Jungkook dropped by at the Jung residence to inform them to remain inside. He seek for Yoongi but the other was upstairs with Jaehwa. He didn't have much time to hang around. He quickly rushed off again as he was ordered to be present at a designated area.

None of them knew what Jungkook meant. They did hear ruckus occurring outside. Wondering what was happening, Namjoon switched the television on and they were met with breaking news.

Breaking News

A green coloured eyed had broken out of prison and it is the king of Wonderland. The person is highly wanted and this is how he looks like.

An image of Jin popped up and everyone was shocked to see that.

He has the power to even retaliate against the officers easily. So, the president had requested the public to join the forces.

Officers had been assigned at various areas and all citizens are allowed to use any weapons against the king. If you see any other coloured eyes, feel free to kill them as well.

The one who managed to get his hands on the escapee will be rewarded. And that is all.

Let's start the fun!

The four looked at each other and clenched their fists. They knew that when the public is involved, there's no escape.

Yoongi ran down after listening to Taehyung's report. He grabbed his coat and a gun to leave the house but was stopped by Hoseok.

"Where do you think you are going? You could get killed if you are caught," he reminded.

Yoongi knew but he pulled away from the grip on his arm.

"He's my brother. I'm his knight. I need to protect him."

Hoseok was at loss of words. He knew how stubborn Yoongi could get but he definitely should convince the latter that it was a bad idea.

"Take me with you," Jaehwa spoke as she slowly walked down the stairs.

All of their heads turned to her. Hoseok rushed to her and supported her so that she could reach the ground safely.

"When did you wake up?" Hoseok asked.

"Just a while ago," Jaehwa replied with a smile and then looked at Yoongi, "I'm coming along."

Yoongi shook his head.

"Don't be crazy. Do you even know what you are dealing with?"

"He's my husband. I have the rights to protect him."

"We can't have both the pa-"

Hoseok held his hand out to stop Yoongi from continuing. He shook his head and turned to Jaehwa. He held her shoulders and she looked up at him.

"I won't stop you but you must promise me that nothing will happen to you," he paused and squeezed her shoulders desperately, "Please."

She nodded and grinned, "I will!"

Yoongi sighed while Taehyung was ready with his bag full of weapons that he managed to take from the residence.

Also, Jungkook had delivered a few just in case. He was after all willing to break a law in order to protect them.

Jaehwa took in a deep breath and walked out with the Min siblings. Namjoon, Jimin and Hoseok stayed back.

She turned and smiled at her brother, "I'll be back."

Jin had been running since he left the Min residence. He managed to transform his flowers into a gun to shoot those chasing him in the arms or legs to slow them down.

He had also been shot in several places but not severely injured thus managed to heal faster.

He saw the people in the city running about searching for him as well. There were just too many of them.

He knew that if he caught the attention of one of them, he would be in great trouble. He took careful steps and hid behind the wall as officers ran past.

He clenched onto his gun tightly and ran across the street. He paused and waited for the coast to be clear again before deciding to approach to another place.

However, he was stopped when someone grabbed his wrist and pulled him into the alley.

He was about to shoot the person but held his gun in the air. He placed it away when he recognised the person.

"Don't go that way," Jungkook told him.

Jungkook brought Jin deeper into the alley while he popped his head out to check the area. He sighed and turned to Jin.

"You need to be extra careful. Can't you feel their presence?"

Jin shook his head, "Too many experiments done to me. I hadn't healed completely."

Jungkook felt bad for the other.

"I found the king!"

The two turned to find a man running towards them. Jungkook clicked his tongue and pulled Jin along with him. He shot the dude in the leg which caused him to drop onto the floor.

With that, they managed to buy time before several others started chasing them. They were running across the bridge where everyone was watching them.

Jungkook let out a groan and dropped onto the floor when he was shot in the stomach. Jin crouched down and pressed the area where flowers grew binding around the stomach to squeeze out the bullet. Blood oozed out along with the bullet.

