Laxus' team which consisted of Gajeel, Bickslow, Pantherlily, Gray, Natsu, Romeo and Cobra, were all stretching and chatting about random things. Lumina's team which consisted of Wendy, Erza, Juvia, Levy, Elfman, Jellal and Bacchus, were stretching as well and making a game plan to not beat, but demolish the team they were up against.

"Alright. Lalu get ready to shoot!" Mira shouted happily.

"Lalu?" The guys that didn't know how Mira was, questioned.

"No shipping Mira!" The others, excluding her sons, shouted.

"Fine." Mira replied pouting.

Unfortunately for Freed, he looked at Mira while she was pouting and blushed a dark red and when he turned away, his eyes landed on the Lockser twins, Lucy and Lumina, who were all smirking at him with evil glints in their eyes, which notified Freed that the girls noticed his actions and will probably interrogate him at another point in time.

"Anyways." Lumina began turning her attention from Freed to Laxus. "You start first."

"Why me?" Laxus asked while crossing his arms.

"So you at least get a chance to shoot. You're really outta luck Blondie. Lev, Lu, Charle and I are experts at three pointers. Erza, Mira, Juv and Wen are experts at half court shots. The guys on my team, I know for a fact are good at normal shots. Though Jellal is also an expert at half court shots and three pointers." Lumina stated in a cocky tone.

"Don't get cocky. And didn't you just say your hair is strawberry blonde? You idiot." Laxus remarks with a smirk, though deep down he was slightly nervous about losing this game.

"It's not being cocky. I just know my team and how they play well enough as well as my opponents to win. Erza is a wonderful observer. Also, it is, but it isn't just blonde. Yours is blonde, Blondie. Just like Lu has golden blonde hair. So she doesn't get called Blondie. Idiot." Lumina replies while emphasizing his new nickname for her and emphasizing the insult he used against her.

"Ugh. Start shooting already!" Yazmine shouted to the two as she glared at Laxus.

"Don't glare Yaz. Calm yourself. She's right though. Flirt later. Not now." Lucy says giggling.

"Wasn't flirting, but whatever." Lumina says bluntly.

"Same." Laxus says.

Laxus grabs the basket ball and walks to the three point line as he bounced the ball. After two minutes of just bouncing it, he shot the ball, however it did not go into the basket. Instead it hit and broke the window of an empty police car, which caused its alarm to go off.

"Shit." Lumina said, earning two smacks to the head from Erza and Mira.

"Someone grab the ball. Everyone run somewhere!" Erza ordered while everyone nodded.

Elfman ran and grabbed the ball and returned to the others. They all nodded to each other. Elfman and Bickslow jumped a fence and ran somewhere. Mira grabbed Zach's hand and ran with Freed around the corner somewhere. Lucy grabbed and Natsu ran across the street in the direction of a park. Juvia grabbed Jazmine's hand and ran with Gray down the street. Levy grabbed Yazmine's hand and ran with Gajeel down the street opposite of Juvia and Gray. Bacchus and Cobra jumped into a river near the court and started swimming away. Erza grabbed Ezra's hand and ran with Jellal into a Bakery near by. Happy, Charle and Pantherlily casually walked into a store making sure not to look suspicious. Romeo, Wendy, Laxus, Lumina and
Mack all ran together through an ally that the two teenage males knew their way around.

All the five could hear as they ran through the ally, was a man yelling, "Noooooooo my car! Why my car?! Burn everyone who didn't stop this from happening! Let them burn! Burn!" Which caused them all to laugh hard as they ran.

"So what do ya wanna do?" Natsu asked Lucy who shrugged in response.

"I don't know. What about you?" Lucy asked.

"Fight!" Natsu exclaimed while fist pumping.

'Erza did say I need to fight and train more if I want to increase my physical strength.' Lucy thought before smiling.

"You're on!" Lucy replied smirking.

"Really?!" Natsu asked surprised. He didn't think Lucy would agree. Usually he'd get a smack to the head and then he'd watch the girl he decided to ask, walk away from him angrily.

"Yes really. It would be a great practice for me." Lucy replied, cracking her knuckles.

"Yosh! I'm all fired up!"Natsu exclaimed, fist pumping the air.

"Is that like a catch phrase or something?" Lucy asked in a battle stance.

"That'll be ridiculous Luigi! It's a known saying unless the person is an idiot." Natsu replied, unknowingly angering Lucy.

"You calling me an idiot?" Lucy asked, her right eye twitching as a dark aura surrounded her, which Natsu didn't notice.

"Well, if you don't know that saying." Natsu said, chuckling.

Lucy, boiling with anger, gave a grin and got into a fighting stance.

Mustering up the kindness she had left, she spoke in a sweet voice. "Natsu~ I'm ready for our fight."

Natsu perked up even more from those words and stopped laughing. He gave his famous grin and got into a fighting position.

"You sure you want to fight me?" Natsu teased.

"Yes. Now are you ready or not?!" Lucy asked as she glared.

"U-uh y-yes?" Natsu said questionably.

Lucy smirked and ran quickly at Natsu. Natsu grinned and copied Lucy movements and ran towards her. Unknown to them others who were passing by, stopped to watch. As Lucy and Natsu neared each other, Lucy decided to use one of her best techniques. She raised her right fist and acted as if she was going  punch Natsu. Natsu, falling for her trick, raised both her arms to block Lucy's fake attack. Lucy smirked from seeing his actions and went in for her real attack.

"Lucy kick!" She yelled, kicking Natsu in the stomach, which caused him to fly back at least four feet and land on his back.

The crowd that gathered was shocked. No girl has ever done that to Natsu. As they stood shock, Lucy smiled and walked towards Natsu, neither noticing the crowd. Natsu groaned and sat up some, leaning on his left elbow while he used his right hand to rub the back of his head. Lucy stuck her hand out to Natsu, who stared at her hand, before staring at her. He gave is infamous grin and grabbed her hand, allowing her to pull him up.

"I wasn't expecting that Luce! You're stronger than you look." Natsu said happily.

Lucy blushed slightly from the compliment and giggled. "Thanks, but it's only because of the training the others and I do. No biggie, really." She said smiling wide. "Though, Luce?"

"You're nickname of course." Natsu said, grinning as Lucy's blush darkened.

"Excuse me." Two identical young girls said, pulling on Lucy's clothes.

"Yes?" Lucy asked, crouching down to their level, as her blush faded.

"Can you sing?" The twins asked.

"Yes, I can." Lucy replied, smiling.

"We thought you looked like Ms. Celeste. And wanted to hear a song. Even though you aren't her." The twins said, staring at Lucy with their big green eyes.

"No problem." Lucy said, standing up straight.

"Could you sing it with your boyfriend?" Both asked in unison.

"H-he isn't my b-boyfriend!" Lucy exclaimed.

"But, aren't you both friends? And isn't he a boy?" They asked in unison, once again.

"Yeah, Lucy. I am your boyfriend!" Natsu exclaimed, resting his arm around her shoulders.

Lucy blushed a new shade of red. Darker than the two Scarlets' hair. She just nodded and folded her arms.

"J-just pick a song i-idiot." Lucy stuttered.

"Alright." Natsu chuckled. "How about Counting Stars?"

Lucy smiled at this. Her blush faded completely, as if it was never there. The song was one of her favorites. After all, her mother was the one to create it and sing it with her father. It was beautiful. Even though, things are different now.

"Yeah!" She exclaimed.

"Alright, ready?" Natsu asked, staring at Lucy.

Lucy smiled, staring at Natsu. "Yep."

Natsu grabbed his phone out. After a few moments, the instrumental version of the song began to play.
