My nightmare always start the same. I try to run and leave those I love behind for their own safety. But because of my own selfish reasons I stay, thinking I can't live without them. It always ends the same too. I watch my parent's life end as my whole life drains away. As if were all lie. Even Madeline the sweetest creature, dead because of me. As soon as I'm done screaming from my nightmare I call Madeline my best friend and tell her about it. "Hmmm. Maybe it's just your mind telling you to leave. Don't freak out about it too much, oka-" At that very moment a wave of terror came over me as I heard her sweet, velvet voice cut off and the lights went out.
