Natsu invited you to a picnic a few days ago and you were now under a large tree, watching some small birds fly by. Your heart was beating fast. Nervously you'd glance to your sides from time to time, wondering when he was going to show up. You haven't known him for too long but he didn't seem like the type of person to invite someone to a picnic like that. Why...? What is this..? Could it be a... No it couldn't be. You thought to yourself as questions accumulated in your mind.

"I don't understand this...I don't understand any of this..." You whisper to yourself as you release a sigh and glance downwards. Suddenly the scent of well seasoned food crawled its way to your nose, causing you to look up. That's when you see him holding a picnic basket and a blanket.

"Oi! (Y/N) I'm here! Sorry I took too long I was getting these!" He says as he lifts up his arm, revealing a couple of beautiful orchids. Your heart was now beating faster then before, the color red ran up your cheeks. F-Flowers..? You couldn't believe it, everything seemed like a.....date.

"Are you okay?" He asked you while giving you the flowers. You quickly shake your head, take the flowers and get up. Natsu smiles as he sets down the blanket and the picnic basket. Once everything was layer out he explained to you that the whole picnic was a way of him returning the favor you did for Happy and him not long ago. Now you understood everything. It wasn't a date, you should feel relieved after all the nervousness you were feeling earlier but instead you felt quite sad inside. Faking a smile you realized that you had caught feelings for Natsu Dragneel.

Gray Fullbuster

You and Gray were now in the town park, enjoying the beautiful day. Smiling to yourself you release a small giggle as you watch a dog do tons of backflips.

"What's so funny?" Gray asked you as he tilts his head. In response you point in the direction of the dog, leading Gray's sight to it.

"I think it might even be more talented than me." Gray says with a chuckle at the end of his sentence.

"Anything is more talented than you." You joked as you elbowed his arm and slightly laugh. He glares at you but soon gets up. You give him a confused look, not knowing what he was going to do. Gray then began to walk away leaving you by yourself. On the outside you act unfazed but on the inside you can't help but feel bad. You didn't think he'd take it that seriously and the least you wanted to do to him was hurt him.

Do I miss him..? You thought as you stared at the grass beneath your feet and the bench you were now sitting on alone.

"What's with the long face?" You hear Gray's voice question, causing you to raise your gaze. There he was holding two ice cream cones, one for you and one for him. You smile at him and he doesn't hesitate to return the smile with one of his own as he handed you the ice cream. He didn't leave you, instead he thought about you and bought you ice cream. You liked that he thought about you and now you knew that you definitely liked him.

Gajeel Redfox

Gajeel and you were know at the plains you two first met each other. You sat criss crossed as you made a crown of flowers. Gajeel on the other hand was just laying on the field while looking at the sky. When you finish the crown of flowers you are place it on his head.

"Wow, you look fabulous." You say in a kiss up way as you try to hold in your laughter.

"Wow, you look like a liar." He responds to your comment while taking it off and sitting up. He observes the crown than raises an eyebrow.

"Who you calling a liar?" You question as you throw a sharp glare at him.

"The only person here, are you dumb?" He asks you in a cocky way as he pokes your forehead.

"Grr..." You growl lowly with you're glare not fading away.

"Listen short stack, this isn't really my style. You should wear it." Gajeel speaks up once again as he looks at you. Leaning towards you he gently places it on your head. You never knew a guy so rough could be that gentle.

"There, it looks nice on you." He says which only causes you to blush. It was the nicest thing he's said to you so far and you loved it. You wished he'd say things like that more often because... You caught feelings for him.

Jellal Fernandez

You sat on the railing of the balcony of a hotel room, kicking your feet and watching the townspeople walk around with a smile on your face. Jellal and you paid for a room at a hotel to stay the night because you both felt a bit tired of your journey.

"The night shines bright, like the light in your eyes~" You sang a song while holding onto the railing not wanting to fall. Suddenly you hear the door open and you already had an idea of who it was.

"I brought lunch." You hear Jellal say after he closes the door. Smiling you turn your head to look at him.

"Yay!" You say excitedly as you kick your feet even more than before.

"Get off there and come eat, please." Jellal orders you and you obviously follow his directions. You were hungry so why not?

