It's Juvia from Fairy Tail!! Yaaay my favourite character <3

Her face looks a little too wide and I can't see her nose but HAHAH she is potato Juvia, after all. There is a reason why there is an adjective there.

It's actually something from last year huehue and I guess it's alright enough to be posted in my art book. There is a failed attempt at shading and I was considering making it a WIP but nah. I hate colouring T^T
