The second Hidden Star character for this book!

1. Eternity's design is based off an Asian swallowtail.

The scientific name is Papilio xuthus.

2. Even though she might be bug species, Eternity is actually a fairy, which explains her sudden power boost in the Four Seasons incident.

3. Eternity's ability (scattering scales) refers to most Lepidoptera having scales covering their bodies and wings.

4. Eternity uses her scales as danmaku projectiles.

5. Eternity's name was misspelled as "Etarnity" and "Etanity", as they were more direct transliterations of エタニテ (eternity).

6. When Cirno beats Okina in the extra stage, Okina implies that Eternity might be a god, specifically a Tokoyo god.

7. Going further in the Tokoyo God, in 7th century Japan, a group of villagers formed a cult to worship an insect called the Tokoyo God. What's very interesting is that it's commonly believed that the insect was a Swallowtail caterpillar.

8. Even Eternity's name can be loosely based off the Tokoyo God. The term Tokoyo itself was used to refer to a far-away place where people would live eternally in prosperity and wealth, which could mean that the name "eternity" is a reference to that "eternal" land.   

9. Eternity is often depicted with Wriggle Nightbug due to them being insects. She is also seen running away from Yamame.

10. Eternity and Cirno are implied to have known each other before the events of the Four Seasons incident. Evidence? Eternity notices Cirno's tan.