The weapons may be specifically made for coloured eyes but it tripled the pain when directed to a human. He cursed at himself for involving Jungkook.

"Jungkook!"

They heard Yoongi shouted and looked at the right to find him standing with Taehyung and Jaehwa at the other end. Jin's bottom lip trembled when he saw Jaehwa. She looked so pale and tired which ached his heart a thousand times more than being shot multiple times.

While being distracted, Jin got shot in the arm. He gritted his teeth and squeezed his arm to lessen the pain.

Yoongi and Taehyung took charge of shooting from a long range at anyone who tried to make an attack.

Jin, on the other hand, had his eyes shimmered brightly in green. He couldn't control them but he made sure it didn't get out of hand.

The wounds were reopening and he tried his best to reflect the bullets. Jungkook managed to stand up and help out as well.

They were surrounded and there was no ending to the people.

Amongst them was Min who was grinning evilly at the sight. Jaehwa noticed that person being suspiciously standing among the crowd. She saw him take out a purple sword and immediately knew who it was.

She ran as fast as she could to Jin despite Yoongi calling out to her.

Jin didn't notice anything. He was too busy focusing on those in his sight. He didn't know that Min was planning an attack from the back.

"Jin!" Jaehwa called out.

That was when he turned and saw Jaehwa standing in front of him. Blood splattered into the air, making him unable to grasp the situation. Some hit his face and she stumbled backwards.

He held her by the arm and everyone just stopped whatever they were doing.

Jin touched the cold cheeks of hers and held her hand tightly.

"J-Jaehwa?"

She could barely breathe properly, let alone reply.

That was when Jin lost his sanity. The ground shook and all the trees danced to the wind. Flowers turned into armies of soldiers and held onto the confused humans.

Jin's eyes were filled with bloodlust as he looked at Min. He made the wind gush towards the other, causing the hood to blow away.

The people gasped when they saw their President with a purple eye. Min didn't care. He laughed heartily.

He held his sword and ran towards Jin, who easily threw his sword away. Min was caught up in vines of roses which bloomed as it sucked his blood away.

Jin counted down from three. As soon as it reached zero, Min's face lost colour and his life was taken away. The lifeless corpse was dropped onto the ground with a thud and everything disappeared into the thin air.

The people were astonished by Jin's actions. The young king only focused on the culprit and not the rest. They started to stare at each other and wondered what they had been doing all this while.

Jin's eyes were clouded with tears as he stared at the love of his life. Jaehwa smiled and looked at him. She reached her hand out to caress his face. Her touch was cold but gentle and sweet. To Jin, it was the most beautiful touch he had felt.

"How could you leave me after proposing, my king?"

Jin knew she was barely holding onto her own conscious. He also knew that she didn't want him to worry. Despite his overwhelming feelings, he laughed softly.

"I'm sorry, my queen. You must be a fool to have fallen for a king like me."

Jaehwa chuckled, "Indeed. I must be fairly insane."

Their eyes settled onto each other and their faces drew closer. Like a magnetic force pulling them, they kissed. Desperation and passion mixed inside this wonderful kiss that made sure they knew who they belonged to.

Despite the aching of their hearts and the painful wounds that worsened as time passed by, they kissed lovingly.

Their love for each other made them forget everything. All they wished was for themselves to be happy together forever.

They parted their lips and Jin looked at Jaehwa fondly. She brushed his fringe aside to get a clear look of his handsome features. She ran her fingers along them and her hand returned back to his cheeks after she was done.

She looked at him in the eyes once again.

"I love you, my king."

"I love you too, my queen."

Jaehwa inhaled deeply and her eyes slowly closed. Energy was draining away from her body and she was losing her conscious.

"Thank you and goodbye."

With that, her hand dropped. The tears that Jin had been holding in the entire time rolled down his cheeks uncontrollably.

Everyone could feel his pain. The clouds were dark and rain fell. The trees looked lifeless and the flowers withered.

He just wished for one thing and that was to be with the woman he loved.

And maybe his prayer was heard.