"Coming-... No! No! Ah!" You begin to say your sentence but it ends with a small yell as your fingers slip from the railing and so does your body. You thought that was the end of you. Normally you wouldn't feel sad or scared if you died because you knew it would happen sooner or later but for sone reason you still did.

"How many times must I tell you that you shouldn't do that, it's dangerous." You hear Jellal's voice say as a warm hand grabs your wrist. You're eyes widen as you look at him. He tightens his grip while pulling you up.

"I'm sorry..." You apologize in a low voice while looking down. Jellal helps you get back on the balcony and you immediately felt your knees feel weak and before you knew it they gave up on you. Sitting on the balcony you stare at the floor, slightly trembling because of what happen. Jellal crouches down and let's out a sigh as he places a hand on your shoulder.

"...Are you hurt?" He asks you in a worried tone. For once in your life you felt as if you actually meant something..

"No..." You manage to say high enough for him to here. His arms slowly wrap their ways around you as he pulls you into a hug. You were shocked by his actions.

"Good." Jellal says to you as he softly pets your head. A single tear rolls down your cheek. You know knew the reason you were scared... You weren't scared because it would've been the end of you. You were scared because it would've been the end of you and Jellal. You didn't want to lose him...

Laxus Dreyar

You were sitting over at the guild's bar area, being served a steamy hot cup of coffee by Mirajane.

"Extra sweet just like you like it." Mirajane says in a kind tone accompanied with one of her stunning smiles. You return her smile with one of your own as your fingers slowly wrap themselves around the cup.

"Thank you Mira." You respond before taking a sip of your coffee, slightly burning your tongue and quickly putting it down. "Hot...hot...hot."

"Are you okay?" Mira asks in a worried tone and you do your best to give her a reassuring smile.

"Mhm..." You say as you nod your head.

"So do you have any plans tonight?" She questions as she rests her elbows on the counter and her head in her hands.

"What kind of plans?" You ask her as you tilt your head, wondering if she meant like a party or something.

"Oh you know." She trails off but still that wasn't a clear answer. How could you know if you didn't?

"Nope, I don't." You plainly reply before taking another sip of your coffee.

"Dates?" She says which only causes you to choke on your coffee.

"Oh! No, no. I'm okay being single." You say as you shake your head ferociously.

"Really? Wouldn't you like to have someone there for you?" She asks in a sweet tone.

There for me..? You thought as you looked down at your coffee. Suddenly someone sat next to you and spoke up.

"Give me the usual." The figure says. Slowly glancing to your side you noticed who it was. It was...Laxus. Mira nods her head and walks away. Laxus look over at you, waving his hand at you. A smile few on your lips as you did the same, mimicking his hand.

Maybe...I do. What's the thought that confessed to you how you felt. This was it. You had feelings for Laxus Dreyar and could no longer hide it from yourself.

Sting Eucliffe

It's been an awesome experience being in guild. You were always excited when ever you picked a new job. Little by little you were becoming a workaholic just for the fun of it. Now staring at the request board you thought about which one to take next.

"Another one?" You hear Sting's voice say behind you.

"Huh?" You turn around to face him with a confused expression.

"I mean...you just got back from a job." He says as he places his hand on the board, next to you.

"Yeah, so?" You question.

"I think you should take it slow and have a fun day." Sting says in an honest tone as he leans towards you, now slightly pinning you to the request board.

"Jobs are fun." You reply bluntly.

"Not if you over do it, now come with me."Sting grabs your hand and begins to exit the guild with you.

"Where are we going??" You ask a bit surprised at his actions. Sting continues to walk with you, his warm hand holding yours and guiding you to an unknown destination.

"To have some fun." He says as he turns his gaze towards you just to give you a small smile. You just went along with it. Sting had the ability to persuade you into things you'd usually never agree to. First to show you what love was and now to have a 'fun' day. He was your weakness...he was now the first person you actually wanted close to you. Is this...love? You thought as you followed him. Now you knew you had caught feelings for Sting Eucliffe.

Rogue Cheney

"Hey (y/n)." You turn around to hear who says it and notice it was Yukino.

"Yeah?" You ask politely with a smile.

"I think this belongs to you." She giggles as hands you a beautiful silver and blue bracelet.

