Something was missing. No, someone was missing, and practically everyone in Fiore knew it. How could they not? 

Ever since the Alakitasia Attack, many of Fiore's citizens have been missing parts of their memories - and it wasn't something that healers could fix. Although the citizens felt this, the ones who lost the most of their memories were the guild members - namely Fairy Tail, Sabertooth, and Lamia Scale, although Blue Pegasus, Mermaid Heel, and Quatro Cerberus were affected wore strongly as well.

If the fact that they couldn't remember wasn't already horrible enough, Fairy Tail also had to suffer the pain of their master, Makarov Dreyar, disappearing.

After the Tartaros incident, the destruction of the guild hall, and the Alakitasia Attack, Master Makarov demanded the disbandment of the guild, then vanished without a trace.

Although the members of Fairy Tail were devastated, they still wanted to revive the guild. But no matter how many times they tried, they always felt that something was missing and eventually gave up. They still stayed in Magnolia though, helping to rebuild the buildings. They never rebuilt the guild hall though. It was too sacred.

One more month. One more month until the time of departure. Just one week ago, it was announced across Fiore that, instead of having the royal family of Fiore taking over all of Ishgar, all of the other countries would be divided into 5 kingdoms and given to 5 people to rule over. 

The countries Seven. Stella, and Joya made the Heart Kingdom.

The countries Bosco, Iceberg, and Bellum formed the Scar Kingdom.

The Pergrande Kingdom was renamed the Miracle Kingdom.

The countries Desierto, Sin, and Enca made the Lock Kingdom.

The countries Midi, Minstrel, and Ca-Elum fashioned the Garden Kingdom.

Although it sounded preposterous, since each of the newly founded kingdoms were many times larger than Fiore, no one in Fiore doubted that the kingdoms would be peaceful; only the people in the other countries that were taken over questioned it, since they didn't know of the capabilities of the chosen rulers-not to mention that they didn't hear that the new rulers would be receiving the help of Fiore's top six guilds: Fairy Tail, Sabertooth, Lamia Scale, Mermaid Heel, Blue Pegasus, and Quarto Cerberus.

Queen of the Heart Kingdom: Lucy Heartfilia; Queen of the Scar Kingdom: Erza Scarlet; Queen of the Miracle Kingdom: Mirajane Strauss; Queen of the Lock Kingdom: Juvia Lockser; Queen of the Garden Kingdom: Lecy McGarden. 

Accompanied by their fellow guild mates and members from other guilds, they prepare to set off on a journey in a month's time. They spend as much time with their friends as they can, awaiting the day when they will by torn apart by vast lands, plains, hills, and seas; until the day they will have to leave for their kingdoms and separate. Compared to the long, grueling days they would have to remain separated, a month seemed like too short of a time to be together.

For every member of the six guilds who were serving the new queens in their new kingdoms, their schedules for the entire six months was planned out and jam packed to the very second. Not a minute of their time was to be wasted, and there was no moment of their time that would be spent alone. They had all even planned sleepovers every night of the month so that if they couldn't fall asleep at night, they would be able to talk a bit more with their friends. After all, not an opportunity could be wasted.

The first three weeks they would spend at their guilds, taking in all the details of their guild halls and their homes before leaving and not coming back for a very, very long time-maybe not even at all. The last week of the month, they would all travel to Crocus (also known as the Flower Blooming Capital) and stay in Mercurius (formally known as the Flower Light Palace).

Although they had planned to go to Crocus on the third last day, meet up there, and take a train to their destinations, Toma E. Fiore (Fiore's king) insisted that they come at the start of the third week, only saying that he wanted them to meet some people.
