Lila's POV
I go into the cafeteria the next day during lunch. I then see Marinette eating lunch alone as usual. I get a small leaf and 'accidentally' put it into her stew. I stay and wait until I see that she finished the stew. I smirk.
Phase one: complete

*The next day*
Third Person POV
"Tom, I just got a call from the school nurse and she said that Marinette isn't feeling well," Sabine tells her husband

"Well what are the symptoms?" he asked

"She said that Mari is has a fever, a cold and throws up frequently in the morning"

"Fever, cold, throwing up...? You don't think she's ....," Tom stated.
When Sabine understood, her mouth hung open in amazement.

"No. It can't be. I trust my daughter not to do such," she said

"But think about it. She's been kind of secretive lately and ...."

"Mr. & Mrs. Dupain-Cheng!" a voice said

The two parents looked up to see a sausage-haired girl run into their bakery

"Good day, little girl. How may we help you?"

"I'm Lila Rossi, a girl in Marinette's class. I'm sorry to bring you bad news but I saw Marinette throwing this in the bin the other day," she says, bringing out a pregnancy test
Sabine collected the test and almost had a heart attack. It was positive???

"No no no no no! It can't be! We trained her better than this! What are people going to say about this? What is the court going to say about this, Tom? They're going to say that we didn't train the little girl well," Sabine says as she begins to cry.

"I'm sorry, ma'am, but that's not all. Marinette saw me and threatened that if I told you or anyone about this, she would kill me," Lila said as she begins to display a wonderful show of waterworks. "I don't want to die," she cried

"It's okay, don't worry. We'll deal with that when she gets home," Tom says comfortingly

"T-Thank you, sir. I have to go home now, I don't want her to see me here," Lila says as she leaves

Lila's POV
Phase two: complete

*Timeskip*
Mari's POV
"Mom, I'm telling you! I never took a pregnancy test, let alone be positive. The nurse just said it was a stomach bug!" I cry to my parents.

"Stop lying! And why have you been bullying that sweet girl!" Tom scolded
(Me beginning to sing Sweet but psycho lmao)

"Dad, that sweet girl is very dangerous! She lies about anything and everything! She is the reason why none of my friends see me anymore! When last did you see Alya here?" I say

"Marinette as a mother, you could tell me anything! Just tell me! Who's the father? Is it Adrien?" My mom asks

"Mom I'm going to say it and say it again! Me and Adrien stopped dating about three months ago! And no! I'm not pregnant!"

"I can't take this anymore! Your grounded missy!" Tom says

"WHAT?!"

"You're grounded! No phone and no friends around until you at least tell us who the father is!" Tom said

"This is so unfair!" I say as I storm into my room. When I get in I lock the door and cry.

"Marinette it's okay. But really are you sure you're not pregnant?" Tikki asks

"Even you, Tikki? I thought you trusted me!" I sob in despair

"After the episode of renouncing me, I don't even know what to trust," Tikki mutters a little too loudly, causing me to hear.

"Oh, you want a renouncement?" I say, dramatically "Oh, you're going to get that renouncement!"

"Marinette, I didn't mean it! I'm just saying that..."

"I've had enough! Why am I even Ladybug! You'll be better off without me! I renounce you, Tikki! Permanently!" I say as I pull of the earrings.

I looked up into the starry sky for a while as I decide. It's time.

I go to my secret cabinet where I keep my knives and sharp objects. Nobody knows this, but I kept a bag of poison pills there. As I walk up to the balcony, I spot the box where I kept the miracle box. Should I renounce that, too? I quickly change my mind. If I renounce it as well, I would lose all my memories, including why I want to kill myself. Instead, I get a pen and a sticky note. I begin to write:

Dear Chloe,

If  you're reading this, I'll probably be dead by now. I know you're shocked and maybe mad at m for doing this, but I can't handle it anymore. Everyone has believed Lila, even my parents and Tikki. So I just had to do this.

When you see this, I would want you to become the guardian of the miraculous. Sure, it's a big responsibility and quite stressful. But I know you will be up to the challenge.

I also want you to be Ladybug. Explain everything to Chat Noir. Tell him that I would always remember him

Finally, I want you to get a hamster and name it after me. THis would remind you that I would always be with you.

Thanks for being my friend. You truly are exceptional.

As I finished, I placed the note on the case after I open the miracle box for the last time and place the earrings in its place.

After doing this I began to walk up my balcony. I remember when I used to be so happy. I wished everything could change. I look at the lucky charm bracelet he made for me in my hand. I missed Adrien.

I began to sing

Another start. You fade away.

Afraid our aim was out of sight. Wanna see us

I began to remember all the times we spent together. All ruined by a liar.

I sigh before putting the pills in my mouth. I begin to look up at the stars, knowing that soon, I'll be among them.

"Adrien," I whisper as a tears slips out of my eye.

Mad man- I mean ShadowMoth's POV
I grin as I see the Marinette-sadness-o-meter on my staff reach it's full 12/12. Immediately a light shone throughout the lair. It was so bright I had to cover my eyes

I immediately contact Lila

"My dear Volpina, you've used to sentimonster I gave you wisely and have performed your goal well. We shall meet again, very soon"

I'll be waiting, ShadowMoth

I release my akuma and amok from her.

"Heartbreak, loss of trust, despair and the most powerful ingredient: depression. What a masterpiece I will make through Marinette Dupain-Chang," I say as I release the most powerful akuma ever created from my staff.

"Fly, my super-akuma!" I command. "And evilise her!"

My akuma flies all the way to her house and lands on a bracelet.

I smirk.

"Nice to see you again, Queen Justice"

I really need to go to Paris and light Gabriel and Lila in fire. By the way, I wanted to ask: "Who do you think has a better chance of redemption: Gabriel or Lila?" Let me know in the comments.

I'm sorry about not posting for a while. School work has been such a pain and luckily I am on mid-term vacation.

Anyways, congratulations to ZagToons who would soon release their 100th Miraculous episode: Ephemeral! I just saw the trailer! (video above ☝️) Suan-Han's return, Adrien's discovery and ANOTHER UMBRELLA SCENE?!! THIS TIME LADYNOIR?!!! The episode is going to be colossal guys.

Also, what do you think would happen in the next chapter? Will Mari resist? And if she got akumatised, would Shadow-bitch win? (I usually don't swear, but he has crossed the line by touching her)
