Chapter 8
POV: Nobody (Focusing on Natsu)
"What an awesome meal that was!" Natsu said as he leaned up against a railing that overlooked the city. "I don't get why they had to throw us out." He commented, even though they had eaten all the food that was in the restaurant.
"Hey, Natsu!" Happy said as he stood pointing out at the water. "Don't you think that's the boat with that big party on it?" Natsu immediately looked like he was going to puke up all the food that he had eaten that day.
"Oh, I wish I could've gone to that party!" Some girls started talking really loud on the opposite side of the railing.
"Party? What party?" Another girl asked.
"Salamander's party!" The first girl said as she continued to fangirl over him.
"He's a super famous wizard, who's a member of Fairy Tail!" The third girl said and Natsu's head snapped in the direction of the conversation before they all walked off.
"Fairy Tail?" He questioned before looking back out at the water.

POV: Lucy
"So what was your name again?" Salamander asked as he opened a door and we walked into a room with a table and two chairs. There were already drinks waiting for us. I took a couple of seconds to question whether or not I wanted to use my real name.
"It's Lucy." I told him as we both sat down. What did I have to lose?
"Well Lucy, you must be thirsty." He said and raised his hand and the liquid in the glasses lifted up into small droplets. "Here, open your mouth and have a drink."
'Well if that's not the creepiest thing I've ever heard.'
But in order to get to an Elven Guild, I had to play nice. So I opened my mouth as the droplets got closer to my mouth.
I was focusing on the droplets of the dink he was sending my way, but something shiny took my attention of the droplets for just a second. It was his other ring, and I could finally see the other symbol.
"What the hell do you think you're doing?" I asked him as I stood up and the droplets fell to the floor.
"Huh?" Salamander questioned.
"That symbol on your ring is a sleeping spell." I made clear.
I would have been stupid not to read everything that every library, I've been too so far, had to offer. I've learned about so many magics, including this Salamander's purple fire magic. He was one of pretty small few who got to pick the different styles of magic. There are some magics in the game that once they level up and progress to a certain point the user gets to make a decision about what their magic can turn into. It is of course irreversible.
"Clever girl." Salamander chuckled and his demeanor turned dark.
"Look I really want to find an Elven Guild, but I'm not about to sleep with you to make that happen." I told him and he laughed a little harder.
"But still ignorant." Salamander said and the door opened with men carrying sleeping girls from the entire boat, in their arms. I gasped as I realized what was happening. "You'd be wise to behave yourself until we get to Bosco."
"Bosco?" I questioned. If there was a bad part of town, Bosco was definitely that place. From what I had heard there were all kinds of bad stuff going on there, black market, dark web kind of stuff. And it placed number one on my 'Stay the hell away from' list in the game.
"Once we get there, you'll be sold to the highest bidder." He told me. "And let me just say, you will make one hell of a pretty penny."
"You're going to sell your own kind?" I said in disbelief, and he laughed.
"My kind?" He laughed. "You mean human?" He asked, and I could feel all the blood draining from my face. "That's right, I'm human. I was just born this way dearest. Just lucky I read up on just how valuable you are, I thought I was going to have to hunt someone like you down for the entire game before I got my hands on you."
'Oh no.'
"So, you're just going to kidnap all these girls?" I asked as I looked around me, I couldn't let him do that. I reached behind my back and grabbed my ring of keys, but before I could do anything else, a stream of purple flames snapped at my wrist and I dropped my keys. I held my wrist as it had burned a little, and had taken a small bit of health from me.
"Well now." Salamander said as he examined my keys. "These are Gate Keys. Which means your a Celestial Spirit Mage. Even better." He smiled as he tossed my keys out the window and into the water. I stood there in silence and horror at what just happened.
"What the hell kind of use am I going to be without any keys?" I screamed at him, trying to figure out the process that was going through his brain right now.
"With or without keys, is beside the point." He told me. "What's so special about you is your magical energy, not your magic itself. However, you being a Celestial Mage makes you even stronger. But still, you're the only one that can use them since you're contracted to them, which means they're absolutely useless to me or even anybody else, while you're still alive."
"You bastard!" I yelled as I was trying not to cry. I'm tired of crying. But before I could, the roof collapsed as somebody smashed through it. "Natsu?" Due to the force of him coming through the roof, the boat rocked a little bit, and he suddenly collapsed to the floor and looked like he was going to be sick.
'You gotta be kidding me right now, motion sickness?'
I thought.
"Hey there Lucy!" I heard above me, I looked up to see that it was Happy.
"Happy? What are you guys doing here?" I asked him. Not at all mad to be seeing them again right now.
"I can explain that later, but just hold on!" He told me and suddenly I was yanked out of the boat and into the air.
"After her! We can't lose her!" Salamander ordered as he shot a couple of streams of his purple fire at us.
"Wait what about Natsu? And all those girls?" I questioned. "That prick is going to sell them away in Bosco!"
"Well, I can only carry one person at a time!" Happy told me. "And besides, we have something more important to worry about."
"And what's that?" I asked him, and suddenly we started dropping.
"I'm out of magic energy!" Happy called out as we both fell towards the water. After breaking the surface of the water I opened my eyes to see something glittering in the distance.
'My keys!'
