Dahlia POV

        We were all walking together in the forest towards Carne Village. There was small talk along the way. Peter tried to keep a friendly chat to most likely keep it from being awkwardly quiet. With Ainz and Narbel we're deathly quiet with a serious face. Well Narbel's face Ainz wore his helmet. Titania kept the chat going seemingly interested on what he said. He explained to her that they named themselves based on the sword of darkness that the black knight once had. It seems that they also had stories that sounded like fairy tales. But these are most likely true.

We eventually reached a part of the woods that was more dense in trees. Peter turned his head back a bit and said, "This area has become somewhat dangerous, so he on guard.". Lukalutt turned to Narbel's direction and began to flirt about how they wouldn't have to worry since he was here. Titania and I chuckled with wide smiles and turned to hide our laughs . Narbel looked about done with his flirting that Ainz had to call her . Quickly composing our selves I felt Nico walk up behind us and quietly said, "Don't worry laddies I checked the surroundings, nothing here poses a real threat.". Sighing at the thought of their not being anything to test my magical abilities on. Whispering under my breath so that only Titania and Nico could hear me I asked, "how close of the danger?". Titania leaning in a bit closer to us and said, "they sound a bit close.". Focusing on my hearing, I heard multiple foot steps some heavier than the others. The humans should be noticing them soon.

I noticed then that Lukalutt turned to focus on the tree line and said seriously, "So they're coming...where are they?". Not long after his statement a group of goblins and ogres came out charging towards us. Their clothing stereotypical to what one would think they would wear. The goblins back at the fountain wore better armor and clothing. But maybe this is the norm here. The culture may be different or the same as the one in the game. Raising my hand to release a 2nd tier spell to see if it worked. Once my arm was raised I said with a clear voice, "shock wave." A couple of goblins we blown back into the tree line. Nico was slicing through any that tried to get near us. Looking towards Ainz I noticed an ogre nearing him. Peter also must have noticed because he turned to yell at Ainz about the ogre, but he was shocked to see Ainz easily defeat it so easily. The giant sword Ainz used cut straight through it. Looking towards Narbel Ainz told her to finish them. Stepping forward she raised her arm and used lighting to quickly finish them off.

Time skip

     We all sat down for a bit to rest from the small fight that occurred. Both Lukalutt and Peter were gushing over how strong Ainz and Narbel we're. Titania and I sat on a log that Nico dragged over. I had sent him out to find out if one of the goblins had survived and to question them about how they're living. When Dine asked him where he was going Nico just replied saying that he was going to scout the area to make sure that they're all gone. Our attention was brought over by Enfrea saying, "I knew I was right to choose you to guard me.". Enfrea was patting the horses side. Turning to look at all of us he continues by saying, "I wanted to visit Carne Village to check up on a friend who harvests medical herbs, but I couldn't find anyone reliable enough." He goes on about how theirs a virtuous king of the forest that scares other monsters away. It had me wondering about who or what creature could scare the monsters . I looked to Ainz to see him also giving me what I could only guess is a knowing look. I gutted we both had the same idea.

      We all began to settle down when Nico came back from the forest. Titania and I walked up to welcome him back. Both of us gave him a welcome back. I gave him a small hug and whispered in his ear, "did you discover anything?". Pulling back he gave a quick nod of his head and said , "I'll tell you both about it when they all fall asleep." Agreeing we returned to the others before they got suspicious. Everyone did their part in setting up before going to bed. With the wood that the men brought Ninya casted a small fire spell to light it. Nico brought the log from earlier closer so that none of us had to sit. Dine took it upon himself to create a small soup with the food rations that were brought. I wasn't surprised though, his name does fit someone who would cook.

Titania and Nico both sat in either side of me. Titania picked my hand up and asked, "Dahlia why don't you travel with your familiar?". I was a bit shocked, I had forgotten about my familiar. In the game my familiar wasn't a strong one so when I was able to summon my familiar I stopped bringing them with me because I didn't want to risk them getting hurt or killed. Even though they're capable of escaping Luna is still just a bat. Remembering Titania's question I replied, "I use to leave her behind to stay safe and summon her at night to learn new spells or to change the ones I have with me now. But it's mostly just out of habit since she's more content staying at home then getting our.". Nico nodded in agreement and added, "Lady Lyla began to spoil Luna more after an accident occurred. Luna use to stay with Lyla during quest. Her familiar got hurt during an ambush ." Titania nodded with a silent oh. Nico gave a closed eye smile towards Titania and I and pinched one of my cheeks in a playful manner.

