Dahlia POV

      We arrived at the outskirts of Carne Village. Once there I realize how much my senses have gotten better. The first thing I noticed was that there was smoke in the distance. I could also hear people crying. But right in front of us we're two soldiers chasing  two girls. The younger one was being held by the older one as they ran towards us with there heads down. The girl didn't seem to realize we were in front of her. She seemed to preoccupied with holding the other one. But the two soldiers noticed us right away. I studied the girl closer and realized that she was human. Looking over at Ainz I realized he crushed one of the human's heart. I felt disgusted and said, "Ainz right next to my dress! Well at least he isn't bleeding out to much." . I was a bit shocked that disgust was my initial feeling instead of fright. He used a 9th tier spell. Sighing I think he just wanted to see how strong they are. Pity. Tapping his head with my staff I said, "you wasted a good spell on a weak being." Walking past him I stood in front of the girls and realized that the older one was injured. Both looked at us with an emotion I couldn't quite put my finger on. Ainz began to talk down on the remaining soldier before killing him with Dragon Lightning. He then created a Death Knight from the first soldier who's heart he crushed. I was a bit shocked when the spell took over the dead humans body. In the game the Death Knight would just appear. The transformation caused the girl to gasp. The Death Knight took off after being ordered to kill all of the knights attacking the village. Albedo along with Nico and Titania came through the portal. Nico stepped through in an armor that looked similar to Albedo's in color and design yet his helmet had a bird skull shape to it. In the other hand Titania came through on a giant deer that I recognized as mine. I couldn't help but feel a bit irked since it took me so long to tame and capture him since he was a magical creature in the game. Guess he likes fairy queens since I couldn't mount him until I reached the level. Ignoring the thought I walked up to them both.

"You're both late. I see you're enjoying the free ride on Cain." I said petting the side of the massive deers head and looking at them. Nico chuckled through his helmet and gave a passive wave of his hand to dismiss my comment. Leaning in one leg he said, "if I'm going to see the outside with you I might as well come prepared. I haven't seen a human since you've rescued me from them. Now then, where are the enemies?". Both of there attention was drawn to Ainz when he commented that the the two human girls weren't the enemies but the ones dressed as soldiers. Ainz pointed out the older ones injury and offered her a healing potion. "Blood?" Was the first thing the girl said and I couldn't help but laughed a little behind the hand that wasn't holding my staff. Nico and Titania also laughed a bit as well since we knew that it wasn't blood. The younger sister held the older ones hand to prevent her from accepting it. Albedo suddenly raised her ax saying, "you lower life forms!". Both girls already scared froze in place while Ainz calmed her down. Apologizing she lowered it and Ainz offered the spell again. This time she took out and drank it. Her wound healing within seconds after being covered in a green glow. Stepping next to the human girls I asked , "is there no pain?there shouldn't be any.". The girl nodded saying that she felt no pain.

Ainz then asked her, "Do you know what magic is?". Turning to him she said, "y-yes, a pharmacist who's a friend of mine sometimes comes and uses magic.". Interested in what she said I leaned towards her and asked, "Is he a human just like you?". Shyly she nodded saying yes. I didn't get the chance to say anything go else since Ainz said, "If you stay here you should be safe." Reaching into his cloak he pulled out the goblin horn he bought off of me a while ago. Handing it to the girl he explained to her how it worked. After thanking him, Ainz turns to walk away before she suddenly asks, "Umm, May I ask for your name." . Turning to look back he says, "Ainz Ooal Gown.". And then walked away with Albedo following. We were going to split up he wanted to test his strength for now. I'd catch up to him later since I wanted to talk and understand the locals. Looking down at the human girls I wondered what was going through there heads. Th younger one spoke up first by asking, "excuse me miss, why do you both have wings? Who is he?" The older one looks a bit startled before trying to tell her that her questions were rude. I was a bit surprised since both Titania and I had our wings hidden by using glamour. Kneeling down a bit in front of them I asked,

"Do you not know what her and I are?". Both slowly shook their heads. Chuckling a bit I stood up and said, "were the queens of the fairies. She is Titania and I'm Dahlia. The man in the armor is Nico. Now what do you know of magical beings." I could hear Titania in the back sighing dreamily at the fact that I included her as a queen, while Nico Was telling me not to kneel in front of "bugs". Chuckling I turned to the smaller girl and asked, "what do our 'wings' look like little one?" The little girl got out of her sisters arms and said, "well they look a little fuzzy but I can still see the shape. They look like glads butterfly wings.". I laughed a bit while Titania got off of cypress and said, "there are certain human children that possess the ability to see a bit pass glamours, but it's usually glimpses. She must have a good 6th sense.". I smiled the thought of taking the child crossed my mind. But I quickly got rid of the idea, I remembered that this girl had a family already. I also want their trust. If I remembered correctly humans were already naturally attracted towards magical creatures such as fairies.

Giving a close eyed smile I handed the young girl a small green amulet on string. Putting her hands out she grabbed it and brought it closer to inspect her reflection in it. "If you ever in need of help stroke the amulet and call my name." I said while standing up. Looking up at me with a sparkle in her eye she nodded. Looking over at her sister I asked, "what are your names?". The oldest looked up at me ask said, "My name is Enri Emmot, and this is my sister Nemu. And aren't fairies just a myth?". I thought about what she said, so they believe fairies to be fake in a world of magic. Interesting. Nodding towards them in acknowledgment I turn towards the sound of screaming. I knew the girls couldn't hear it. Turning towards Titania and Nico I said, "let's go, it seems like Ainz has started to have fun." Both nodded before following me.

     Once we arrived I saw the tall frame that belonged to Ainz standing in front of another man in different armor, a slight sun tan skin and dark hair and eyes. I felt my eyes darken a bit. He'd be an interesting addition to have, he's powerful for a human. Looking over to Titania we shared a look, leaning in to whisper to her I said, "let's see how things go, let's not make enemies.". Stepping forward with Nico to my right and Titania on my left I said, "well it seems like you have everything under control. Here Ainz." Everyone looked over and I could see their eyes widen a bit. I had a small smirk that looked like a smile to them. Being a fairy had its perks. Just like elves they had a natural beauty to them that attracts humans. Summoning a group of small fairies to me, a group of 15 appeared with fairy dust ooof around them. The small fairies shocked the people. Ignoring them I said, "hello, go around and heal those who have been wounded. Gather the dead I'll see to them later.". Nodding they went to work. Looking to Titania and Nico I said, "stay here I need to speak to Ainz." Then walked towards Ainz and the man. Noticing the mask I asume he wore it to not scare the people.

     "Are you going to introduce me to your new friend?" I asked Ainz while looking at the man he blinked himself out of his small stupor before his face turned serious again. Bowing a bit he said, "I am captain of the royal select of the kingdom of Re-Estize, Gazef Stronoff... who are you my lady?". "I am Dahlia the fairy queen. My companions over there are Titania, another fairy queen and Nico my personal guard one might say. Now what is going on here."
