If you already read my other works Granted and why is it always me, then here I present another emotional roller coaster.

Kushi and Arnav are married happily for 8 years and Aashi born as their love symbol. Aashi is 6 years old, stubborn and arrogant just like her father. The problems have started just from a year back because of spoiling their only daughter to rotten. Kushi want to be strict and make their daughter understand what exactly relations are and how a child should behave. Was she wrong in thinking about her only daughter's future? People say she should not exaggerate about a just 6-year-old daughter. But what can she do? She is a mother and she want best for her future.

What exactly happened a year back that almost made the relation between Arshi started fading away.

A year back

Kushi was observing Aashi quiet from few days, she was behaving weirdly an also rudely to others. HP has burnt his hands by mistake and failed to make dish, which Aashi wished, for that she throwed a fit. Kushi has tried to make her understand that HP was hurt and cannot prepare but the stubborn little thing was not backing away and started abusing. Kushi was so angry, that she for the first time slapped her own daughter. Which Aashi took it to heart and was not ready to bend infront of her mother's wishes.

Kushi thinking it is the exact moment to bring Aashi back, had not tried anything to pacify her. Arnav who returned home, tiredly after a daylong meeting has to know the matter. Instead of making Aashi understand, Kushi got a scolding's for slapping his dear princess. This went on further making Aashi stubborn and rebellious; Kushi tried all her ways only to be failing brutally which again lead to fights between the couple. When she took the matters more seriously and asked guards to keep an eye on Aashi's friends only to know, Arnav's new PA unusual interest on their daughter. When asked for this intrusion, Arnav had just changed the topic stating it's her insecurity talking.

There was invisible distance, which built a concrete wall between the couple. The mother and wife in her was dying a slow painful death. But her fading away started only when Arnav stated that her pregnancy cravings were embarrassing moments in his life. Which father states those special moments as embarrassing? Humiliated by her husband, in the name of insecurity, childishness and embarrassment. Her daughter left no stone to humiliate her by not informing about her PTA only because she doesn't know English. Was English so necessary? The language is just a means to communicate between people. To escape this she started going to temples and orphanages to get some peace of mind.

Kushi was pregnant again and this time she does not want Arnav who thought her cravings as his embarrassment to burden again.

Kushi: Arnav I am pregnant.

Kushi was almost hesitant to share this news with her husband.

Arnav: Really, it is good news.

Arnav was genuinely happy and was ready to take responsibility.

Arnav (cupping her cheeks): I'm happy Kushi; finally Aashi will have little brother or sister. She will be happier to hear this. I'll try to accompany all your hospital visits and also fulfill your cravings, though they are embarrassing still I'll do.

But his happiness lasted only for minutes when he heard her next sentence.

Kushi: Its ok Arnav there is no need for you to fulfill my embarrassing cravings or to clear your important meetings for me. I'll manage.

Arnav: Kushi what are you saying.

Arnav was confused with her behavior thinking its one of her mood swings.

But he doesn't know, it was the step that is going to make her fade away.

Kushi as told never bothered Arnav with her cravings and hospital visits. Arnav who needed to be with her at this crucial situation started to come home late. Kushi just fulfilled her wifely duties. Her cravings were suppress and stress has added to her. Little Arav, orphaned at the young age of 3 was attached to Kushi. He bought her unknown tranquility, which was lost because of her own family. She adopted him and bought him to RM, though there was huge drama created, at the end he became her son. Her little Arav became her center of universe and he also gave his whole attention to her, participating in food fight or eating everything she eats. He never taunted her like her own daughter for her food habits. Her daughter was altogether another story. She came to her mother only to bully little Arav and Kushi just asked her to go away to create her nuisance around her father and was fed up of her. Kushi cared and loved Aashi she always made sure she was properly fed and got whatever she want. But, little Aashi's mind was filled with so much venom, that she failed to acknowledge her presence.

Kushi was 5th month. She came to know she was carrying twins and to add more stress she got to know affair of her husband and his PA.

Arnav: Kushi please listen to me, it was not what you heard. There is nothing between us.

Kushi's eyes were red and her cheeks were puffed up due to cries since long that day. She looked up to him with no emotions that scared Arnav shitlessly.

Kushi laughed sarcastically.

Kushi: It is ok Arnav, from the start I know that I'm nothing to you. You and your daughter has shown me, my place long time. Don't worry Arnav I'll not create any embarrassment to your list. I think your PA is looking forward to become Mrs. ASR very sincerely, that she already poisoned my daughter against me, now she also snatched you from me.

