Yoongi suddenly didn't trust the machines. He had to feel it. He had to feel the younger's heartbeat. He had to to hear Jimin's heart beating,

He laid down next to Jimin on the bed, snuggled against his body and carefully put his head on the younger's chest.

At first he couldn't hear anything.
The noise of the machines was distracting him too much.
He became really quiet, didn't move an inch and listened again.

And then he could hear it. A faint pulse. The proof, that Jimin was still alive.

A sob escaped his mouth. Yoongi couldn't bear it any longer to see Jimin like this. It was killing him, slowly but steady.

He needed the contact. It was everything he had left.
