3rd POV

Dahlia Titania and Nico has just came back from a meeting. They agreed Enfrea would stay a bit longer with Dahlia since he was still a bit traumatized from the experience. They had convinced Enfrea's grandmother that he needed time alone to heal from the experience but would soon return. Since they had gained Lizzie's trust she believed then and agreed as long as Enfrea sent letters. They have pixies delivering letters between both of them.

Aside from that Ainz had gained a fascination on the lizard folk, he heard about them and wanted them to be apart of the tomb. Like Ainz, Dahlia was curious about another species, the dark elves. She heard rumors about the King's habits with women and wanted to know if he'd be a problem in the future. That and she wished to know more about Eris Aura and Mares species. Both decided to study the creatures before interacting. Dahlia would take her time more than Ainz though. The lizard folk didn't have a kingdom unlike the dark elves so handling them on the down low would be easier.

Once the three made it back into the meeting hall they noticed that the 3rd and 4th floor guardians were already there. Once they noticed the arrival of Titania Dahlia and Nico they did a curt bow before standing up straight. Acknowledging them Dahlia went to sit and gestured for everyone to fallow. The guardians where a bit hesitant because the only seats there were the ones from the other guild players before they left. Encouraging them they each proceeded to sit. The seats magically adjusting themselves to who ever went to sit in them. After a moment of silence Dahlia said,

"How have to all been?". They all were startled at the unexpected question but Pick and Lock were the first to answer. Pick exclaimed happily, "Good your majesty!! We've been mining many crystals!! Locks been making the weapons with the diamonds!". Brushing his nose and crossing his arms, Lock puffed his chest out a bit and said, "they're the strongest so we'll be equipped well!! It's whites easy.". Dahlia smiled at them with care. She may have not interacted much but she treasured them dearly. Gogo and Mouse then had the courage to speak up as well. Gogo went first and said, "the castle is secure. No one can make it pass the first floor." Mouse then cut it happily, "and even if they did they wouldn't be able to get into the castle! You're majesty has nothing to worry about!". Smiling Dahlia gave a soft chuckle. Titania chuckled a bit too. Nico then shook his head. Confused the floor guardians wondered what they said that was funny.

Nico then said, "that's excellent to hear. Her majesty plans to stay here for a while.". The guardians stood up happily, Gogo out of character smiled widely and said, "really!? Your majesty is staying? For how long?". Leaning to the side Dahlia rests her cheek in her hand and crossed her legs. "Not for a while, and if I do it'll only be for a short while. I plan to send out spy's and use my mirror or remote viewing. Speaking of spies, I'm recruiting. Normally I'd ask Ivan, but i plan to have him work in something else.".

Lock and Pick both jumped up talking excitedly. Gogo then turned to them with a scowl and said, "one at a time! Her majesty cannot understand you both at once.". Both silenced by the Amazon looked to one another and chuckled, Pick then looked back at Dahlia and said, "Your majesty. We had a squad of pixies that would do an excellent job!". Nodding Dahlia then turned to look at mouse when she heard him saying oo! Oo! Ooo! noticing Dahlias attentions Mouse then said, "your majesty! Brownies are excellent at hiding with out invisibility! The brownies from the castle can help!!"

Dahlia looked over to Titania to see how she felt. During their time together Dahlia noticed that even though Titania seemed easy going and playful, matters like this were very serious to her. So naturally being that she was technically new to leading like this she sought the queens opinions. Titania looked up from her pensive state and told Dahlia, "both would be perfect for the job, small and have the ability to easily blend in. And in an urban area that would be best. Sneaking into the castle may even be easy.". Happy that Titania agreed Dahlia looked back to the floor guardians and said, "perfect. Prepare anything they may need. I'll be sending them tomorrow. Their objective is to gain knowledge from the dark elves kingdom and determine wether they'll be a good for a potential alliance. And if not, how long it'll take to have them bend to our will. You are all dismissed.".

With that said, Dahlia stood and teleported her Titania and Nico out of the room.