    Our small moment was ruined by Dine bringing us our meal. Everyone settled down and began to eat the soup. It wasn't as delicious as the food back in the castle but it was still good to eat. Ainz didn't eat to not take off his helmet. It not as if he could anyways he's an undead.  Dine asked him worriedly if he was alright since he wasn't eating his food. Shaking his head Ainz replied, "No I'm fine I don't have much of an appetite." Chuckling I said, "You're pure bones underneath that armor." Titania Nico and I all laughed understanding the joke while the swords of darkness looked confused, Enfrea looked a bit shocked, Narbel irritated and Ainz looked disappointed at the bone pun.   Waving off their looks I said , "It's and inside joke from when we all first met." They nodded in understanding.

      Lukalutt looked over at us for a while and asked, "Hey Tania, Lyla, Sol, I have a question. But what is you're relationship? You three seem very close, are you both Sol's lovers?" I was shocked at the sudden question! Both Titania and Nico were also shocked. Before I could reply Nico said, "No they're not my lovers." Sighing a sigh of relief I was about to add on to the statement until I heard him finish with, "Tania and I are her lovers." Titania sat up and nodded and continued by saying, "But not quite yet, we're still getting to know each other like Lyla said we should. It's better to get to know you're partner before hand." Stunned into silence I didn't know what to say. I never thought I'd be in this situation. Ainz decided that the hole situation was a bit funny because he had to hide his laughter with a small coughing fit. Deciding not to hurt their feelings I said , "we care for each other very much, I don't think I'd ever be able to live without them and vice versa." Lukalutt nodded saying something about that explaining our closeness under his breath. I honestly have grown very close to them but I've never been in a relationship before. Never was someone confident enough to put myself out there in a relationship. Being here has made me feel more confident. My thoughts were cut off by hearing Lukalutt then ask the same questing to Ainz (Momon) and Narbel. And it was my turn to laugh at him. The rest of the night considered on small talk and Peter explaining to them their goal. He had already told us this but we still listened to him explain it again. Titania, Nico, and I just had to wait for them all to fall asleep.

      When everyone finally went to sleep we all stood up quietly and moved to stand by the wagon. Nico was the first to speak and said, " they moved closer the the tree lines to get away from the king of the forest and to attack travelers for supplies. The ogres were mostly in charge of them. They mentioned that other goblins appeared by a village as well so that keeps them away from their." Nodding it reminded me of the goblin horn Ainz gave to the girl. It was most likely her who summoned them. "Must have been the human girl named Enri who summoned them with the horn. We shouldn't have anymore trouble." I said. Looking at both of them I said, "I really do care about you both. And I've never been cared about the same way you both have. I don't know how this will work out but. Thank you for being patient with me. Even though I would have liked it if you haven't said yes to that question." Nico's mood sobered up a bit along with Titania's. Nico then said, "I'm sorry of what I said made you upset your majesty. Humans just don't understand affection the way the fae like us do." Titania nodded and added, "I'm sorry as well. Both Nico and I have been trying to get to know each other as well.". I was happy that they apologized. Smiling I said, "It's alright, I forgive you. And you both have been getting to know each other as well?". Titania nodded and said, "Yes. We both love you very much. So why fight if we could all be together. Don't worry we'll wait until your ready to be with us darling." Nico nodded as well a bit over whelmed I just nodded. Well then. I never thought I'd be a unicorn. Looking back to the others I said, "we should rest a bit to be fine by tomorrow." I'd rather sleep on this information then deal with it right now in the open. Both agreed and we laid back down on our mats. Once settles I whispered to them goodnight to which they replied. Closing my eyes I let sleep take over me.

     We had already packed up and continued the journey. While walking I decided to hold both of their hands while we walked in the back. I didn't know what to do after having been confessed to just last night. We were walking in a nice silence yet it seemed to be a bit uncomfortable to me, both Titania and Nico seemed fine. Sighing I asked, "Have you both ever heard of dating?" Both looked at me a bit confused. Realizing that they might not know what I meant, I corrected my self and said, "oh I mean courting." Both nodded . Continuing I said, "I'd like it if we could court each other first before being together." Titania smiled brightly and brought me into a hug which Nico then brought us both into one I smiled and laughed a bit. The moment ruined a bit at Nico muttering two fairies and having a small nose bleed. I blushed, I had forgotten that small characteristic about him. Titania just laughed and flicked his head calling him a perv. We all began to laugh at this. 

    "It shouldn't be far to Carne..."
Enfrea s voice brought our attention back to the others . We fell behind a bit but we caught up quickly. Looking. Forward we saw a large wall made of logs circling the village. Turning to the side I heard a rustling in the grass. Looking closely I see a goblin hiding in the tall grass. Enfrea also noticed them and realized how close they were to Enri worried he called out to her from where we stood. Putting my hand on his shoulder I said, "they're not attacking her". Enri who had heard us smiled and walked over. Standing in front of Enfrea she said, "Hello Enfrea!you made it safely! Come on in I'll explain everything to you." A bit shocked Enfrea nodded with a small blush causing him to close his eyes. Enri guides us all towards the entrance where we followed her in to the village. I wonder how they're doing now.
