Finally, after talking alone with the master and gaining his trust. I walked out into the colorful atmosphere of the Fairy Tail guild members. I found Lucy and sat by her as Natsu came up and spoke to me.

"You a member yet Satoshi?"

"Yep!" I answered excitedly.

I lifted up the back of my right hand to show him my new accomplishment. It revealed a dark green Fairy Tail emblem, showing everyone it's pride. I was so happy to have this, I'm a member of Fairy Tail now! I wonder what I should do next...

"Hey Lucy..." I asked looking around vigorously for my katana, "Where's my Katana?"

"It's back at my house remember? You jumped out my window before I could give it back to you. Didn't you hear me calling your name?"

I shyly looked away in embarrassment. I did hear her, I just thought she was angry because I jumped out a window.

"Yeah...I heard you..." My voice was low as I scolded myself.

"I must retrieve my sword!" I thought as Natsu down sat next to me.

"Satoshi! Can we go back to the field? Where's your sword? We still didn't make flower crowns!"

As always, Rose was talking way too fast that I couldn't answer any of her questions before she asked another one.

"Rose...please talk slower."

Rose took a deep breath.

"Can we go back to the flower field? I really want to make flower crowns!!" She said, a little slower this time.

"Satoshi! We still have to finish our fight!" Natsu said with a beaming smile on his face.

He actually looks kinda cute when he smiles like that...What the hell am I saying!?

"Wait Natsu! What about my rent? I have to pay that you know!" Lucy protested.

"Don't worry Lucy, there aren't many jobs right now so we can go out. We'll just do another S-class job! Then you won't have to pay rent anymore!" Natsu reluctantly answered.

"No please! Not again! I don't wanna do that again..." Lucy face palmed herself.

"Uh...What's S-class?" My curiosity escaped.

"S-class is a title that only the strongest mages get. Erza, for an example, is an S-class mage." Lucy explained

"Wow, she must be really strong!" Rose said.

"She's strong, but I'm going to beat her one day!" Natsu seemed really determined to beat her. Maybe one day that'll happen, maybe one day...

"So you're the Satoshi that everyone is talking about?" Gray, who had clothes on, walked up to our table and asked.

"Yeah..." I answered.

Master must have told everyone about me. I don't mind, I wanted more friends anyways.

"Well, I'll take care of Natsu if he annoys you too much." Gray glared at Natsu with his arms crossed.

"What? I didn't do anything!" Natsu complained.

"Thanks, but I'll be fine." I reassured

I cleared my throat and took a deep breath.

"In return...will you...be my friend?" I asked super shyly.

I didn't know how to ask for friends! I'm sure he would say yes of I be nice...maybe...

"Sure!" Gray answered without hesitation as he smiled.

I felt all giddy inside, I have a new friend! I didn't know that making friends would be this easy!

Gray sat in front of me as Lucy scooted over. Rose Flew into my lap and started to curl up to take a nap. I swear, That cat can sleep anywhere!

"So Satoshi," Gray got my attention, "I heard that you have maker magic like I do. Would you care to demonstrate?

This is my chance! I can show off my actual skills!

"Sure!" I happily replied, "What would you like me to make?"

"Anything is fine"

I smiled and collected myself. Even though I was bursting with excitement, I had to concentrate on my task. I put out my opened left hand and placed my right hand on top of it in a fisted position. I felt my magic rushing onto my hands as I thought of the Fairy Tail emblem.

A moment later, I felt a small object growing in my closed fist. I opened my hand and reviled a dirtied object...yes a dirtied object. Not the perfect Fairy Tail emblem that I imagined, it looked more like a five year old tried to make a dirt castle and their big brother stepped on it (True story). Natsu laughed at the look on my face and the outcome of my creation. I tried so hard not to slap him. Gray laughed a little and Lucy tried to get Natsu to stop laughing at me. Rose, as always, was sleeping soundly in my lap.

"Here, let me help." Gray insisted

Gray stood up from his seat and walked over to my side. I turned to the opening of the booth as Gray kneeled down to my level.

"Relax the hand that your making your creation with. Make sure that your fist is resting in the middle of your open palm." Gray instructed as he adjusted my hands.

For an ice mage, his hands weren't cold, they were warm and soft. His instructions were very helpful and he reminded me of my Father.

Even though a lot of people were in Fairy Tail, I had an odd feeling that I was being watched by someone. I can sense someone hiding behind a pole, but I don't see them. The air smelled wet and a bit misty. Water? Even cups of water don't have this strong of a scent. It smells like a body of water is around here somewhere, but I don't see a lake or a pond. I didn't smell the water when Gray was fighting with Natsu, but when Gray started to help me, the water-like scent appeared...

After Gray finished instructing me, I followed the steps and tried again. After some concentration, a perfect little Fairy Tail emblem appeared in my hand. The emblem was made of hardened dirt and little pink, blue, and yellow flowers sprouted from it. My creation was really pretty and I was proud of myself.

"It's so pretty Satoshi!" Lucy said with a surprised look on her face.

"Thanks for helping me Gray!" I thanked as I smiled with joy.

Rose woke up and looked at me, I knew what she wanted. She would never forget going to a place to have fun.

"Satoshi..." She said giving me an evil glare as she stood up and curled her tail.

"You have an exceed too?!" Gray asked surprised

"Yeah," I answered, picking up rose to put her on the table, "I'm a Dragon Slayer, an Earth Dragon Slayer."

"Satoshi!!!" Rose complained. Rose obviously wasn't going to give up.

She sat criss-cross on the table and has a pouted face. As much as I love Rose, I can't stand her being impatient.

"I have to get my Katana from Lucy's house, Then we might be able to go back to the Meadow." I reassured.

"Actually Satoshi," Erza said as she walked up to the table, "I have a job here that I think you should take."

Erza handed me the flyer. I read aloud the information on the flyer: 'Help wanted: Missing kids, lost in Whispering Forest. Location: Nanohana'.

"They sure know how to get straight to the point." Gray said with his arms crossed.

"This sounds like fun!" Natsu said with fire in his eyes.

"Wait! Let me see that!" Lucy said as she took a look at the flyer, "In the fine print it says 'Mages with a strong will are needed, complete this task and a high reward will be given.' Natsu! We are taking this job!!"

"This job shouldn't be too hard, mind if I tag along?" Erza said.

"I'll come too, I've heard rumors about the Whispering Forest..." Gray said as his voice trailed off.

Lucy was oviously excited for the prize, I was excited for my first job! Everyone (except Rose) looked at each other in satisfaction as we walked out the door.

First, we stopped by Lucy's house to pick up my Katana, then we headed for the train station. The busy station never changed from the time I arrived here, busy people were trying to catch their train and little kids got scared of the loud whoo! of the train whistle. Personally, I liked trains, just not riding in them.

In the train car, Gray and Erza sat in the seat beside me, Lucy and Happy sat in the seat behind them while Nastu sat in the seat behind me.

I wonder why Lucy didn't sit next to him? or Happy?

All was well when the train was still, But as we started to pull off, my stomach started to churn. I held myself close while Rose fell fast asleep beside me.

"Looks like Natsu isn't the only one who gets motion sickness." Gray said.

I looked over my seat and saw Natsu sprawled out across the seat with his face in agony. He was turning blue and I was concerned for his health and safety. I should think twice before complaining about my motion sickness because we haven't even left the station yet and he looks like he's got the stomach flu mixed with diarrhea. Now I see why Lucy and Happy sat away from him...poor Natsu...

(Hanako: Your girl Hanako here! It's been a little while since we've talked. Kaito has been too lazy to do this with me...)