Dahlia POV

Titania said she wanted to play with the bats in the fountain while Nico went to go check on all of the floors. meanwhile I decided to go visit Enfrea. He had finally adjusted to the environment. But I had no idea of leaving the fairy realm would affect his psyche as the magic in this place may influence the human mind to forget about their life before they arrived. I had to take him back home then visit Ainz. He had already set the plan into motion a while ago and I wonder where he was in the plan. I made it to the viewing room that I first went to when I arrived here to look at the scenery. Enfrea had found a liking to this room like me. Going through the door I see him standing out on the balcony.

      Walking up to him quietly seeing as how he had been enjoying the scenery, I stood by and admired it as well. Even though this seems to be my new home (even though Momonga/ Ainz still has the hope of returning) I find it beautiful each time I see it's inhumanly beauty. The water always seemed to have a soft shimmer to its surface and the plants never seem to be wilting. To see something like this back on earth would have been a delight. But for now this place is mine to protect and admire.

       Without looking away I say, "you should be heading out soon. I don't know if being in this realm will affect you psyche.". From the corner of my eye I see him snap out of his small trance and stutters a bit. Smiling I say, "Don't worry as long as you haven't forgotten much of your life before awakening here.". Enfrea replied , "N-no, I haven't forgotten. I'm just still wondering if I'm in a dream...". Chuckling I assure him it's real, and if he doesn't seem harmed that maybe he may return. Enfrea seemed to happy at the news and went back to looking out at the view. I sensed that I may have left him in an awkward silence. Knowing that he now knows what I am, I wondered how he felt about the situation he was in.
"Are you bothered by me?" I asked him after a moment of silence. He turned quickly to look at me and stuttered, "N-No! I'm actually q-quite grateful." He looked down and continued more calmly, "I don't remember much of the night, but I'm sort of glad, a-and now I'm somewhere that I didn't believe to ever exists.". I smiled looking him in the eye and say, "I'm glad." Soothing his hair back he looks like a small puppy being pet.

       Stopping the action I tell Enfrea that it's time that he goes home. I opened up a portal(which I now remember are called gates) and walk through. Once I step foot on the other side I appear in an alley near by Enfrea's and his grandmothers shop. I activate my glamor and disguise myself once more. Enfrea stepped through through when it finished activating. He looked at me a bit confused as to why I was once more disguised.
"No one most know of our identities. I do hope you could keep it a secret as well.". Enfrea nodded in agreement and we both walked up to the shop. Nothing seemed out of place. Once at the door Enfrea walks up and opens the shop door. No one was at the front but I could hear his grandmother in the other room calling out for just a second.

       Once she walks out she drops what ever was in her hand and rushed up to embrace Enfrea. Enfrea held her as well. His shoulders shook a bit as they hugged. I felt out of place at the display of affection. My thoughts wonder to my family and if they miss me. I started to feel a bit depressed and wondered if I'd ever be able to hold them again.
Stopping the depressed thoughts I look up to see them slowly let go of each other. Deciding that I should leave them alone I clear my throat to get their attention. Before either could say anything I say, "I'll take my leave. My team members are waiting for me to meet up with them, and Enfrea, Momo might want to come back in contact with you. Have a good day." I turn and walk out not wanting to stay any longer. I make it to a near by alley way and quickly pass through the summoned gate to go to Ainz headquarters.

*TIME SKIP*

Walking out I had dropped my glamour and a maid lead me to where Ainz was currently having a meeting. Once we made it to the door she knocked. I heard the conversation on the other end stop. It sounded as if something big was just decided. Hearing the strong voice from the other side letting us enter.

Walking in I see all of the floor guardians around Ainz and what seemed to be a smooth white lizardman female that was kneeling on the floor seemingly looking conflicted. "Queen Dahlia has arrived my lord!" Announced the maid. All of the guardians did a bow of respect as I walked up. Greeted them all and made my way towards Ainz and the female. "Hello Ainz." I greeted my friend. He nods his head towards me and returns the greeting. I look towards the female to see her staring at me. Judging from her expression they all may have intimidated her a bit. The way she looked was very adorable though. I smiled gently to not startle her and say, "Hello there I don't believe I know your name.". She politely bowed her head and said, "My name is Crusch Lulu.". "Nice to meet you"

Ainz then says, "we'll be preparing the bodies to revive Zaryusu. Dahlia would you like to join us?". Chucking I say, "a bit ironic don't you think? But no thank you. I'd like to acquaint myself with Crusch Lulu if you don't mind. Seeing as she's here she must hold a title among her people. Go on with out me I believe you can handle it.". Ainz nods and tells everyone to do whatever they were assigned to do and telling the maid to take us back to which ever room Crusch Lulu was in before.