"No, this bracelet must belong to someone that dropped it or something." You say in an honest tone while trying to give it back to the white haired celestial mage.

"Nope, it's definitely yours." She replies to you comment as she inspects it.

"What do you mean?" You asked still confused but no answer was given to your question. A simple smile was all you got from Yukino as she places the bracelet back in your hands. "Here."

"Fro knows who it's from!" You hear a familiar lovable voice say near you. Glancing to your side you notice the voice belonged to the adorable Frosch.

"Huh? Who is it from Frosch?" You ask him. Crouching down to meet eye to eye with the exceed you wait for a response.

"Fro saw Rogue buy it!" He cheered as he waved his small paws in the air.

"Rogue, huh?" You say to yourself while staring at the bracelet in hour hands. A smile was brought to your lips due to the thought that Rogue got you a lovely gift.

He really is sweet. You thought to yourself as you felt your heart fasten its pace. This feeling was strange but you knew what it was. You had caught feelings for Rogue Cheney.

Leo the lion (Loke)

Sitting on the guild's roof you kicked your feet as you felt the cool breeze caress your skin. You were now staring at the sky, watching it change from blue to wonderful pink and orange shades.

"Do you like it?" You hear a male's voice say to you, causing you to look behind you. There you saw a smiling Loke.

"Huh?" You tilt your head in response.

"The sky, I wish It'd stay like that forever." He states in a kind tone before taking a seat next to you.

"Yeah, it's amazing." You turn your gaze back to the colorful sky.

"This is always my favorite time of day." He confesses to you. Smiling to yourself you decide you ask why, curiously. "Why's that?"

"Because it shows me anything can change. It's hope to me." He answers your question without making any eye contact with you. His eyes were set on the sky and wouldn't shift.

"Why is it hope? Do you want to change?" You question as you continued to stare at him, taking in his features. The glow of the sun setting was now shining on his orange hair, making it more vibrant then before. It was truly amazing.

"Might sound stupid but yeah. To settle down with the right girl and have a normal life is all I want." You were shocked to what you had just heard. You couldn't believe that was what the well known playboy truly wanted in life.

"Then why don't you just do that?" You continued to ask questions, interrogating the poor guy.

"Because the girl I think is Mrs. Right might be Mrs. Wrong. She might simply reject me and to be honest I wouldn't care about rejection from other girls but from her..." He explains.

"I get it, you're scared." You say with a small giggle in the end of your comment.

"What's so funny?" He questions as he turns his gaze to finally make eye contact with you.

"I never thought I'd see such a human side from you." You smiled as you pushed his shoulder in a playful way.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever." He says while rolling his eyes then playfully pushes you back. You both exchanged laughs and talked for awhile more up there. That side of him you had discovered was a side you wanted to see more and more. That's when you knew you had caught feelings for Loke.

Midnight

Tip toeing behind a few trees, you stalked your prey. You were trying to be as quiet as could be while climbing one of the oak trees that were near you. Hanging onto a branch you quietly observed your prey as you sneaked even closer to it.

"Got you!" You yell before swinging off the branch and towards your target but before you could even touch it's body it had decided to dodge your attack. Now face planting into the grass you groaned in pain.

"You really need to learn the basics on attacking." Midnight says as he stands in front of you.

"Owe, if you knew I was there why did you dodge?" You ask while sitting up.

"I didn't want to get tackled by you, I'd never hear the end of it." He bluntly says as he crosses his arms over chest.

"So you preferred that I face plant on the hard forest ground??" You question in an annoyed tone. Wiping sons dirt off your face you dust yourself off.

"Yes." He replies honestly.

"You're honesty annoys me." You respond with a bit of honesty yourself. Rolling your eyes you sit criss crossed on the grass, staring at him.

"Is it wrong to tell the truth?" He asks.

"No but sometimes being to blunt can hurt others." You answer.

"As you just said 'others' not me. I believe I should put myself before others." The honest man replied to your comment. Combing some of his hair back as he returns your eye contact.

"That's so arrogant." You say to him before looking down. Plucking some grass from the ground in frustration you try to calm yourself down.

"No, that's the right thing to do. If I were hurt others wouldn't care, so why should I care about them?" Midnight confesses in an unfazed tone. Your eyes widen at his statement. This whole time you thought he was simply blunt and didn't care about anyone else but deep down inside...he was truly protecting himself because no one else would.

