"What's your name ?"the nice lady asked.

We were at the registration desk, getting me signed in and I must say that I was enjoying myself so far, everyone seemed so nice, well everyone in this case meant Lily and the nice old lady getting me signed up.

"Gabriella Jones."

I heard gasps from both Lily and the lady at the mention of my name and fought the urge to cover my head in a bag.

I hated when everyone did that, just because I was the princess of bad fairies everyone was either afraid to speak to me while others just hated me without even getting to know me.It was really beginning to annoy me, so much that I felt like changing my name, like if that would do anything though.

"You're the -"

"Princess of bad fairies , evil and so on, go on say what you must unless you're afraid to speak to me like everyone else."I said in a annoyed and hurtful tone.

"Oh sweetie I wasn't going to say that, I was just going to ask if you're the princess, that's all, I'm sorry if you thought differently."the lady said apologizing.

Now I felt bad, I mentally slapped myself for acting so foolish without thinking.

"I'm sorry, its just I'm accustomed with a lot of accusations and pointing of fingers."I explained unhappily.

"I understand honey, and well you've already been signed in, since Miss.Adams have brought you here I think you would be more comfortable sharing a room with her than anyone else, so here is your key, your room is now with her."she said smiling warmly.

I couldn't help but smile at that, I was pretty sure that the lady had only done that because she knew I was new here and would prefer a room with Lily, that was really thoughtful of her.

I hoped all my tutors would be as kind as she was.

Lily and I walked to my new room in silence and I wondered if she was now going to act all crazy on me after finding out whom I was, I didn't want her too.

"So you're Gabriella Jones."she finally said breaking the silence.

"Yes ."

"Its okay I won't be like everyone else , I promise, you seem like a really nice person no matter what your title is."she blurted out taking a deep breath.

I couldn't believe what I had just heard, was she telling the truth?

She truly was a wonderful person.

"I don't think I've ever met anyone as kind as you before, thank you."I replied happily, feeling excited about school again.

"You don't have to thank me for that, I'm just speaking the truth."she stated matter of fact making me feel even happier.

It felt nice to have a friend, in my whole life I never had a single friend except for my brother Jake , he has always been my one and only best friend.

Now I just knew that everything would change, the problem was that if it was going to change for the better or worse.