I decided to walk next to her since I didn't feel the need to keep an appearance up. She looks nothing like Diablo but being he same species as her, I think I feel more relaxed around her. I hope Ainz didn't scare her to much. Arriving upon a door the maid opened it for us. Saying a small thank you I walk in with Lulu coming in after me and the maid closing the door. The room wasn't small yet it wasn't as grand as the other room. It has a full bed a seat the at end of it, a wardrobe and dresser, and a small table. I take a seat and gesture for her to take a seat next to me. She cautiously made her way towards me and took the seat. She didn't look up at me as if I intimidate her. Most just stare yet she looks away from me. I place a hand on her shoulder and say, "Don't worry about Ainz."
       She quickly looked up to me still seemingly vulnerable. I continue, "His threats are a last resort. In his position any small threat could lead to big consequences. I do hope you don't hold it against him or I. It's better to rule with respect than fear." She didn't seem convinced and looked away. I take my hand back and sit looking strait towards the painting on the wall in front of us. I can only assume that the lizardman that Ainz promised to revive was used against her. Must have been close to him. Ainz has always been more cruel with his threats. It's easier to talk them into believing the cause. "It takes a lot of resources for Ainz to revive a corpse. He could have easily asked me to do it for him and spare his time. Yet he chose to do it. He takes responsibility for his actions. As a good ruler he has to make sure that his efforts aren't wasted on those who'll go against him.". I look down at her from the corner of my eye and see her posture begin to change a bit as if conflicted about how to feel about the situation.
       She stayed quiet for a while seeming as if she wasn't planning go to talk to me, just as I was about to stand she asks quietly, "Will be be fine... once he's been revived. Will he be the same?". Turning to look at her her brows were a bit furrowed as she looked as if she wanted to cry a bit. Being alone with her and trying to stay at her level must have made her more emotionally vulnerable I think to myself. Seating myself back I say, "yes, he may seem a bit off at first, but that'll go away quickly. Just be there for him.". She nodded seeming more relieved. It's beautiful to find love. I think back to Nico and Titania and our relationship.

       Im scared that they'll leave me once they know that I'm not all that regal and majestic. I've changed a lot more on this body yet I still feel as if they don't truly love me and love fairy Queen Dahlia. This is all new. Or won't  just be starting a relationship with one person but two. What if I someday go back into my world. I know Ainz is to dense to realize that Albedo truly loves his as well as Shalltear. They're not just an NPC now, they're actual sentient beings.

       I'm broken from my thoughts when I feel a hand rest on mine startled I look over forgetting that Lulu was here with me. She saw me being vulnerable. "Are you alright Queen Dahlia?", she asks me. I look away and ask, "How did you know that you wanted to be with him and not just love him from afar?". She was quiet for a bit realizing I knew her relationship with the dead lizardman. After a small silence she said, "Before he went out to fight against lord Ainz men. We weren't sure if he'd survive, and I didn't want to lose him.". Looking back at her I reply, "If you knew he would have died why would you go through the heart break?". She smiled up at me and said, " I'd rather be with him for those last moments then regret not having them with him at all.".

       Looking forward I think about her words. It's a gamble. If I do return to my world and leave them behind I would have had a relationship that would have been a lie. But then why not be happy while I'm here with them. They care and love me and I've also come to care for them. They always care for me and how I feel. They make me smile and feel happy. Both are so unique in there own way and that's why I think I love them. Wait...

       I stand quickly and make my way towards the door. Lulu seems a bit startled as she watched me. I stop in front of the door before I make my way out. Turning myself  a bit back to her to see her I say, "Thank you for the nice chat, I hope you're able to keep what ever you promised Ainz. I won't ask because it has nothing to do with me but I hope we could chat once more." Opening the door I add before I leave, "Also, I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't tell anyone of this chat. If you do. Well, I'd just deny it I am a queen. Farewell Crusch Lulu."

Well I had almost finished the chapter and I accidentally deleted it and I kind of decided to take another break. Also I had a bit of a standstill on this story. I kind of hinted to what I want the next chapter to be. Hope you enjoyed the chapter.