Arnav: Kushi it is not like that.

Kushi: I know Arnav what will you say, it is my insecurity talking and I'm not reasonable in my answers. You know what Arnav when you came late to home since three months, why you thought I have not questioned you.

Arnav looked her with no expression.

Kushi: Because I got to know your late night meetings with your PA. Is it not great to spend leaving your pregnant wife? Your weekend meetings with our daughter on your PA's home and restaurant has never escaped from me. You may thought me as a doormat but I'm not like that Arnav. I started adjusting because in few months, this will fade away or maybe I will fade away.

She walked away from there.

Arnav was very much disappointed in himself. He never cheated Kushi with anyone. His PA was good person; she had bought huge success to company. He was working on project where she lends her hands to complete it on time. He does not want to stress Kushi more, so he never talked about his late comings which created much more distance. Was he really that busy, did he spoiled his daughter so much that she never respect her own mother. He was disappointed when Kushi adopted little Arav, but only allowed when she said the little boy bought peace and acknowledged her affection which her own family throwed back on her face. He want to fulfill all her cravings, but Kushi never asked him for anything. His thoughts went back to his PA and he did not understand what Kushi was trying to say. Why will his PA poison Aashi's mind. But before that he need to control the situation with Kushi.

He went to Aashi's room to know what exactly lead the distance between the mother and daughter this much and her answer baffled him to core, that his not so innocent PA corrupted Aashi's mind, saying Kushi doesn't love her much and Arav was taking her place in her mother's heart.

He became rude and the lost ASR in him came back in full force that his PA should have thought 100 times before awakening the beast. Talk with his PA has bought more shocking revelations. His PA want to become his wife so inorder to remove Kushi from her path she started to come close to him. That day she saw the beast that almost killed her. He made sure she never get a job and was thrown out of his company in front of whole world. But, still the damage has made and someone needs to cover up.

When Kushi was in 6th month Arnav got another more secret, as Kushi said she started fading away. Kushi's pregnancy is complicated and if not terminated either the twins or she will die, this again broken the mighty ASR. He was ashamed of adding all the stress and above all humiliating the love of his life.

May be Kushi's deity was also angry on him because the day of Kushi's delivery has come. Kushi went into labor in the 7th month due to all the complications. Kushi already signed the papers to save her twins rather than her. Arnav doesn't even know what he should do. He was helpless seeing the love of his life will no more once she delivered. His heart was in pain, his soul will be incomplete and it is all just because of his mistakes.

Arnav was allowed to see Kushi who delivered twins and was struggling to breath.

He was crying like a little boy.

Kushi was short of breath

Kushi: I'm leaving Arnav take care of our children.

Arnav: Kushi mujhey maaf kardho, mein tumharey saath yeah sab honey diye. Please Kushi chodkey math jao mujhey.

Kushi (smiling): I forgave you Arnav and my only wish is to see you happy with whomever you wish now.

She was about to continue, but little Arav came running to her.

Arnav placed him on the bed. Hugging Kushi tightly.

Arav: Mama mujhey dallagra hum gal kab jayingey ( mom, I'm scared when we will go home).

Kushi kissing his forehead.

Kushi: I'm sorry son, from now on you will have to live your life with your brothers and sisters.

Arav: No, I don't want anyone, but you.

Saying this he hugged her more.

Kushi: Take care Arnav. It's time for me to fade away.

Saying this Kushi closed her eyes.

Arnav was heartbroken and called the doctors.

Kushi hasn't fade away but slipped into oasis of darkness. She was in comma for few months and she came back to life for little Arav.

Kushi can hear the talks of the people and one such talk was Arav not eating his food and was on high fever. He has fainted more times. The boy he gave her meaning of being mother was sick and this made her to fight her way out.

She was back to life Arnav and their daughter asked forgiveness once again and this time Aashi's every whim and fancy was fulfilled only after Kushi's approval and their twin boys Atharv and Adhvedh was cute babies. This time not only Kushi but her husband came across the hardest phase of life. Kushi and Arnav with their children lived happily ever after.

Loving children is never a wrong decision, but the way you show the world to them is more important. Parents and teachers are the one who shape the child. Every child born is innocent, they are like a clay the way you shape the way they behave. Think before taking step in your child future. No child is criminal, if you slapped when he/she did wrong then he will understand that what is he doing is wrong. The more you neglect, he will become more rebellious.

I don't know what I have written, this concept was bugging me from the morning, and I penned it here. I'll try to update my other two stories too, bear with me.