"I'd care..." You confess as you release the grass in your hands. Hurting inside you wondered how he could live like that. Without anyone there for him...

"You're a strange woman." He says before turning around and taking a few steps away. Getting up from the ground you rush towards him and tightly hug him from behind.

"What are you doing??" He questions as he stiffens up, obviously not used to this type of touch. Resting your head on his back you feel his breathing, his heart beat, his warmth. That's when you realize you were strange because you had fallen for the man no one else would.

Zeref Dragneel

Making a couple of sandwiches you took a seat on a boulder. Taking out two bottles of water from your book bag you set them down next to you. Now that you had finished making lunch you got up and took the meals with you. Walking to a the open plains you spot the dark and dense air that surrounds the man you worked with.

Walking towards the dark area you cautiously try to the get the closest you can. Once you were close enough you set down the wrapped sandwich and bottle of water on a stump.

"Zeref lunch is here!" You yelled before walking away. Eating from a safe distance you watched as he walked towards the stump and grabbed his food. He looked up and smiled at you while waving his hand. You had a smile on you lips now because of him. When you finished your sandwich and most of your water you stood up.

You were happy that you were useful but at the same time feeling down. He was suffering. He would never parish and lately he's not been able to control his freak outs and because of that he has been watching life die before him. You didn't know how to help him control those horrible situations. All you could do was keep your distance...but for how long?

"I'm going to a nearby town to get a few things! Do you want anything!?" You yelled to Zeref, wondering if there was something he needed.

"No!" He yelled back an answer.

"Okay!"

"Be careful!"

"Will do!" You both continued to yell. The two of you looked like little kids and for some reason it was funny because you both ended up laughing.

Walking off to the town with a smile clearly painted on your lips you hope deep down inside that the rumors you've heard about a witch doctor were true. You believed that maybe that person would be the key of you and Zeref to make contact.Finally finding the shady store of the person you were looking for, you enter with hope sparkling in your eyes.

"Hello?" You say as you take a step inside. It was dead quiet. The feel of the place left you uneasy and after a few minutes a cloaked figure walked towards you.

"Are you searching for something my dear child?" You hear an elder woman's voice say from the shadows.

"Yes, I'm here for the witch doctor." You answer her question.

"You've found her, what is it that you so desire?" She cuts to the chase.

"Immortality..." You answer honestly as you take a step forward.

"No. That is something I must forbid myself from giving to a young woman like you. Messing with the order of nature isn't a pleasure." She rejects.

"Please...I'm begging you. If you don't help me then I can never fulfill my promise." You begged her.

"What kind of promise have you made child?" She questions in a worried tone.

"I promised Zeref I wouldn't leave his side but in my state I can't even be by his side." You confess.

"The dark wizard Zeref...if he wanted you to be immortal then he could do it himself child. Why do you want my assistance?"

"Because I know he won't do it...he thinks it's a curse."

"He speaks the truth, a curse it is."

"No, not if I'm with him."

"Ignorance consumes you...but I will give you what you wish for." She finally accepts after our small back and forth.

"Thank you." You thank her while smiling.

"Thank me not for I am doing something I do not want to do." She says in a un pleased tone.

"Drink this with the crescent moon rises tonight but do you understand what you'd be giving up?" The witch doctor instructs.

"Yes, I do." You reply as she hands you a dark blue box.

"No, I believe you don't. You'll be living without life in you."

"It's something I'm willing to do. Thank you." You hand her a bag of jewels but she returns it immediately, not wanting your payment.

"No need, guilt would empower my mind if I take this." She says before turning around and walking away.

You exit the shady store with the box in your hands. Walking down the streets and to the forrest, you thought about what the witch doctor said. Were you really willing to give up everything just to be there for Zeref? And the answer was...yes. That's when you realized you didn't just wan to be his friend or companion, you wanted more because you had fallen for Zeref Dragneel.

Hey guys! Craz4pandas here with a new chapter! I hope you all enjoyed it. I made it pretty long so you could read more. I had fun making this chapter and enjoyed thinking about different ways to make the plot fit with every character so I hope you guys like it. Until then my precious pandas!
