"Gajeel my boy!" Jose said excitedly when we enter, what I could only imagine was the control room of the Phantom Guild Hall. "You've brought me a gift I see."

"I picked you out a little something while I was out." Gajeel said before dropping me on the floor. I tried not to react and pretend like I was unconscious.

"Well, I hope she's learned her lesson by now, not to mess with Phantom Lord." Jose said, I could hear the doubt in his voice.

"Well why don't we check?" Gajeel asked and slammed his foot into my gut, and it sent me flying across the room into the wall. I fell to the floor again, this time holding my stomach and I coughed as I tried to get air back into my lungs.

"Alright you Fairy Tail twits." Jose said, and I guess he was talking into a microphone, as I could hear his voice echoing. "Listen closely, as I'm only going to say this once." I then felt a hand on the back of my head as it grabbed a fist full of my hair. I screamed out in pain as Gajeel lifted me into the air by my hair. "We finally have your precious Lucy Heartfilia. So now there is only one more thing to check off our to-do list today. And that's to delete you Fairy Tail scum from the game!"

"Don't you fucking touch them!" I screamed and tried to kick Gajeel, but he only slammed my face into the ground in return. Gajeel lifted my face off the ground, but didn't let go of my hair.

"Keep an eye on her." Jose said as he walked towards the exit. "I'll go deal with those Fairy Tail pests."

"Salamander?" Gajeel asked.

"Yes, and those nosy little friends of his." Jose said and the large doors shut behind him.

'Natsu! He's here in the Guild Hall?'

"Well then why don't we have some fun then?" Gajeel asked as he lifted me up off the floor and formed his arm into metal and punched me in the stomach.

"Gajeel, I don't think that's such a good idea." One of the other Phantom Lord members said.

"Well what else am I supposed to do?" Gajeel asked, and while he had his back turned to me, I very gently swiped down in the air just enough that it would open my menu I quickly went into my inventory and use a med-kit and some pain killers to up my health to the point that I almost had full health again.

'I need to keep my health up, but I also need to be careful how much of my med's I use.'

Before I closed my menu, I saw I had a message, might as well take a look while I have the chance.

'I'm coming.'

Was all it said. It was from Natsu. I quickly closed my menu just in time for when Gajeel turned around.

"I just want to play with my new toy." Gajeel said and I was able to push myself onto my hands and knees.

"Yeah, but if master finds out we're all going to be in trouble." One of them said. Gajeel then sent hist fist towards them and punched him in the face.

"Would you shut the hell up? It's not like I give a rats ass if she's an Elf or not, big whoop." Gajeel said.

'What?'

"Well neither do we, but Master will be upset if you hurt her too bad." Someone else said.

'What!'

I yelled in my head. How did these guys not care? They're part of Phantom Lord and Jose had more passion to hunt me down then this whole group of Phantom members combined.

"The only reason they want her back is the same reason Master wants her, it's all cause she's an Elf." Gajeel complained.

'I need to make noise.'

I started laughing.

"What's so funny?" Gajeel asked, and I stood up.

"You don't get it." I told him. "I actually feel sorry for you."

"What'd she just say?"

"To Gajeel?"

"All mighty powerful Gajeel Redfox of Phantom Lord huh?" I asked. "Or maybe I should say the famous bench warmer of our schools football team." He flinched, and I knew I had him. He sent his metal arm across the room and punched me in the stomach, pinning me against the wall.

"You got some nerve Blondie!" Gajeel told me and the wall behind me cracked. "But I've got to say, you do have guts." He pulled his arm back and I fell to the floor. "You better shut the hell up, before I make you."

"Then go ahead!" I yelled, and I lifted my head so I could look him in the eye. "You think I'm afraid to die?" I yelled even louder. "I've been dead inside for so long; I lost track of the years! You think this game is the first time I've tried to kill myself? So do whatever the hell you want!" Everyone in the room flinched, but not Gajeel. "Finish me!" I screamed at the top of my lungs. And Gajeel sent his fist at me again, but this time it was a sword. But I wouldn't flinch, I wouldn't give him the satisfaction.

There was a loud 'boom' sound and Gajeel stopped his fist, it was only a couple of centimeters from my face, I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding. We all looked up at the ceiling as dust fell, and we saw a small bow in the ceiling.

"AHHHHHHH!" A scream could be heard from as the next 'boom' was followed a part of the ceiling caved in, and Natsu was the cause.

"Natsu." I said under my breath, and I allowed myself to fall backwards against the wall. I was hurt really bad, and I didn't want to have to use my health kits unless I had to.

"Gajeel!" Natsu screamed as his flames surrounded him. "I'm not gonna let you lay another hand on her."

And that's when I realized something. Because we were teammates, we were able to see each other's stats like hunger, magic energy levels, and health. So, the entire time I've been punched, kicked, and thrown around, Natsu watched as I slowly got beaten to death.

"Stay down." Natsu said, and I looked up at him and he didn't break eye contact with Gajeel. "You need to rest."

"Yeah." I said as I held my stomach. "Not a problem." I told him. And with that they started fighting.

"Hey Lucy!" Happy said as he flew up to me. "Are you okay?"

"Happy." I breathed out. "I'm fine, for the time being." I looked back up at the fight and I watched as Natsu sent Gajeel flying across the room. "I've never seen him like this before."

"Aye, neither have I." Happy said applying some bandages that he had to a wound on my leg.

"Happy." I said and he turned his head towards me. "What is Gajeel's magic?" I asked him and his eyes went dull.

"Gajeel Redfox, username Black_Steel, is an Iron Dragon Slayer. He is currently associated with the Phantom Lord Guild and is the second most powerful wizard of the Guild, below Jose Porla." Happy searched. "However, Gajeel is the only Dragon Slayer currently on record to be able to achieve Dragon Force." I looked up and Gajeel looked to have transformed into, what I could only imagine was his Dragon Force.

"What's Dragon Force?" I asked, and it took Happy a second to search for the information.

"Dragon Force is an ability where a Dragon Slayer can take on some of the physical traits of a real dragon, such as scales." Happy told me. "It also enhances their abilities and makes their attacks more comparable to a dragon's power. In a way, it's like their Ultimate ability."

"Ow, ow, ow!" I heard and looked to see Natsu holding his fist while he rolled on the ground, after punching Gajeel in the face. "That didn't hurt at all!" Natsu cried out.

"How long does it last?" I asked Happy.

"I'm sorry but I cannot answer that." Happy said and his eyes went back to normal.

"Happy." I raise my voice.

"No Lucy, I actually can't." He said. "Much like regular magic energy it can be expanded and enhanced. So, there's no way of telling how long Gajeel can handle being in his Dragon Force state."

"So Natsu just has to try and ride it out." I said, really more to myself, as Gajeel and Natsu flew straight through the roof and started fighting outside. But when they came back down they were both breathing heavy. Gajeel laughed as he grabbed a piece of metal and started chewing on it. "He can eat metal?" I asked.

"When Dragon Slayers eat their element, it replenishes their magic energy and health." Happy said.

"And unless we get Natsu some flames, fast. This fight isn't going to last much longer." I said as I looked up at Natsu's stats below my own. His energy was less than half, and would run out after just a couple more attacks. After that, who knows what would happen.
