The performance theatre was packed, to say the least, with people walking around at all times. Yujin sat on Gyuvin's lap, being rocked back and forth while being poorly sung to (it was against his will, but he would rather be with Gyuvin than face his fears right now).

On stage was a band (that Gyuvin was singing along to), one that left a good impression on Yujin from the first day of rehearsals. They all had brightly coloured hair and had a unique style of music that he genuinely liked. He hadn't had the chance to talk to any of the guys except for Jooyeon, who complimented Yujin's dancing (he, being unable to take compliments, ran away giggling to tell Gyuvin and Gunwook what happened).

Ollie suddenly appeared next to him and Gyuvin, causing Yujin to jump. His best friend had a habit of just showing up, and yet, even though Yujin was well aware of this, there wasn't a single time when it didn't scare him.

"Looks like I gotta go," Gyuvin said, patting Yujin's thighs to get him to stand up. He ruffles Ollie's hair before saying goodbye, running over to where Seunghwan was calling him from.

"Are you nervous?" Ollie asked, scooting closer to Yujin once he sat down. He reached over and grabbed Yujin's hand, giving it a gentle squeeze.

With a nod, Yujin squeezed Ollie's hand in return, a sigh full of dread leaving his lips. "Yeah, but not... not because of rehearsals." He mumbles the last part out, breaking eye contact with Ollie.

Ollie made a face of confusion, tilting his head to the side. "Huh? Is something wrong?"

Yujin hesitated; he opened his mouth yet nothing came out. It was true that he was nervous about hanging out with Ollie, but telling him that could hurt his feelings. "Um, no. Forget about it for now," he said.

"Okay, but—"

"Yujin! Ollie! We're next, come on!" shouted Haruto from the stage, where everyone else was already waiting.

"Let's talk later," Yujin said hastily, pulling Ollie by the hand as he ran to catch up with the others.

Rehearsing with the others was okay as usual; Yujin was basically on autopilot by then, nailing the choreography with ease, but not necessarily putting as much energy into it as he would've liked. Although he always enjoyed dancing, Yujin couldn't stop thinking about his feelings; it was driving him insane by that point.

"Yujin," Mr. Choi says as the group crowds his table to get feedback. "You're an amazing dancer, so just make sure you're paying attention, okay?"

He nods in response, but facepalms mentally. There's only two days left before the actual performance day and Yujin feels as if he's not making use of his time due to his worries.

Even though Ollie's feelings about him were very obvious, it still didn't shake the nervousness away.

Ollie, despite being concerned, decided not to bring it up; he'd rather Yujin bring it up on his own accord than upset him. Instead, he gave commentary on the rest of the performance, cracking jokes here and there to make sure that Yujin still had a smile on his face and that his mind didn't wander too much.

When everyone was allowed to leave, Yujin and Ollie took the bus together, so as to not disturb their older friends who could drive (they all seemed very tired, so they felt bad asking). They stopped by the convenience store to get ice cream before making their way to the park that was just across the street.

"So," Ollie said, taking a bite of his popsicle with his front teeth, causing Yujin to cringe. "Is there anything in particular bothering you?"

"Yes!" Yujin exclaimed, rather horrified. "Why are you biting your popsicle like that?!"

Ollie makes a face before taking another bite out of it. "Excuse me, how dare you judge me?" he asked, offended. "It's simply just better."

"No, it's fucking weird!" Yujin says in return, shivers running down his spine every time he watches Ollie happily bite his popsicle. "You're like Jiwoong. He would also do weird stuff like that."

Jokingly shoving Yujin with his free hand, Ollie was shoved back almost immediately. "Don't compare me to your old man friend!" he exclaimed, which elicited laughter from Yujin, eventually, causing him to start laughing as well. "Okay, but seriously," Ollie says once they had calmed down. "What's wrong?"

Yujin is silent, unsure of where to look. "Well," he began, squeezing the ice cream cone he was holding with quite some force. "I was nervous about asking you to hang out 'cause I like you."

Silence once again, and suddenly, Yujin finds himself being pulled into one of Ollie's classic comfort hugs. A kiss is planted on Yujin's head, making him feel as if all his worries had evaporated.

"And you didn't think that I liked you too, or what?" asks Ollie, who is still hugging Yujin, with a laugh.

"No, I knew that!" Yujin protested, squirming in Ollie's arms before being released from the hug. "It's just that saying it is scary!"

Ollie couldn't help but laugh, bringing a hand up to push Yujin's shoulder. "You're so stupid," he said. "You could've told me that anytime."

"I'm not stupid!" argued Yujin, who pushed Ollie in return. "You're stupid! You even look stupid! Your head is big like a bobble head."

"You're hilarious," Ollie said, words dripping with sarcasm as he rolled his eyes.

"Yes, I am! Thank you for noticing."
