Dahlia POV

       Ainz as inpatient as he is decided to just jump right over the fence since the guards were still panicking over the walking dead on the other side of it. Sighing I motion for Titania and Nico to follow along. The guards were a bit flabbergasted at the hight that we were able to jump at. Once over we looked among all of the undead that were brought back to life. If they used Enfrea for this I wonder how he is doing at the moment. Ainz and have had our morals and tolerance for certain things have changed. We're no longer human but poor Enfrea is.

          Looking over at Ainz we look at each other. Nodding I say, "You deal with the enemy and I'll search for Enfrea? That's more up my alley.". Momonga nodded his head and said, "That sounds fair.". Hearing some one call out for use we look up to see Narbel carrying the fluffy hamster Musuke over the wall. Looking back to Ainz I ask, "Do you need Nico's help?" He shook his head saying he'll summon hell to deal with all of the normal undead. Nodding I gesture for Titania and Nico to follow me and we head into the hordes of dead. Going forward Nico sliced down as many as he can while I used my staff to hit them away.

          Weaving through them I tried to not have attention drawn to us from the circle of people in black cloaks that stood a bit away from us.  Ainz and Narbel had made it to them and they began to have a small conversation with them. Jumping behind a tomb we wait for the perfect moment to go past them and into the building that I feel Enfrea is in. I see a woman with short orange hair step forward challenging Ainz. Scoffing at her confidence I can't wait to ask Ainz how he kills such a cocky human. After both of them leave Narbel challenges the leader that was present. "Now" I said before jumping forward and rushing in .

          Looking to Nico I say, "make sure no one makes it to us.". Smiling at me Nico bows with a bit of flamboyance and says, "Of course your majesty. I'll secure both of your safety." And hops out to protect the perimeter. Walking a bit in I see a figure kneeling down slumped forward with their arms tied behind their back. It was Enfrea. He had the crown of wisdom on and dressed in a semi transparent gown. Walking up to him I felt my chest tighten. From the bits and pieces of the conversation that Ainz had with Khajiit Dale Badantel. He used him to perform a ritual by placing the crown oh ever was worthy of wearing it. Kneeling by his side I hold his blood stained face, his eyes were missing. He didn't react. He was left empty he was still alive though.

Sitting down I pull him into my lap. He seems so small. I untie his hands and place them onto his lap while having him lean against me. I felt sad. The type of sad one gets when their beloved pet dies. Looking up I see Titania also have an expression that showed the same emotion. Looking back down to see Enfrea's head against my chest. Touching the crown I whisper, "Greater break item.". The crown breaks and disappears with a faint light. He still sat limply. Moving to cover his eyes with my hands I say, "healing touch.". A faint gold light appeared under my hands and disappeared after a few seconds. Adjusting him so that I could move his hair from his head I move feel his closed eyes with my other. His once empty sockets now hand eye balls. Picking him up I held him against me.

Titania finally stepped up next to me and held his face in her hands. She reached into her sáchale and pulled out a handkerchief and wet it a bit with the water skin she had. She began to clean his face and asked, "why would they do this?". Looking at her I say, "it's because they're only human.". She seemed a bit unpleased with the answer but she looked as if she understood. We head towards the entrance and see Ainz, Narbel, and Musuke at the entrance. Titania and I walk up to him.

He looks down at Enfrea and asks, "What happened?". Looking up at him I say, "he was used for a ritual, they placed the crown of wisdom on him and took his eyes. He's physically fine. But let me take him to the fountain first to help heal his mind.". Ainz seems to think it over. I know he has his own agenda so I hope he'll let me. Finally he nodded his head and says, "But bring him to the tomb after he wakes up." I nod in agreement.

Nico come up from behind them and takes Nico into his arms. Seeing that Narbel has her disguise gone I drops mines as well causing Titania and Nico to do so as well. Walking up to Ainz I place my hand on his shoulder and said, "Thank you Momonga.". He nods in acknowledgment. Yelling him that I'll see him hopefully tomorrow I create a portal for us to step through Titania steps first with Nico following after with Enfrea in his arms. Looking one last time to Ainz I give one last good bye and step through as well.

Time skip

We were all standing in the fountain room. Luna was hanging onto my shoulders. I stayed in the fountain room alone with a still motionless Enfrea. He's been in this state of shock for a while now and has yet to break out of it. I'm hoping that putting him into the fountain could help him. We were the only ones on the room because I didn't want to overwhelm him with so much unknown magic around him. He's the first "human" to step foot in here. I placed a pillow on the edge of the inner slope so that his head could rest on it when I place him in it'll have a soft cushion.

