Cana's POV

After a long and weird school day, it felt like nothing would beat going out to drink and get drunk as usual. I wrote a short text to ask the other girls to join me, but the answers I got were disappointing.

Cana: Any1 coming? I'm goin to the bar and I need a partner!

Lucy: I'm at Natsu's place rn,

Lucy had the worst timing. She had never had a love life before, but the day that I want to go out,  She gets one.
I moved in to ask the next few people and got simliar responses. Kinana was out on a stroll with Erik, Erza rekindled her love with Jellal and Levy didn't even respond.

Now I was in a bad mood. Everyone was busy doing lovey doves shit while I was single as hell.

I could date somebody at school, but none of the guys are mature enough, and their drinking capability is still low.

I went to a grocery store and bought a small bear with my fake ID instead and sat down on a bench while taking small sips.

The thought of me being the outsider and left out of the group made my eyes tear up. Why was i always the one that was left out, why am i the lone wolf in the group, aren't we friends?

I felt like they weren't even my friends sometimes. They all hung out with each other, but when it came to me they never had time.

Suddenly, a black haired guy in the distance started approaching me while walking on the thin path. I quickly wiped of my tears to be able to maintain my persona. Nobody could see me like  this.

As he walked closer, i noticed that he was holding the exact same beer that i was drinking, and he saw that too.

He took a small sip before we created eye contact and he came towards the bench.

"You need a drinking partner? He asked and sat down beside me. "Yeah, but you dont seem like you'd be able to handle me, buddy" , i chuckled.

He looked at me and laughed for a solid second, before chugging his beer in one sitting and then proceeding to do the same with mine by snatching it out of my hand.

"You sure?" He then said and got up. "H-Hey! You owe me a drink!" I stuttered, "Where do ya' think you're going!?"

"To the convenience store. Ya' coming with?"

"Hell yeah! I'll show you, you wont be able to think straight when I'm done with you!

"We'll see about that, woman"

After hours of drinking, mumbling and laughing, i realized that the guy had outdrinked me, which was a first.

"Not so tough now are we, sweet cheeks?" He giggled, while swaying a beer in my face.

"Just you wait..!" I mumbled.  He looked at me and smiled. "We need to get ya' home now"

I gave him my address with the title energy i had left, as we started our journey to my place. I sat on his back as if i weighed nothing to him. He didn't seem bothered to any extent and just keeled making his way.

When we reached my destination, he subtly knocked on the door while putting me down onto the ground.

The door smashed open, and to my surprise was my dad home and silently inspecting the both of us.

"Cana! Who is this!?" He shouted and pointed at the fellow behind me.

"I'm Cana's boyfriend, Bacchus" , he silently responded while smirking.
