!"
"Stop cutting yourself." He hugged me. I stiffened.
"Gray, let go of me."
"I love you."
"I don't anymore." Mystogan came in.
"Did everyone come?" He nodded.
"Aunty and uncle invited us over, they said that you've been lonely for way too long," he exclaimed.
"Nee-chan!" Miyu ran in and hugged me.
"Hey Miyu." Natsu, Lucy, Gajeel and Levy came in.
"Hey guys..."
"(Y/n), we're worried about you," Lucy said.
"Well, you don't have to be. I'm fine-"
"*gasp* What have you done to your beautiful skin?!" She took my arms and examined them. I pulled them back.
"I'm fine."
"No you're not. Natsu, get some bandages."
"Where are they?"
"Here." Mystogan handed Lucy some. She carefully wrapped them around my arms.
"Please don't do this to yourself, you deserve better than this," she said while glaring at Gray. Suddenly, Juvia came in.
"What do you want?!"
"Juvia is jealous of (Y/n). But Juvia is very sorry."
"Yeah right *sarcasm*, have you come here with some sort of plan to hurt me? I don't care anymore. No matter how much it hurts, I won't care." She slapped me.
"Juvia came here to apologise and this is what Juvia gets?! I'm jealous of you and I hate you!" She punched me. Gray wrapped his arms around me and blocked her every hit.
"Juvia!" Lucy pulled her hair. They started a 'cat fight'. Natsu kicked Juvia.
"No one hurts Lucy." He held her up by her hair.
"Ow! It hurts, let go!"
"Do you even know how much pain you put (Y/n) through?" She had tears in her eyes.
"You won't get any sympathy from us." He let go of her. She ran off.
"Gray..."
"I won't let anyone hurt you again." He let go of me and looked at me with apologetic eyes.
"I'm sorry (Y/n), please give me this one chance."
"One chance and that's it." He smiled gratefully. Mystogan showed them to their rooms. *sigh* I lay down on my bed.
"What now?"
"Hmm? Something wrong?" Miyu asked.
"No, it's nothing."
"It doesn't sound like that." She lay down next to me.
"I missed you, nee-chan."
"I missed you too." I fell asleep.

~Some time later~

I woke up. Miyu had left. It was late in the afternoon. Albert came in with some food.

"Here, Miss (L/n)."
"Thanks." He left. I slowly started eating. What was happening in my life? Would I ever find the person I loved? Gray came in.
"Hey (Y/n), do you have any time?"
"Yeah, why?"
"I just wanted to talk."
"Fine." He sat down on the chair.
"We've decided to go somewhere tonight. Wanna come?" I sighed and nodded.
"Great, see you there." He handed me a piece of paper with an address on it.
"Want me to take that out for you?" he asked. I nodded.
"Thanks..."

He went out. I went to the balcony and looked at the sky. So beautiful and pure...so unlike me. I sat there, thinking about everything that had happened. It was so unexpected yet I felt like I was waiting for this to finally come. I mustn't think too much about it.