          He was now dress in a long white tunic with simple embroidered trim that reached his calves. Picking him up I gently lay him in the fountain water where the water reached everything minus his face. I kneeled down beside him to prevent him from going face first into the water if he suddenly moves. Humming softly I cup water onto his face theirs a soft green glow around him. It stays around until his blank close eyed expression turned into one that made it look that he was in a pleasant dream.

          Calling out to Nico he appears quickly with a bow. I gesture him to stand and beckon him closer to me. Once he stood at the end he of the fountain I say while handing him a bag of coins, "could you go out and find him something to eat? I don't think the food here would be safe for him to eat." Nico nodded with a curt bow and says , "Of course your majesty, is that all?".

          Feeling a bit brave a motion for him to lean in closer to me. Doing so he ended up with his face quite close to mine. Quickly I plant a small chaste kiss to his cheek and then turn away a bit to quick and pretend to focus on Enfrea again. I felt him tense up a bit when I did so. I hope I wasn't to forward!

          Before I could regret my action I felt a kiss being placed between my eyes. Confused I blink and look up to see Nico smiling. "If your majesty wanted a kiss all you had to do was ask. Now if you don't mind your majesty I must let Titania know I won our little bet and head out to get our fellow human a meal. Good bye for now your majesty!~" Nico said this before suddenly disappearing. Embarrassed, confused, and slightly pleased I continue to watch over Enfrea for a good ten minutes. Wiping his face with water every now and then to not let his skin dry up.

           Eventually I noticed him move a bit. Patting his face gently I whisper, "Enfrea... Enfrea." His face twitched a bit before his eyes finally opened slowly. A bit unfocused he looked around at the surroundings until they widened. He tried to sit up so I place my other hand on his chest and said, "Don't move right away Enfrea.  You've just woken up.". He turned his head to look at me quickly. He looked scared and in awe. I felt his heart rate quicken a bit. I slowly remove my hand from his chest but began to stroke his cheek with my thumb. Swallowing the lump in his through he asked, "Who are you miss and where am I? What happened.". I felt a bit sad that he was traumatized to the point of forgetting, but it could just be temporary due to the peaceful environment we're in. Ignoring the feeling I smile gently to not startle him. Calmly I say, "My name is Dahlia and I'm one of two fairy queens. We've met before though, you may know me by my alias Lyla. And this is my home.". His eyes widen again, stuttering he says, "Queen! Y-your majesty , if y-you don't mind me asking...w-why do you look so d-different?".

       I smile at his and gently sit him up. He let me guide his movements while watching me. Helping him to his feet I say, "I had a glamour , not many people know of my people and my existence. Do you know of fairies?". He stands shakily holding onto my arms and replies, "Just some stories. Most people brush them off as just that. Not much to think that they were real... well are real.". Smiling I guide him out and help him walk out of the room.

          I almost forgot about Luna until she put her head on my shoulder to look at Enfrea. We was a bit shocked and asked while we were walking in the hall, "what type of bat is it?". I laugh gently at the offended noises she made. I replied , "Her name is Luna she's my familiar. She's been my oldest companion. She helped me learn my magic." He nodded and raised his hand in attempt to let her while he stopped walking. He hesitated a bit and looked at me to make sure if it was okay. Nodding he reached forward and stroked her snout with his ring finger. Luna closed her eyes and began to make happy bay sounds he smiled and continued.

          While he was distracted, I teleported us to his guest room that was down a hall way to the left of mine. I guided him to the bed which startled him since we were in a new location. I pull the blankets back and help him lay down. Once he was I lifted the blanket back on him and sat next to him stroking his hair back. I remember a time where I would do this to my younger siblings when they would wake up from nightmares. The sudden memory made me a bit sad. Did they miss me? Do they even know if I'm alive? Do they even remember me?

      Enfrea's concerned voice brought me back to the present when he asked, "your majesty, are you okay.". Smiling I lift a small vile of a twilight blue sleeping potion a placed it near his face. He looked at it a bit concerned so I said, "It'll help you sleep well. You've had a long day Enfrea. And I don't want you to have nightmares. When you wake up I'll have a meal ready for you to eat. And once you feel well enough to leave my friend wishes to meet you." He nodded and lifted his drink the potion. Once he did he settled back and asked, "Who is it that I'll be meeting?". The potion began to take effect. Before he fell asleep I said, "you know him as well... his name is Ainz Ooal Gown." Once he closed his eyes and his breath evened. I stood up and made my way out the door. My goal being to meet with Titania. I was curious about her and Nico's bet.

HELLO!! I wasn't expecting to update today but with the votes that I've been getting and the bit of inspiration I had left was enough to have me do this. That and I'm procrastinating on my professors work. I hope you enjoyed!
